Each LinkedIn account runs on its own managed proxy. A country-based IP is not a listed feature.
Dedicated country-based IP
One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Dedicated country-based IP, in one look.
Warmerly does not list a dedicated IP as a feature. Its hosted LinkedIn provider states that each account runs on its own managed proxy, and Warmerly's code asks that provider for a location of UK by default, but we found no place where a customer chooses a country, and we have not verified the provider's claim. Expandi documents this clearly: every account gets its own dedicated IP address from a data centre, in the country you select, with a custom proxy option and a way to change the country later. On this row Expandi is ahead. Last checked 19 October 2026.

Why a location can look wrong
Expandi's own warning about IP locators
The help article says LinkedIn and other IP locator tools can sometimes detect different locations for the same IP address, and that LinkedIn's own location data should only be used as a rough guideline.
Warmerly, in detail.
Not a listed Warmerly feature. The provider that runs LinkedIn for Warmerly says each account sits on its own managed proxy, and the code defaults its location to UK. Customers are not offered a country choice, as far as we found.
The provider's statement
Warmerly's LinkedIn doc describes each account as running on its own managed proxy, which it calls a dedicated IP per account. That is the provider's statement. We have not tested it, and Warmerly does not list a dedicated IP as a product feature.

What the code sends
When Warmerly connects an account through the provider, its client sends a country value for the managed proxy location, and the default is UK. The connect wizard's client calls it with only an email and password, so no country is sent from the customer's side.

No Warmerly-side proxy for these accounts
For accounts connected this way, Warmerly reserves no proxy of its own. The older li-proxy route did keep a pool of proxies with an optional preferred country, but the provider route replaced it for new accounts.

Where Warmerly is behind
There is no country picker, no custom proxy option and no way to change an account's location in the product. If your LinkedIn account sits in one country and you want the connection to appear to come from the same country, Warmerly gives you no control over that.

Expandi, in detail.
A dedicated IP for each account, from a data centre, in the country you pick when you add the account, with an option to bring your own proxy and a way to change the country afterwards. It is on the Business plan.
Dedicated, per account
The help article says everyone in Expandi gets their personal dedicated IP address, and that the dedicated IP address of a selected country is given and is provided by a data center. It does not mention residential IPs.

You pick the country
You select the country from which the LinkedIn account is being used when you connect it. If the wrong country is selected, the article says you can change it on the LinkedIn settings page in Expandi.

Or bring a custom proxy
You can choose to add a custom proxy while adding a new LinkedIn account, or switch later in the proxies tab under the user menu. A separate help article explains how to test a custom proxy.

Locations can look wrong, and that is normal
The article warns that LinkedIn and other IP locator tools can sometimes detect different locations for the same IP address, and that LinkedIn's own location data should only be used as a rough guideline.

On the plan
The pricing page lists a dedicated country-based IP address under the Business plan's account safety features, next to cloud-based software, profile auto warm-up and smart limit ranges.

What Expandi does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Which countries can be selected: the pages we read do not list them
- Whether the IP is ever shared between accounts, or how often it changes
- Any price for the IP, or for a custom proxy
- Evidence of how much a dedicated IP lowers the risk of a restriction
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Warmerly's LinkedIn doc quotes its provider as giving each account its own managed proxy, while Warmerly's main comparison table lists a dedicated country-based IP as not a listed feature. We report the first as the provider's statement only.
Only what we could verify.

Match the country if it matters to you
If a country match matters to your account, Expandi lets you set it. With Warmerly you do not get to choose, so check with us before you connect an account you cannot risk.
A dedicated IP is not a guarantee
Neither company publishes evidence that an IP choice prevents restrictions. Expandi's own article says LinkedIn's location data is a rough guideline.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You are happy for the provider to manage the connection and do not need to pick its location
- You mostly use email and want LinkedIn added for $19 an account
Expandi is the better fit if
- You want to choose the country of each account's IP
- You want to use your own proxy
- Account safety controls are a deciding factor
Does Warmerly give every LinkedIn account a dedicated IP?
It is not a listed Warmerly feature. Its provider says each account runs on its own managed proxy, but we have not verified that, and we found no way for a customer to choose a country.
Can I change the country in Expandi later?
Yes. Its help article says that if the wrong country is selected you can change it on the LinkedIn settings page.
Does Expandi use a data centre IP?
Yes. Every account gets its own dedicated IP address from a data centre, in the country you select, with a custom proxy option.
Has Warmerly verified its provider's proxy claim?
No. Its LinkedIn provider states each account runs on its own managed proxy, and we have not verified that claim.
