What is email warmup?
Email warmup is the process of gradually sending and engaging with mail from a new or cold mailbox so that providers like Gmail and Outlook start trusting it. Without warmup, cold outreach often lands in spam.
Does Warmerly work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. Microsoft 365 and Outlook connect with one-click sign-in. Gmail and Google Workspace connect with a Google app password, which you can revoke from your Google account at any time. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
How much does Warmerly cost?
Warmerly has a Free plan, then Starter is $19 a month for 5 mailboxes, Growth is $49 for 25 and Agency is $179 for 100. Warmup is included on every mailbox and paid plans do not meter sends. Paying yearly costs 10 months for twelve. LinkedIn is $19 a month per account and is sold separately from the plans.
Do I need a card to start?
Not to start. Creating an account takes an email address, and the Free plan needs no card at all: one mailbox, warmup included, and you can stay on it for as long as you like. A card is only needed to start the 7-day trial of a paid plan. Nothing is charged until day 8, and cancelling before then costs you nothing.
Does Warmerly work alongside Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist?
Yes. Warmerly warms the mailbox itself, so it runs underneath whatever tool you send campaigns from. Warmerly has no integration with those tools, and you can also send your campaigns from Warmerly instead.
Is Warmerly the same as Warmly.ai?
No. Warmly.ai is a website-visitor-identification and AI sales platform. Warmerly (warmerly.com) is email warmup and cold outreach software. The two are unrelated companies with similar names.
How long does warmup take?
A mailbox's warmup ramp runs for 30 days before it reaches full volume. Newer domains usually need at least that long before outbound campaigns are safe.
Is Warmerly safe for my main mailbox?
Warmerly is designed for dedicated outreach mailboxes. We recommend warming up sending accounts that are separate from the inbox you use for personal correspondence.
Could warmup get my domain flagged or blocked?
Badly-run warmup can, which is why the ramp is deliberately conservative. A mailbox starts at a handful of sends a day and the volume rises over 30 days. Warmup mail goes out as threaded conversations rather than one-shot pings. If a mailbox's health score drops, Warmerly alerts you and can pause the mailbox before a campaign is affected.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly with no contract and no cancellation fee. You can cancel from billing settings in the dashboard, and you can disconnect any mailbox's access whenever you like.
