Warmerly is cold outreach software built around deliverability. It warms up your own Gmail, Outlook and IMAP mailboxes so mailbox providers learn to trust them, then sends your campaigns from those mailboxes. It also has a reply inbox, lead search, email finding and verification, and DNS and placement monitoring.

Warmerly is cold outreach software built around deliverability. It warms up your own Gmail, Outlook and IMAP mailboxes so mailbox providers learn to trust them, then sends your campaigns from those mailboxes. It also has a reply inbox, lead search, email finding and verification, and DNS and placement monitoring.
It can be used as warmup alone, next to another sending tool, or as the whole outreach stack.
What it does
- Email warmup: continuous, human-like sending and replying between connected mailboxes and a peer pool, so a new or quiet mailbox builds a sending history. Warmup is included on every connected mailbox.
- Cold email campaigns: multi-step sequences sent from your warmed mailboxes. Paid plans do not meter the number of campaign sends.
- Unified inbox: replies from email and connected messaging accounts in one place.
- Lead tools: lead search, email finding and email verification, with monthly allowances by plan.
- Monitoring: SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, blocklist checks and inbox placement tests.
- OneMail: hosted sending mailboxes with DNS set up for you, as an add-on.
- Warmerly Link: LinkedIn warmup and outreach, sold separately per account.
- A separate transactional email API for an app's own email, such as receipts and password resets. It is a different product from outreach. See /transactional-email

Annual billing is ten months for twelve. The Free plan needs no card and has no time limit. Paid plans start with a 7-day trial. Prices are also sold in pounds and euros by visitor location. The full, current list is on /pricing

What it does not do
- It does not promise inbox placement for cold email. The one warmup guarantee is a refund of that month's plan fee if a mailbox that has warmed continuously for 30 days shows no placement improvement. The conditions are in the Terms, section 18A.
- It does not make a poor list or a poor offer perform. Warmup builds sender reputation; it does not replace list quality or relevant messages.
- Verification reduces bounces. It cannot remove them.
- Gmail and Google Workspace mailboxes connect with a Google app password, not Google sign-in. Microsoft 365 mailboxes connect with Microsoft sign-in.
- WhatsApp is for inbox conversations, not bulk campaigns. There is no WhatsApp warmup, because WhatsApp has no sender score to warm.
- Warmerly Link (LinkedIn) is not refundable and has no free trial.
- The transactional email API is separate. It does not include warmup, and it is billed separately from outreach plans.
