SPF record generator

Tick the services that send email as your domain, add any other includes or IP addresses, and get one SPF record to publish. It counts the DNS lookups the record causes, including through every include, so you stay under the limit of 10.

After you publish it, confirm what the world sees with the SPF checker. Then add a DMARC record.

How it works

What this checks, and how.

  1. Choose your senders. Each adds its include: to the record. Add your own servers as IPv4 or IPv6 addresses.
  2. The generator joins them into a single v=spf1 record with an ending, and warns about errors such as an invalid address.
  3. Press Count lookups to follow every include and see the total against the limit of 10.
Questions

Quick answers.

Where do I publish the record?

As a TXT record on your bare domain. The tool shows the host to use. Replace any existing SPF record rather than adding a second one.

Where do I get another sender's include?

From that sender's own setup page. Paste it into Other includes, one per line.

Fixed the records? Now warm the mailbox.

Free plan: one mailbox, capped sends. Every signup gets a free sandbox mailbox that's already warming.
