Report email sent through Warmerly

What we can do. If the address belongs to a mailbox we host or send through, we can suspend it at the mail server. Warmerly is the platform rather than the sender, so for mail sent by a customer from their own mailbox we act on their account under our Acceptable Use Policy.

What we will not do. We will not tell you who owns the address you reported. That is someone else's personal data and it is not ours to hand out, however reasonable the request.

What we keep. The report, the address, and anything you paste into it, so we have a record of what was reported and what we did. If you gave an email address it is used for this report only. Controller: Warmerly. Our Privacy Policy covers your rights over it.
