Features

Every deliverability signal, in one warm tool.

Warmerly is the warmup tool deliverability nerds actually use. Built around the specific signals Gmail's neural classifier and Microsoft SmartScreen reward, not the lazy patterns they punish.

Warmerly dashboard: monitor every mailbox from one place
Warmup engine

Threaded conversations, not robotic pings

Real inboxes do not send single-line random emails to strangers all day. Warmerly generates contextual threads with subject continuity, quoted replies, and natural response latency. Each message looks like a follow-up in an ongoing relationship, which is exactly what Gmail's neural classifier and Microsoft's SmartScreen reward.

  • Multi-turn threads with quoted history and proper Re: prefixing
  • Reply windows weighted by recipient working hours and timezone
  • Subject lines drawn from a 2,400-line corpus tuned for B2B tone
  • Body content generated from topical templates, never raw lorem ipsum
Spam recovery

We rescue mail from the junk folder, automatically

The single strongest positive signal Gmail and Microsoft track is a user dragging a message out of spam and replying to it. Most warmup vendors ignore this entirely. Warmerly's peer network checks the spam folder on every delivery, marks misclassified mail as not-spam, stars it, replies to it, and moves it back to the primary inbox.

  • Spam-folder scans every 10 minutes on every peer mailbox
  • Not-spam, star, label and reply, all from real OAuth-connected accounts
  • Recovery events surfaced in account health timeline for transparency
  • Works on Gmail, Microsoft 365, and Outlook.com
Pairing

Reputation-matched peering

A brand-new mailbox paired only with other brand-new mailboxes is a closed loop of cold accounts talking to each other. Filters detect this pattern within days. Warmerly pairs new accounts mostly with aged, trusted peers, and gradually introduces newer correspondents as your own reputation climbs.

  • Pair-graph weighted by mailbox age, history, and current health score
  • Cross-provider mix tuned per-provider (Gmail ↔ Gmail, Gmail ↔ Outlook, etc.)
  • Bad peers automatically quarantined when their health drops
  • Your mailboxes never exchange warmup mail with each other
Authentication

Daily SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and TLS checks

Most deliverability problems start with a misconfigured DNS record, not a content issue. Warmerly verifies authentication state on every connected mailbox every day and tells you what is broken before a campaign goes out.

  • SPF lookups including include-chain expansion and 10-DNS-lookup limit
  • DKIM selector probing on common selectors plus custom ones you provide
  • DMARC parsing with policy, pct, and aggregate report destination
  • TLS-RPT and MTA-STS detection so you know your mail is encrypted in transit
Health scoring

A health score you can actually act on

Warmerly's health score is not a vanity number. It is a weighted combination of inbox placement rate, spam recovery rate, reply rate, auth status, bounce rate, and provider response codes. Every score change links back to the exact event that caused it.

  • 0 to 100 score updated after every warmup batch
  • Per-provider breakdown (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, others)
  • Reputation drop alerts via email and webhook
  • Historical chart, exportable CSV
Ramp

Domain-age-aware send-volume curves

Ramping a 30-day-old domain like a 3-year-old one is how you get blacklisted. Warmerly computes each mailbox's daily send volume automatically from its age, provider, and live deliverability signals — no schedules or presets to configure or misconfigure.

  • Volume increases automatically as a mailbox ages
  • Hard-capped at 50 sends/day per mailbox, every provider
  • Throttles itself automatically when spam-placement or health drops
  • Recovers automatically as deliverability improves — no manual resume
Placement insight

See where your mail actually lands

Warmerly seeds tracked recipients across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, and ProtonMail so you know exactly which folder your warmup mail is hitting. Promotions tab counts. Updates tab counts. Spam counts most of all.

  • Inbox, Promotions, Updates, Social, Spam, and Missing breakdown
  • Per-provider placement chart over 30 days
  • Compare two mailboxes side by side
  • Webhook on placement degradation
