Warmflow
Real inboxes do not send single-line random emails to strangers all day. Warmflow sends threaded exchanges between real mailboxes, with subject continuity, quoted replies and human-like delays, so the engagement your mailbox earns looks like ordinary business mail.
Spam recovery
When a warmup message lands in Spam at the receiving mailbox, Warmerly moves it to the inbox, marks it not junk, stars it and replies to it. Moving a message out of spam is a strong positive signal to a provider, and a tool that only sends can never produce it. Only warmup mail between Warmerly mailboxes is rescued: campaign mail to real prospects is never touched.
Pairing
Warmerly picks a partner for each message from the pool of other active mailboxes. It favours partners with fewer messages already scheduled that day, spreads each mailbox's sends across providers, and avoids writing to the same partner twice within about three days, narrowing that window only when the pool runs short.
Authentication
Most deliverability problems start with a misconfigured DNS record, not a content issue. Warmerly re-checks authentication for every connected mailbox's domain at least daily and shows what is broken, with the fix, before a campaign goes out.
InboxPulse
The health score is not a vanity number. It is worked out once a day from the last seven days of a mailbox's warmup results: where the mail landed, how much bounced, how much was answered and how much was processed. Authentication results sit next to it on the mailbox page, but a DNS record is not an input to the score.
Ramp
Every mailbox follows the same ramp, from 4 warmup sends a day to 50 over 30 days of sending, with no schedules or presets to configure or misconfigure. Warmerly does not look up how old a domain is: the ramp counts the days a mailbox has really sent warmup mail, then lowers the day's volume when its health score or spam placement slips.
InboxPulse
A placement test sends a few tracked messages from your mailbox to other mailboxes in the pool and searches every folder the message could have landed in. Promotions counts as delivered but well below the inbox, and spam counts most of all. Until dedicated Gmail and Outlook seed accounts are added, results are marked limited accuracy and never feed your health score.
