Do you charge per email mailbox?
No. Every plan includes unlimited mailboxes and unlimited warmup emails. The outbound relay quota only applies if you route cold email sends through Warmerly's SMTP relay or API — most customers use a separate sending tool and do not touch this limit.
Why is LinkedIn/WhatsApp/Instagram priced per account?
Every tier includes a starting allowance — Starter includes 1 LinkedIn and 1 Instagram account, Growth includes 3 LinkedIn, 2 WhatsApp, and 3 Instagram accounts, Agency includes 10 LinkedIn, 8 WhatsApp, and 10 Instagram accounts. Need more? Connect another account any time from your dashboard for a flat $15/mo (LinkedIn), $10/mo (WhatsApp), or $6/mo (Instagram) — no forced upgrade to a bigger tier.
Do I have to pick a channel before I sign up?
No. Every plan includes email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Instagram from day one — pick a tier based on your usage volume, then connect whichever channels you actually use.
What counts as an outbound relay send?
Any non-warmup email you route through Warmerly's outbound SMTP relay or API. Warmerly also includes Campaigns, a full sequence builder for cold outreach, so most teams never touch the relay at all. The relay quota only applies if you choose to send cold email through Warmerly's own infrastructure rather than a separate sending tool.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days with full feature access on any plan. We ask for a card up front to start the trial, but you're not charged until day 8 — cancel anytime before then from your billing settings and you won't be billed.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers. Invoice billing on the Agency plan.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes, within the first 30 days, no questions asked.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Are there any limits during the trial?
Full feature access at your plan's tier limits, with one exception: LinkedIn is capped to 1 connected account during the 7-day trial regardless of tier, to keep costs bounded before your card is actually charged. That cap lifts automatically once the trial converts to a paid subscription.
