How much does Warmerly cost?
Warmerly has a Free plan with one mailbox, no card and no time limit. Paid plans are Starter at $19 a month for 5 mailboxes, Growth at $49 for 25 and Agency at $179 for 100, with warmup included and sends unmetered. LinkedIn is separate.

“Email accounts” means accounts you connect yourself. The free mailbox every new account gets does not use one of those slots, it warms up alongside them, and campaigns send from your own accounts.
Warmup priced per mailbox charges you more precisely when the thing is working, you add senders because outreach is landing, and the bill climbs with them. The cost of warming a tenth mailbox is not ten times the cost of warming the first, so we do not pretend it is.
Each plan covers a set number of email accounts (5, 25 or 100), and warming every one of them costs nothing extra. On a paid plan nothing you send is metered. The Free plan allows 100 campaign emails a month, and warmup emails never count. LinkedIn accounts, extra WhatsApp numbers and hosted OneMail mailboxes are priced per account or mailbox, because that infrastructure is per unit.
Price is what you pay; getting a mailbox to actually land is what you want. Every plan, including Free, can book a free 15-minute setup call, where we connect your mailboxes, read your DNS records and set a safe ramp.
After that, support is by email at support@warmerly.com, and you can ask for a person at any time. Campaign guidance comes from the same deliverability data the dashboard shows.

Not on a paid plan. Warmerly does not meter campaign sends at all. What you can send is set by how many email accounts you have and how fast each one can safely send, which Warmerly ramps up for you. Warmup emails never count towards anything. The Free plan is the one exception: it allows 100 campaign emails a month, and warmup on top of that is still unlimited.
$19 a month for each account you connect, or less per account in a pack: 3 accounts for $49 a month or 5 accounts for $75. It covers warming the account up and running outreach from it, and you can buy it without an email plan. LinkedIn has no trial and is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. WhatsApp is priced per number at $6 a month beyond what your plan includes.

No. Take an email plan, a $19 LinkedIn account, or both. LinkedIn does not need an email plan alongside it.
Yes, from Settings, then Billing. A change takes effect straight away and is prorated. Moving up, the difference for the rest of the period is added to your next invoice. Moving down, the unused part of the higher plan is credited against it. If you are over the lower plan's limits you get a grace period to bring usage down first. Changing plan during a trial prorates nothing.

Partly. Mailbox and campaign limits are those of the plan you chose, so you can test the real setup. Monthly allowances such as email checks, lookups and lead exports are held at Starter levels until the first charge, then your plan's full allowances apply. LinkedIn has no trial and is charged as soon as you connect an account.
