Find leads

Describe who you want to reach in a sentence. The assistant searches Warmerly's lead database, tells you how many match, and verifies or finds addresses.

Build and launch campaigns

Create a campaign, write the sequence, add leads from a search or your own list, check it's ready and launch it. Pause or resume it later from the same chat.

Answer replies

Go through your inbox across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Draft answers, send them from the right mailbox, and mark what isn't a lead.

Fix deliverability

Check a mailbox's health history, run SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX checks on any domain, send placement tests, and turn warmup on or off.

Keep your list clean

Suppress anyone who asked to be left alone. Suppressed addresses are skipped by every send, whether you sent it or the assistant did.

Send app email from a verified sending domain and follow each message's delivery timeline.

The same rules as the dashboard

An assistant gets no shortcut around Warmerly’s protections. Plan limits, your suppression list, mailbox health checks and campaign readiness checks all apply exactly as they do when you click. Sends are rate limited per connection, so a runaway chat can’t burn your sending reputation.

Every action is recorded in your audit log with the app’s name next to it, and you can revoke a connection from Settings → Connected apps at any time.

Questions

Can the assistant see my other workspaces?: No. When you sign in you pick one workspace for that connection, and every call is limited to it. Connect again to use a different workspace.
