Unlimited senders on Email; 5 per user on Multichannel
Drawn side by side.
Warmerly, in detail.
A fixed number of mailboxes per plan, each warmed, with the plan price shared by everyone in the workspace. The mailbox count is the limit you buy, and the daily send limit on each mailbox is the volume control.
Mailboxes by plan
Free has 1 mailbox, Starter 5, Growth 25 and Agency 100. Beyond 100 is priced on a call.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
What a mailbox costs on each plan
Starter is $19 for 5, which is $3.80 a mailbox. Growth is $49 for 25, which is $1.96. Agency is $179 for 100, which is $1.79. Each is a plan price divided by its mailbox count, not a separate per mailbox charge.

Sends are not metered on paid plans
No paid plan carries a monthly send cap. A mailbox cannot exceed its own daily campaign limit, 30 by default, so the mailbox count already bounds monthly volume. Five mailboxes can reach about 4,500 sends a month at that default.

Any mailbox type
Warmerly connects Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or any SMTP and IMAP mailbox, and also has hosted mailboxes.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Hosted mailboxes sit outside the plan slots
A hosted mailbox bought through Warmerly does not use up one of the plan's mailbox slots. Its price is separate and is set in Warmerly's own hosted mailbox pricing.

A warning, not a block, for crowded domains
The pre-launch check warns when more than 5 senders share one domain.

Where Warmerly is behind
There is no plan with unlimited mailboxes. Going past 100 means a conversation about a custom plan, not a price on the page.

What lemlist does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A price for extra email slots. A help article names add-on email slots but gives no amount.
- Multichannel prices at volume tiers, and the price of an extra seat. The seats article names neither.
- Whether the Email plan has any cap on connected sending addresses beyond the word unlimited.
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The pricing page says 5 senders per user on Multichannel. A help article says one seat is one user and one sender. They may describe different things.
- The pricing page lists the Email plan at $69 for 50,000 emails without showing higher tiers. The plans help article lists tiers up to 1,000,000 emails. We use the help article for the higher tiers and treat them as current, since it states the figures are as published.
Only what we could verify.

| Senders or mailboxes | 1, 5, 25 or 100 by plan; more on a call | Unlimited senders on Email; 5 per user on Multichannel |
| Mailboxes on the cheapest paid plan | 5 | Unlimited senders |
| Largest self-serve plan | 100 mailboxes | 5 senders per user on Multichannel |

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Many addresses, one price
lemlist's Email plan is the better fit if you want to connect many sending addresses at one flat price.
Counting mailboxes honestly
More mailboxes only help if each is warmed and sends at a safe daily volume. The number on a plan is a limit, not a target.
How many mailboxes 50,000 emails needs
lemlist's cheapest Email tier covers 50,000 emails a month. At Warmerly's default of 30 sends a day, a mailbox sends 900 in a 30 day month, so 50,000 would take about 56 mailboxes sending every day at full default volume. That is more than Growth's 25 and fewer than Agency's 100. Few teams run every mailbox at its limit every day, so treat it as an upper bound.
What Growth can send
25 mailboxes at 30 a day is 750 a day, or 22,500 in a 30 day month, for $49. Agency's 100 mailboxes at the same default is 90,000, for $179. These are ceilings from the default limit, not forecasts, and warmup traffic is separate.
Two sellers on lemlist Multichannel
Two users at $109 is $218 a month and gives up to 10 senders, 5 each, if every address belongs to its own user. On Warmerly the same $218 buys Agency at $179 plus two LinkedIn accounts at $19, which is $217, with 100 mailboxes. The two are not like for like, since lemlist includes calling and SMS.
Planning for a switch of plan type
Because lemlist says Email and Multichannel Expert cannot be switched directly, a team that starts on Email and later needs LinkedIn faces a new team and a manual move of contacts, companies and unsubscribes. In Warmerly, LinkedIn is an add-on on any plan, so the plan does not change.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want a clear mailbox count per plan with warmup on each.
- Five to 25 mailboxes is the size you work at.
- Several people share the same mailboxes and you do not want a seat for each.
lemlist is the better fit if
- You want unlimited senders on a flat plan.
- You run a very large number of sending addresses.
- You want the price tied to monthly volume, from 50,000 emails up to 1,000,000.
How many mailboxes can I connect to Warmerly?
One on Free, 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth and 100 on Agency. More than 100 is priced on a call.
Does lemlist really allow unlimited senders?
The pricing page lists unlimited users and unlimited email senders on the Email plan, which is priced by monthly sending volume, from $69 for 50,000 emails. Multichannel lists 5 senders per user.
Can two people share one mailbox on lemlist?
lemlist's plans article says all connected sending addresses on Multichannel Expert and Enterprise must belong to the same person as the account, and that misuse can lead to suspension or disconnection. It does not describe the Email plan in the same terms.
Does a hosted mailbox use up a Warmerly plan slot?
No. A hosted mailbox bought through Warmerly sits outside the plan's mailbox slots and is priced on its own.
Is there a limit on how many emails Warmerly sends a month?
No monthly cap on paid plans. Each mailbox has its own daily campaign limit, 30 by default, and the mailbox count bounds the total. The Free plan keeps a real cap.
