Mailboxes by plan, LinkedIn per account
Users on Multichannel; flat for users on Email
What the price scales with, in one look.
Warmerly's bill grows with mailboxes (5, 25 or 100 by plan) and with each LinkedIn account at $19. lemlist's Email plan is flat for any number of users, but its Multichannel plan is $109 a month for each user. For three people with LinkedIn that is about $106 on Warmerly against $327 on lemlist. For email only at 100 mailboxes, lemlist's flat $69 is cheaper than Warmerly's $179. Drawn side by side.
Warmerly, in detail.
Warmerly counts mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts. People are not a price unit, so adding a colleague who only reads replies or manages campaigns adds nothing to the bill. The price steps up when you pass a plan's mailbox count or add a LinkedIn account.
Mailboxes by plan
Starter covers 5 mailboxes, Growth 25 and Agency 100. The bill steps up when you pass a plan's mailbox count, from $19 to $49 to $179 a month.

LinkedIn per account
Each connected LinkedIn account is $19 a month. Packs are $49 for 3 and $75 for 5, each cancelled as a whole. A pack of 5 works out at $15 an account, and a pack of 3 at about $16.33, our arithmetic.

Client workspaces share a pool
On Agency, client workspaces share one pool of mailboxes and allowances, with no charge per client workspace.

Mailbox limit per plan, in full
The mailbox limit is 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth and 100 on Agency. Active prospects and campaign leads are capped by tier as well, and Agency allows 250,000 active prospects.

LinkedIn accounts are not people
A LinkedIn slot is a connected account, not a seat. Nothing in the plan ties a mailbox or a LinkedIn account to a named user.

Where Warmerly is behind
Warmerly has no per user roles priced as a feature, no guest seat concept and no call minutes per user. If your team structure matters more than your mailbox count, lemlist's seat model describes it more directly.

lemlist, in detail.
lemlist prices Email by volume with unlimited users, and Multichannel by seat. A seat is a person who sends, so the Multichannel bill follows headcount, not mailbox count.
Email: flat for users
The pricing page shows unlimited users and unlimited email senders on Email, with 50,000 emails a month. The help centre adds unlimited contacts and says LinkedIn actions, phone numbers, WhatsApp and calling minutes are not included.

Multichannel: per seat
A help article says one seat is one user who can send campaigns, and that one seat is one user and one sender. Seats apply to Multichannel Expert and Enterprise, not to Email.

Guest seats
Guest seats are free: up to 5 on Multichannel Expert and unlimited on Enterprise, per a help article. A guest admin can create and manage campaigns and assign senders but cannot send.

Changing seats
An upgrade between Email tiers is charged at once less the unused value of the old tier. Direct changes between Email and Multichannel need support, per a help article.

Adding and removing paid seats
Seats are managed under Billing and Users, in the Products tab. You cannot lower the seat count below the number already assigned, and moving a user to Free does not reduce what you pay until you lower the count before the next billing cycle.

One account, one person
A help article gives the rule for Multichannel Expert as one account for one person: every connected sending address must belong to the same person. It allows up to 5 sending addresses per user.

Roles and what needs a seat
Only users with an active paid seat can send. You can invite unlimited users, but a member without a seat can view reports and campaigns and cannot send.

What lemlist does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A written price per seat in a help article. The price is on the pricing page only.
- How the Email plan's volume cap is shared between users, beyond the help article's 'team-wide' wording.
- Any discount for more seats on Multichannel Expert.
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The pricing page says Multichannel has 5 senders per user. A help article says one seat is one user and one sender. The two may describe different things (sending addresses against people who send), and we could not reconcile them from the pages.
- A help article says Multichannel Expert allows connecting up to 5 sending emails per user, which matches the pricing page more closely.
- One lemlist help article says the billing role of an admin without a seat is unclear: its summary says such admins can manage billing and its roles section lists billing only for admins with a seat.
Only what we could verify.

Warmerly
lemlist
Per month. lemlist prices were read on lemlist.com/pricing and its help centre on 21 October 2026 and exclude VAT; Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top (a pack of 3 is $49, of 5 is $75).
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
A growing sales team
Each new person is $19 on Warmerly and $109 on lemlist Multichannel. By ten people the gap in list prices is $851 a month, our arithmetic.
A big mailbox count
If you send email only from many addresses, lemlist's Email plan is flat. Warmerly's 100-mailbox Agency plan is $179 a month, so lemlist is cheaper there.
Ten sellers, each with five mailboxes
This is the case that favours lemlist's allowance of 5 senders per user, so we priced it. Ten people with five mailboxes each is 50 mailboxes. On Warmerly that is the Agency plan at $179 plus ten LinkedIn accounts at $19, $369 a month. On lemlist Multichannel it is ten seats at $109, $1,090 a month. If the ten only need email, lemlist Email at $69 would be cheaper than either.
Buying LinkedIn in packs
Five LinkedIn accounts as five separate slots are $95 a month. As one pack of 5 they are $75, so a team of five saves $20 a month by buying the pack, and the pack is cancelled as a whole. Five Multichannel seats are $545 a month on monthly billing.
Yearly billing for both
On yearly billing lemlist Multichannel is $87 a seat, so three seats are $261 a month, $3,132 a year. Warmerly Growth is $490 a year, and LinkedIn has no annual price, so three accounts are $684 a year. That is $1,174 a year against $3,132, our arithmetic on list prices.
People who only watch
A manager who reads reports and does not send needs a guest seat on lemlist, which is free up to 5 on Multichannel Expert. On Warmerly they add nothing to the bill either. The difference only appears when someone needs to send from their own LinkedIn account.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You will add sellers who need LinkedIn and want the cost to stay small per person.
- You count mailboxes, not people.
- You run an agency and want client workspaces to share one pool instead of paying per client.
- You expect the team to grow faster than the mailbox count.
lemlist is the better fit if
- You are an email-only team with many senders and want a flat price.
- You want the extra tools bundled in each seat.
- You want free guest seats for managers and stakeholders who only watch.
- You want calling minutes and enrichment credits included per user.
Is lemlist priced per user?
On Multichannel, yes: $109 a month per user ($87 on yearly billing). The Email plan is flat for unlimited users at $69 a month, but has no LinkedIn.
What does Warmerly's price scale with?
Mailboxes, by plan (5, 25 or 100), and LinkedIn accounts at $19 each, or in packs of 3 for $49 and 5 for $75. People are not a price unit.
Can I add teammates for free on lemlist?
Guest seats are free, up to 5 on Multichannel Expert, but a guest cannot send. Only users with a paid seat can send campaigns. On Email you can add unlimited users.
What does a lemlist seat include?
One user and, per the help article, one sender, with up to 5 sending addresses per user on Multichannel Expert. Every connected address must belong to the same person.
Which is cheaper for a team of ten?
With LinkedIn, Warmerly is $239 a month (Growth plus ten accounts) against $1,090 on lemlist. With 50 mailboxes it is $369 on Warmerly. For email only, lemlist's $69 flat plan is the cheaper one.
