Emails per month, in one look.
Warmerly has no monthly send meter on paid plans: volume is bounded by mailboxes and each mailbox's daily limit (30 by default). The Free plan allows 100 campaign sends a month. lemlist's pricing page shows 50,000 emails a month on Email and unlimited emails and messages on Multichannel. A help article prices Email volume tiers from 50,000 emails ($69 a month) to 1,000,000 ($659). So the two are close on paper, and both are limited in practice by how many emails a mailbox can safely send in a day. Last checked 21 October 2026.

Drawn side by side.
Warmerly, in detail.
No monthly meter on paid plans. Daily limits per mailbox do the limiting, and a bounce brake slows a mailbox when its bounce rate rises. The Free plan is the only place a monthly number applies.
Not metered on paid plans
Starter, Growth and Agency have no monthly send meter. The Free plan allows 100 campaign sends a month.

30 a day per mailbox by default
Each mailbox has its own daily campaign limit, 30 by default, and so does each campaign. Volume is mailboxes times that limit.

Bounces slow a mailbox
Over a rolling 7 days, from 2 per cent bounces a mailbox's cap is multiplied by 0.75, from 3 per cent by 0.5, and from 5 per cent by 0.25. At 7 per cent it is paused. None of it applies under 25 sends.

A new mailbox ramps up
A young mailbox opens with a volume ramp rather than its full daily limit, and a mailbox cannot exceed its own daily campaign limit whatever the ramp says. The warmup page of each mailbox shows today's limit and the reason for it.

What a plan's mailboxes add up to
At 30 a day, 5 mailboxes send at most 150 a day, 25 send 750 and 100 send 3,000. Over a 30 day month that is 4,500, 22,500 and 90,000, our arithmetic on the default limit. You can set a mailbox's limit lower.

Where Warmerly is behind
Warmerly does not publish a monthly email count you can buy on the pricing page, and it has no volume tier above 100 mailboxes without a call. If you need a written monthly figure to show a manager, lemlist gives one.

Moving up a tier
An Email upgrade takes effect at once and resets the sending counter to 0. You pay the new tier minus the unused value of the old one. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period with no pro rata refund.

What lemlist does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Whether a higher Email tier changes any feature other than volume.
- A daily send limit per sending address on a paid plan.
- What counts towards the Multichannel 'unlimited' in practice, such as any fair use wording.
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The pricing page shows only 50,000 emails a month for Email. A help article lists tiers up to 1,000,000, with prices.
- The pricing page shows unlimited emails on Multichannel. The help article describes a team wide cap only for Email, so the two are consistent, but neither says whether Multichannel has any fair use limit.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Where you hit a ceiling
At the default of 30 a day, one Warmerly mailbox sends at most 30 emails a day and five send at most 150, our arithmetic. Reaching lemlist's 50,000 a month would take many mailboxes, so mailbox count and safe daily volume decide the ceiling on both.
Headline numbers
Neither company's monthly figure is a promise that mail will land. Deliverability depends on warmed mailboxes and sensible daily volume.
How many mailboxes is 50,000 a month
Spread over 30 days, 50,000 emails is about 1,667 a day. At 30 a day per mailbox that needs about 56 mailboxes, our arithmetic. So lemlist's smallest Email tier assumes a sending set up that Warmerly would put on its Agency plan, at $179 a month for up to 100 mailboxes.
A small team's real volume
Five mailboxes at 30 a day send at most 4,500 emails in 30 days. That is under a tenth of lemlist's 50,000 cap, so most small teams never reach either company's monthly figure. The number that matters to them is the daily limit that keeps each address healthy.
Hitting lemlist's cap
The help article says active campaigns pause automatically when the team cap is reached. Moving up a tier resets the counter, so a team that is close to the limit midway through a month pays the new tier less unused value and carries on. Check the date your counter resets, because the help article ties it to the upgrade.
A bounce problem
On Warmerly a mailbox whose bounces reach 5 per cent over 7 days has its cap multiplied by 0.25, so a 30 a day mailbox drops to about 7 a day, and it is paused at 7 per cent. lemlist's pages we read do not describe a rule of this kind for sending addresses.
Trying volume in the trial
lemlist's trial allows 50 emails a day for 14 days, at most 700. Warmerly's Free plan allows 100 campaign sends a month from one mailbox. Neither lets you test real volume before you pay.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want no monthly meter and will manage volume by mailbox.
- You want a free plan that sends.
- You want a bounce brake that slows a mailbox for you before it is paused.
- You send well under 50,000 a month and do not want to pay for a volume tier.
lemlist is the better fit if
- You want an unlimited emails figure on Multichannel in writing.
- You want a bigger Email volume tier on the plan itself.
- You want to price a given volume, such as 200,000 a month, from a published list.
- You send high volume from many addresses and want one flat team price.
Does Warmerly cap emails per month?
Not on paid plans. The Free plan allows 100 campaign sends a month. Each mailbox has a daily limit, 30 by default, and a bounce brake that slows it when bounces rise.
Does lemlist really give unlimited emails?
Its pricing page shows unlimited emails and messages on Multichannel and Enterprise, and 50,000 emails a month on Email. A help article lists Email tiers up to 1,000,000 a month. We found no daily limit per address in the pages we read.
What happens when lemlist's monthly cap is reached?
The help article says active campaigns pause automatically. An upgrade to a higher tier takes effect at once and resets the sending counter.
How many emails can 25 Warmerly mailboxes send?
At the default of 30 a day each, 750 a day, or 22,500 in 30 days. You can set a lower limit per mailbox, and the bounce brake lowers it further if bounces rise.
How much would 100,000 emails a month cost?
On lemlist Email it is $89 a month, or $71 on yearly billing. Warmerly has no send meter, so the cost is the plan that holds enough mailboxes. At 30 a day that is about 111 mailboxes, more than the 100 in Agency.
