The steps each product lists for LinkedIn and email
Warmerly's list is the steps its sequence editor offers. lemlist's is what its pricing page and help centre name. Neither lane is a recommended sequence.
What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
A Warmerly sequence can mix LinkedIn connection and message steps with waits and email steps. LinkedIn is its own paid add-on, charged per connected account, so the price follows the number of LinkedIn profiles and not the number of people with a login.
Two LinkedIn steps
A sequence can hold a LinkedIn connection step, a LinkedIn message step, wait steps and email steps. A ready-made LinkedIn-then-email template connects first, waits 2 days, then sends two emails.

Messages wait for the connection
LinkedIn only lets you message first-degree connections. If the invitation is still pending Warmerly re-checks every 6 hours without spending send budget, and skips the lead if they are still not connected 21 days after the invitation.

A step's own delay is honoured
When a sequence step says wait N days after the previous step, the engine waits that long before the step is due. Until it was fixed, a follow-up set for two days after connecting was scheduled one minute out. The fix is recorded in Warmerly's LinkedIn doc.

No note on the invitation, by default advice
Warmerly's own doc recommends leaving the connection step's text empty on a free LinkedIn account, because LinkedIn gives free accounts only a handful of personalised invitation notes a month. The first message after acceptance carries the text instead.

One budget for warmup and campaigns
Campaign invitations and warmup invitations spend from the same daily and weekly budget, so a campaign cannot use the warmup's allowance on top. Messages sent by a campaign also draw on a daily message cap that ramps with the account's age.

Price
One LinkedIn account is $19 a month on top of an email plan, so Starter plus one account is $38. A pack of 3 is $49 and a pack of 5 is $75. It is charged at once with no trial.

Where Warmerly is behind
We found no code for InMail, endorsing skills, following profiles, voice or video messages, or a sequence that starts from a profile visit. There is also no condition step that branches on whether a lead is already in your network.

lemlist, in detail.
lemlist runs email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS in one workflow, with LinkedIn on the Multichannel plan. Its help centre lists a long set of LinkedIn step types and conditions, and it ties the plan to one person per account.
The channels named
The home page says you can launch campaigns across email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS from one workflow.

LinkedIn actions on the pricing page
Multichannel lists LinkedIn profile visits, follows and invites, text messages, voice messages and InMail, plus conditioned next steps. The Email plan lists no LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp or calling.

More step types in the help centre
The LinkedIn help collection has articles on a like-last-post step, a comment-last-post step, an endorse-skill step, withdrawing pending invitations, a video message and an Is in my LinkedIn network condition.

Manual tasks inside a sequence
The same collection has an article on adding and managing manual tasks in a sequence, and one on ignoring or bulk ignoring Comment last post tasks. So some LinkedIn steps are tasks a person completes, not steps lemlist performs alone.

InMail
An InMail step needs a Premium sender and has a daily cap you set, per the help centre's summary of its InMail article. The article also covers keeping track of remaining credits.

Several LinkedIn profiles
There is an article on connecting and managing multiple LinkedIn profiles in one lemlist account. The plans article says that on Multichannel Expert and Enterprise one account is one person, and that every connected sending address must belong to that same person.

Chrome extension
The collection lists a Chrome extension that imports LinkedIn leads into lemlist. The pricing page adds that Multichannel includes using lemlist from Gmail and LinkedIn.

Published daily maximums
A help article on connection requests names up to 20 invitations, 30 messages and 30 profile visits a day, and a ceiling of 100 actions a day across visits, follows, likes, invitations and messages. It calls the figures guidance and cites no LinkedIn source.

What lemlist does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- How many LinkedIn actions a day the Multichannel plan allows as a published plan limit.
- Whether voice messages or InMail cost extra on top of Multichannel.
- The price of the WhatsApp add-on: the pricing page names it and shows no figure.
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The pricing page's feature table does not make clear which plan includes each LinkedIn action. The plan card says Multichannel adds LinkedIn automation, so we treat the LinkedIn actions as Multichannel features.
- lemlist's pricing page names the middle plan Multichannel. Its plans help article names it Multichannel Expert. We take them to be the same plan.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
A short outreach sequence
Both can send a connection request, wait, then email. If you also want InMail, profile visits or post engagement as steps, lemlist has them and Warmerly does not.
The cost of the second seller
In Warmerly the second seller adds one $19 LinkedIn account. In lemlist they add a second $109 seat.
Five sellers, monthly billing
Five people each with a LinkedIn profile is 5 x $109 = $545 a month on lemlist Multichannel. On Warmerly it is Growth at $49 plus the 5-account pack at $75, which is $124 a month, a gap of $421. The Warmerly figure covers 25 mailboxes. The lemlist figure covers up to 25 senders (5 per user) and includes calls and SMS, which Warmerly does not sell.
Yearly billing narrows the gap, not the order
lemlist's yearly price for Multichannel is $87 a user, so five users come to $435 a month. The Warmerly LinkedIn packs are priced monthly, so the comparison with $124 is still monthly against yearly. lemlist stays higher for this team, by $311 a month at those figures.
One seller, two profiles
A consultant who runs a personal profile and a company profile pays $38 plus $19 = $57 a month on Warmerly with Starter. lemlist's plans article says one account is one person and all connected sending addresses must be that person's, so how a second profile is billed is something to confirm with lemlist before you rely on it.
A lead who has not accepted yet
In Warmerly the message step does not fire until the invitation is accepted. It checks again every 6 hours and gives up on that lead after 21 days, which is up to 84 checks at 4 a day. lemlist lists an Is in my LinkedIn Network condition, which is a branch point in a sequence. We have not read how it behaves, so we do not claim it matches. Warmerly has no such branch today.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want LinkedIn and email in one sequence and the per-person price matters.
- Connection requests and messages cover what you do on LinkedIn.
- You would rather pay per LinkedIn account than per seat with a login.
lemlist is the better fit if
- You want a long list of LinkedIn steps, including voice messages, InMail and post engagement.
- You want calls, SMS and WhatsApp in the same sequence.
- You want a condition that branches on whether a lead is already in your LinkedIn network.
Does lemlist's Email plan include LinkedIn?
No. The pricing page lists no LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp or calling on the Email plan. LinkedIn automation comes with Multichannel, which is $109 a month, or $87 billed yearly, as shown on the pricing page on 21 October 2026.
Does Warmerly send InMail or voice messages?
No. We found no code for InMail, voice messages, video messages, follows, endorsements or post engagement as sequence steps. lemlist lists all of those in its help centre.
What happens in Warmerly if a lead has not accepted my invitation?
The message step waits. Warmerly checks the lead's connection status every 6 hours without spending send budget, and skips the lead if they are still not connected 21 days after the invitation.
How many people can use one LinkedIn account on lemlist?
lemlist's plans article says one account is one person on Multichannel Expert and Enterprise, and that connected sending addresses must belong to that person. It says misuse can lead to suspension or disconnection.
