lemlist

$69 on Email, $55 billed yearly

The short answer

Starting price, in one look.

Warmerly starts at $19 a month for 5 mailboxes, or free for 1 mailbox with no card. lemlist's cheapest paid plan is Email at $69 a month ($55 a month on yearly billing), with unlimited users and 50,000 emails a month. The plan with LinkedIn steps is Multichannel at $109 per user a month ($87 yearly). They price different things: Warmerly by mailbox, lemlist by plan and, on Multichannel, by person. lemlist includes far more in that price: a large lead database, finders, AI agents and calling. How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Warmerly sells email in four steps, Free, Starter, Growth and Agency, by number of mailboxes. LinkedIn is a separate $19 a month per account. Nothing in the base plans is priced per person, and paid plans have no monthly send meter.

01

Four email plans

Free is $0 for 1 mailbox. Starter is $19 a month for 5 mailboxes, Growth is $49 for 25 and Agency is $179 for 100. More than 100 mailboxes is priced on a call. Divided out, that is about $3.80 a mailbox on Starter, $1.96 on Growth and $1.79 on Agency, our arithmetic.

02

Yearly is ten months

Paying yearly costs 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free. That makes Starter $190 a year, Growth $490 and Agency $1,790, which is about 16.7 per cent off the monthly total.

03

LinkedIn is separate

A connected LinkedIn account is $19 a month, charged at once, with no free trial and no annual option. A pack of 3 accounts is $49 a month and a pack of 5 is $75. LinkedIn is not refundable, and the checkout says so before you pay.

04

Sends are not metered

Paid email plans have no monthly send meter. What bounds volume is the number of mailboxes and each mailbox's daily limit.

05

Three currencies, one answer

Prices are sold in dollars, pounds and euros, chosen from the visitor's region or their own pick. In pounds the plans are 15, 39 and 149 a month and in euros 17, 45 and 165. Every comparison on this page uses the dollar prices.

06

Where Warmerly is behind on price scope

The plan price buys sending, warmup, DNS checks, placement tests and an inbox. It does not include a lead database the size of lemlist's, a phone number finder or a call dialer as part of the plan price. Lead exports, lookups and AI credits sit inside the plan as allowances that grow with the tier.

How lemlist does it

lemlist, in detail.

lemlist shows three plans: Email, Multichannel and Enterprise. Each has a monthly price and a lower figure for yearly billing, and Email is also sold in volume steps. Of the three, only Email has a flat price for any number of users.

01

Email: $69 a month, $55 on yearly billing

The pricing page lists unlimited users, 50,000 emails a month and unlimited email senders. It includes the 650M+ lead database, an email and phone finder, AI agents, email warm-up and a Deliverability hub. It lists no LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp or calling for this plan.

02

Multichannel: $109 a month, $87 on yearly billing, per user

The pricing page adds 5 senders per user, unlimited emails and messages, LinkedIn automation, SMS automation, a call dialer and use from Gmail and LinkedIn. The user count is shown as User(s), with no price per seat stated. A help article gives the monthly price as $109 per user.

06

Add-ons on top

The pricing page lists a lead data enrichment add-on at $20 a month ($16 yearly) for 2,000 credits a month, which it describes as 400 emails or 100 phones, and a buying intent signals add-on at $29 a month ($21 yearly) for 100 signals a month. WhatsApp automation is an add-on whose price the page does not show.

Changing plan

Email tier upgrades apply at once, and you pay the new tier minus the unused value of the old one. Email downgrades apply at the end of the billing period with no pro rata refund. Moving between Email and Multichannel is not self serve: you create a new team and move contacts across, or ask support.

What lemlist does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • The number of users shown for Multichannel.
  • A price per seat written out as such: the pricing page shows a price with 'User(s)' next to it.
  • Quarterly and yearly prices for Multichannel Expert in a help article (the pricing page gives $87 yearly).
  • The WhatsApp add-on price, and the price of Enterprise.
  • Whether Email has a minimum term.

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • The pricing page shows each price beside a struck-through higher figure. We read the lower figure as the yearly price and the higher as the monthly price, which the page does not say outright. A help article confirms $109 monthly for Multichannel Expert and a 20 per cent yearly saving.
  • The pricing page calls the plan Multichannel. The help centre calls it Multichannel Expert.
  • The pricing page says the lead database is 650M+. A help article describing Multichannel Expert says 450M+. We use neither figure in any sum.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

One seller, email only

Warmerly Starter is $19 a month against $69 for lemlist's Email plan, and Warmerly's Free plan sends from one mailbox for nothing. lemlist's $69 buys a much larger toolkit, so the gap is a gap in scope as well as price.

2

One seller, email and LinkedIn

Starter plus one LinkedIn account is $38 a month. lemlist Multichannel is $109 for one user, or $87 on yearly billing. Over twelve months that is $456 against $1,308 on monthly billing, or $1,044 on lemlist's yearly price, our arithmetic on list prices.

3

Yearly against yearly

Yearly billing narrows nothing in lemlist's favour, because both sides discount. Warmerly Starter paid yearly is $190, about $15.83 a month. lemlist Email paid yearly is $55 a month, $660 for the year. The LinkedIn account on Warmerly has no annual price, so a seller with LinkedIn is $190 plus $228, $418 a year, against $1,044 for one Multichannel seat.

4

When volume is the point

lemlist's volume tiers are a real price list. At 100,000 emails a month Email is $89 monthly, or $71 yearly, which is $852 a year. Warmerly has no send meter, so the comparison turns on how many mailboxes you need to send that much safely, not on a price per email. Our arithmetic: at 30 sends a day per mailbox, 100,000 a month needs about 111 mailboxes, which is past the 100 in Agency.

5

What you would otherwise buy

lemlist's Email price includes a lead database, finders and AI agents. If you already pay for a data tool, those features are worth nothing to you and Warmerly's smaller scope costs you nothing. If you do not, price the data separately before calling either plan cheap. lemlist's own enrichment add-on is $20 a month for 400 emails of credit, which is $0.05 an email, our arithmetic.

6

Adding VAT

lemlist says its prices exclude VAT, added at checkout. Check how each side shows tax for your country before comparing two bills, and compare like with like, both before tax.

Who it suits

Pick the one that fits.

Warmerly

Warmerly is the better fit if

  • You want to start free, or on a few dollars a month, with warmup on every mailbox.
  • You are adding LinkedIn for a team and the per-person price is what stops you.
  • You want a plan priced by mailboxes, with no send meter on paid tiers.
  • You want the price in pounds or euros, shown as the real charge.
lemlist

lemlist is the better fit if

  • You want the lead data, finders and AI agents inside the price, and you will use them.
  • You send from a lot of addresses and want the Email plan's unlimited senders at one flat price.
  • You want calling minutes and SMS in the same seat as email and LinkedIn.
  • You would rather pay quarterly or yearly and have a 10 or 20 per cent discount in writing.
