Warmerly, in detail.
Client workspaces that share one pool of allowances on the Agency plan, three roles, a workspace logo, no per-client fee, and API access. No white label found.
The Agency plan
Agency is $179 a month for 100 mailboxes, active campaigns with no limit on their number, API access and client workspaces. Beyond 100 mailboxes, Max is priced on a call. A 7-day Agency trial is available.

Client workspaces share one pool
A new workspace made by an Agency owner becomes a client workspace with no extra card or setup. Mailboxes, active campaigns, prospects, LinkedIn accounts and WhatsApp numbers are counted across the whole family against the Agency plan, so the 100 mailboxes are shared, not 100 each.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
What stays separate
Each client workspace has its own mailboxes, campaigns, leads, inbox, do-not-contact list and team. There is no charge per client workspace, and billing actions are refused inside a client workspace.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Three roles
A member is invited as Admin or Member, and the creator is the Owner. Owner and Admin can rename the workspace, change branding and sender details, and invite or remove people. Only the Owner can change plan, open billing, buy credits or add-ons, or delete the workspace. Roles belong to one workspace.

Where Warmerly is behind
We found no white label, no custom roles or permissions, no client report, no template sharing between workspaces and no named customer success manager in the code or docs. Specialist support and a shared dashboard across all clients are not listed either.

Invites last 7 days
An invite from Settings, then Workspaces, is valid for 7 days. The person must accept with the same email address the invite was sent to. Pending invites can be revoked, and re-inviting the same address replaces the earlier one.

An audit log
Anyone in a workspace can open its audit log, which lists the latest 200 events: team changes, mailbox connections, plan changes, API keys and connected AI apps. It is per workspace, has no search or export on the page, and currently shows the actor as an account ID rather than a name.

Owner rules
Only an owner can give someone the Owner role or change another owner. An owner cannot leave a workspace and must transfer ownership or delete it first. Removing a person also revokes any AI app connections they made to your workspace.

Deleting a client workspace
Your bill does not change. The workspace locks now, is kept for 30 days and can be restored any time before then.

When Agency ends
If the Agency plan is downgraded or lapses, nothing is deleted. Each client workspace simply has no plan of its own and its owner is sent to the plan picker for it.

LinkedIn slots are bought in the parent
On Agency, LinkedIn accounts you pay for are shared by the workspace and its client workspaces and are bought in the parent workspace, not inside a client one.

What Closely does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Role names beyond Owner, Admin and User
- What one white label seat means
- Whether the promo codes apply to white label
- The SLA terms offered at 200 or more seats
- Which metrics a branded report contains
- A maximum number of team members
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Closely's table ticks white label on every plan, while its FAQ and white label page price it at $1,499 a month.
Only what we could verify.

Warmerly
Closely
Per month, billed monthly. Closely prices are by LinkedIn account and were read on closelyhq.com/pricing on 21 October 2026; its annual toggle is labelled 40% off. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Agencies that resell should read Closely's page twice
White label, a client portal and branded reports are its offer. Warmerly has none of them.
Warmerly's agency plan is about mailboxes
Client workspaces share one pool of 100 mailboxes, with no charge per client.
A year of each
At $1,499 a month, Closely's white label costs $17,988 over 12 months. Warmerly's Agency plan at $179 a month is $2,148, or $1,790 on yearly billing, which is 10 times the monthly price. They are not like for like: one is a LinkedIn and email platform with resale rights, the other a pool of 100 mailboxes.
Reselling needs a break even
The white label page's own example prices each seat at $150, which it says is typical but gives no source. On that assumption you need about 10 seats to cover $1,499, since 10 times $150 is $1,500. Your own price and costs may differ.
Handing a client access
On Warmerly a client can be invited as a Member of their own workspace, with their own mailboxes, leads and inbox. There is no branded domain or portal, so the client sees Warmerly.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You manage client mailboxes and want no per-client fee
- You want an audit log of who changed what
- You want each client in a separate workspace under one bill, with the client seeing the product as it is
Closely is the better fit if
- You want to resell under your own brand
- You want a client portal and branded reports
- You want the client to see only your brand and domain
- You want a named success manager or Slack access at the top tier
Does Closely offer white label?
Yes. Its pricing table ticks it on every plan, and its white label page describes a fixed $1,499 a month regardless of seats. The page does not reconcile the two.
Does Warmerly offer white label?
No. Agency plan owners get client workspaces with their own mailboxes, campaigns, leads and inbox, and a workspace logo.
Can a Closely user see the whole team's work?
Owner and Admin can. A User sees only their own LinkedIn account and its campaigns, and the Inbox is visible only to the person who added the account.
How many roles does Warmerly have?
Three: Owner, Admin and Member. Roles belong to one workspace, so someone can be an admin in one and a member in another.
Can I move a Warmerly client workspace off my plan?
A client workspace has no plan of its own while under Agency. If Agency ends, each client workspace is sent to a plan picker and a plan chosen there belongs to that workspace.
