Warmerly, in detail.
On the Agency plan a client workspace sits inside one pool of allowances with no per-client fee and no extra card. There are three roles, a workspace logo and one bill. We found no white label, no client report and no custom roles, so Warmerly suits an agency that runs client mailboxes itself rather than one that hands clients a branded portal.
The Agency plan
Agency is $179 a month for 100 mailboxes, active campaigns with no limit on their number, API access and client workspaces.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Client workspaces share one pool
A new workspace made by an Agency owner becomes a client workspace with no extra card. Mailboxes are counted across the whole family, so the 100 are shared, not 100 each.

Three roles
A member is invited as Admin or Member, and the creator is the Owner.

Where Warmerly is behind
We found no white label, no custom roles, no client report and no named customer success manager in the code or docs.

What the pool covers
Capacity limits are added up across the Agency workspace and every client workspace: mailboxes, active campaigns, active prospects, LinkedIn accounts and WhatsApp numbers. The monthly allowances for verifications, lookups, exports, placement tests and AI credits use the Agency plan's limits, and an AI credit pack bought on the Agency workspace works in every client.

Billing stays with the agency
Inside a client workspace the billing routes refuse with a 'billed through agency' answer, and the billing page reads 'Included in your Agency plan'. Only the Owner can change plan or open Manage billing, so a client who is invited as Admin cannot reach the card.

Woodpecker, in detail.
Woodpecker sells agency features as add-ons priced per active client: an Agency Panel at $27 and a White Label add-on at $5. The panel has a long list of agency tools (bulk actions, a global blacklist, view-only client access, centralised billing) and the agency page describes client reporting on your own domain. It is the more complete agency toolset of the two, and the cost grows with each client.
Agency panel, $27 per active client
The add-ons list Agency Panel at $27 per active client, on a selector from 0 to 10.

What the panel lists
The pricing page lists, under Agency Panel: a separate prospects database, bulk campaign actions (stop, pause, start), bulk email account upload, all client stats in one panel, an agency outreach calendar, a global blacklist, clients connecting mailboxes without sharing passwords, client view-only access, automated audits for client domains and centralised billing.

What Woodpecker does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A limit on clients or users
- Whether White Label needs the Agency panel
- Setup terms for White Label
- What 'active client' means (for example, how a client is counted as active in a month)
- How many users a client may add, since the pricing page says team members are unlimited but does not say how that applies to clients
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The pricing page sells White Label at $5 per active client, while a banner on the agency page invites visitors to 'Let us know'. That reads like an enquiry, so we do not state it is self-serve.
- The features page's feature table labels ('available with add-on' and 'included') do not clearly show which plan includes which agency features, so we use the pricing page for what is an add-on.
Only what we could verify.

Warmerly
Woodpecker
Per month. Woodpecker figures were read on woodpecker.co/pricing on 21 October 2026, shown there in USD before VAT, and we could not read a price for any named slider step. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes; its LinkedIn accounts are charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Few clients versus many
At 10 clients, Woodpecker's panel is $270 a month on top of the sending price. At 10 clients, Warmerly's $179 does not change. That is our arithmetic on list prices.
Branding decides it for some
If your clients need a branded portal or PDF reports, Warmerly cannot do that today.
Where the lines cross
On list prices the Woodpecker panel alone passes $179 at 7 clients ($189). That is our arithmetic, and it leaves out Woodpecker's sending price and what Warmerly's 100 mailboxes include.
Five clients with branded reporting
At 5 clients with the panel and White Label, Woodpecker's add-ons come to 5 x $32 = $160 a month, which is under Warmerly's $179. At 6 clients they come to $192, which is over. That leaves out Woodpecker's sending price and what the 100 Warmerly mailboxes cover, so it is a crossing point for the add-on only.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want a fixed monthly price however many clients you add
- Client workspaces with shared allowances are enough
- You run client mailboxes yourself and the client does not need a portal
- You want one bill and the API included, with the whole pool visible to you
- You have up to five clients and no need for a branded client view
Woodpecker is the better fit if
- You need white label reporting on your own domain
- You want client reports as CSV and PDF
- You want clients to log in view-only to see their own results
- You want bulk actions, a global blacklist and an outreach calendar across clients
- You are adding clients one at a time and prefer to pay per active client
