LinkedIn account warmup, in one look.
Warmerly warms a LinkedIn account with automatic posts, reactions, comments and profile views on a ramped daily budget. Waalaxy's pages do not describe a LinkedIn account warmup, though they describe randomised daily quotas. Warmerly's own doc says the warmup had not been seen live when it was written. Last checked 22 October 2026.

Drawn side by side.
Warmerly, in detail.
Warmerly's LinkedIn warmup is automatic and ramped, with the caveat that it was read from the provider's docs more than it was observed live.
Five kinds of activity
Each day it plans an AI-written post, reactions and AI comments on posts found for up to 3 of the account's topics, and profile views and invitations (no note) to second-degree people found the same way.

Everything else ramps in steps
Profile views, reactions, comments, messages and posts ramp over days 1 to 3, 4 to 7, 8 to 14, 15 to 21 and 22 on, at 20, 35, 55, 75 and 100 per cent of the ceiling.

A new connection starts paused
Warmup is switched on per account. Posts only start once the post cap reaches 1, which is warmup day 8. Warmup never invites someone who is a lead in a campaign.

Not seen live at the time of the doc
Warmerly's own doc recorded on 12 October 2026 that no warmup job had yet run in production, and that posting, reacting and commenting were read from the provider's docs. We did not re-test it.

Where Warmerly is behind
The curve is set by Warmerly. There is no custom start, step or interval.

Topics steer it
Reactions, comments and profile views are found from up to 3 of the account's topics, so the activity looks like the person it belongs to.

A failure pauses it
If a failure looks like a restriction, a checkpoint or a rate limit, the account's warmup is paused with the reason and stays paused until someone turns it back on.

Per account, not per team
Warmup is switched on for each account, and campaign leads are never invited by warmup, so the two do not collide.

A ramp you can read
Each ramp step is listed in code: profile views, reactions, comments, messages and posts go from 20 per cent of the ceiling on days 1 to 3 to the full amount from day 22.

Waalaxy, in detail.
Waalaxy's pages describe quotas and delays rather than a warmup.
Randomised quotas
Its quotas article says the daily quota is randomly set between 80% and 100% of the maximum, to avoid repetitive behaviour that could alert LinkedIn.
intercom.help/waalaxy/en/articles/10327318-what-are-quotas · read 21 October 2026
Semi-random delays
Its queue article says delays between actions are semi-random and help keep an account safe and compliant with LinkedIn's limits.
intercom.help/waalaxy/en/articles/6899583-how-does-the-queue-work · read 21 October 2026
A progressive start
Its LinkedIn page says it runs actions progressively instead of aggressively. It gives no ramp schedule.
waalaxy.com/feature/linkedin-prospecting · read 21 October 2026
Advice, not a feature
Its subscriptions article recommends that you warm up your LinkedIn account first, and suggests capping quotas at 30 actions per type if you are not very active. That is advice you carry out yourself.

Time of day
Actions run within your configured working hours. The queue article does not say how to set them.
intercom.help/waalaxy/en/articles/6899583-how-does-the-queue-work · read 22 October 2026
Same-day variation
Because each day's quota is randomised between 80% and 100%, two days differ even on the same plan.

Quotas by plan, not by account age
Its quotas are set by plan and by a daily random draw. Nothing on the pages we read ties them to how old or active your LinkedIn account is, beyond the advice to cap at 30.

What Waalaxy does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A LinkedIn account warmup feature or ramp schedule on any page we read
- Automatic posts, reactions or comments on your behalf
- Automatic posts, reactions or comments on your behalf
- A schedule for a brand-new account
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Different ideas of safe
Waalaxy randomises its daily quota. Warmerly warms the account with real activity and ramps the budget. Neither can promise that LinkedIn will not restrict an account.
Not the same as mailbox warmup
This row is about a LinkedIn profile. Mailbox warmup for email is a separate feature, covered on its own row.
A new LinkedIn account
A new account has no history, which is when LinkedIn is least tolerant. A slow start matters most here, and Warmerly's warmup does the slow start for you. Waalaxy leaves it to you.
An established account
An account with a long history and regular activity may not need a warmup. Waalaxy's randomised quotas and delays may be enough.
A caution about the warmup
Warmerly's own doc said the warmup had not been seen live on 12 October 2026. Treat it as a design, not a track record, until you see it working on your account.
What to watch
Whichever you use, watch for LinkedIn warnings and restrictions in the first weeks. If one appears, stop and lower the caps before you carry on.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want a new LinkedIn account to build up activity before campaigns
- You accept that the warmup was not yet seen live in Warmerly's own doc
- You want automated posts, reactions and comments to give a new account some history
Waalaxy is the better fit if
- You prefer quotas that vary day to day and no automated posting
- You want a vendor with a long-running LinkedIn product
- You prefer to warm up your own account by hand and use randomised quotas
