Warmerly, in detail.
Warmerly's AI writes from real profile facts and stores what you approved, and keeps a person in charge of the send.
A LinkedIn message written for one person
Switch on Personalise with AI on a LinkedIn step and each note or message is written from that prospect's profile and the campaign brief. It is off by default and costs 1 AI credit a message, refunded when the output is not used.

What you approved is what is sent
A preview for a real lead is stored, and the engine sends that stored text. Links are limited to the campaign's own booking and offer links. The limits are 280 characters for a connection note and 700 for a message.

An AI opener for email
The {{ai_opener}} tag is generated for each lead at send time from research on the lead's website, and needs a campaign brief.

Where Warmerly is behind
Personalisation is words only. We found no voice notes, images or an agent that finds prospects for you.

The model may use only the profile it is given
Each prompt carries the prospect's profile as data with the rule never to state a fact that is not in it. Placeholder, banned-phrase, length and link checks run on every output, and a failed check means the text is not used.

Three attempts, then a fallback
If a message fails its checks the model gets three attempts, each told what was wrong with the last. If writing fails, the step's own template is sent by default, or the lead waits an hour, and after 24 hours the template goes out so no lead is stuck.

What the profile holds
A prospect profile keeps about, industry, experience, education, skills and recent posts, summarised into headline, role, seniority, interests and talking points. The raw profile is refreshed after 14 days.

Replies are read and labelled
Every LinkedIn reply to a campaign is read, labelled and given a suggested answer. Reading a profile and labelling a reply are free; a written message or suggested reply is 1 credit.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
An agent or a writer
Waalaxy AI is meant to run conversations until you take over. Warmerly writes messages you preview, and replies stay a human decision unless you switch Autopilot on.
Currency
The Waalaxy AI page quotes dollars, while its plans are in euros.
Writing in your own voice
Waami asks you to describe the target and the value in four fields and generates from those. Warmerly adds the prospect's own profile and recent posts, so two messages from one campaign differ. Either way, read what is sent before you launch.
Cost control
On Warmerly a written message costs 1 credit and is off per step until you switch it on, so a large list does not spend credits unseen. Waalaxy does not say whether Waami draws on a limit.
When the agent is what you want
If you want software to run whole conversations, Waalaxy's agent in beta is closer to that than anything in Warmerly, where Autopilot is opt-in, capped and answers only within a campaign's rules.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want AI to write copy that you preview before it is sent
- You want a credit cost per message that you can see

- You want voice notes in LinkedIn messages
- You want an agent that finds prospects and runs conversations
- You want an AI agent that finds prospects and runs conversations, in beta
