No CRM sync found
We searched the product code and docs for HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce connectors and found them only in lead-data and marketing files. We found no Zapier, Make or n8n app of Warmerly's own.

Key limits and who gets 403
Requests carry an X-Api-Key header with a default of 60 a minute per key. Free, Starter and Growth get a 403 error because the API is Agency only.

Webhooks are about mailbox health
The 16 signed event types describe mailbox health. They do not cover opens, clicks or replies, so a CRM that wants reply events cannot get them from webhooks.

Docs, not a marketplace
Warmerly documents its API, webhooks and MCP server in its own docs. It has no app listing in Zapier, Make or n8n of its own that we could find.

What Waalaxy does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Rate limits for the API
- Which plan the CRM connectors need, apart from what its pricing table implies
- Which plan each CRM connector needs
- Webhooks or events going out of Waalaxy
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Connectors
If your CRM is HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce and you need a native connector, Waalaxy lists them and Warmerly does not.
AI assistants
Warmerly's MCP server is open on every plan, which suits people who work through Claude or ChatGPT.
If your CRM is the centre
Waalaxy has the connectors, including a sync on reply. If a CRM must see every reply as it arrives, Warmerly has no connector and its webhooks do not carry replies, so check what the API on the Agency plan exposes before you rely on it.
If an AI assistant is the interface
Warmerly's MCP server is on every plan, so you can try it on Free. Waalaxy has MCP articles, and we could not read which plan they need.
If you use Zapier or Make
Waalaxy has modules for both from Advanced. Warmerly has none of its own, so you would call its API from them, on the Agency plan.
Count the plan, not the logo
A connector list matters less than the plan that unlocks it. Waalaxy's API and automation modules start at Advanced, and Warmerly's API at Agency, so compare the price of those plans, not the number of logos.
Pick the one that fits.
