The short answer

Cold email campaigns, in one look.

Warmerly sends cold email from warmed mailboxes on every paid plan, with no cap on sends. Waalaxy sends email only on its Business plan, and says sending limits depend on your mailbox provider. If email is a side channel for you, Waalaxy's email steps may be enough. Last checked 22 October 2026.

Waalaxy's help centre lists weekly limits only and says the quota depends on your email provider. We found no daily limit. Email sending needs its Business plan.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Warmerly's campaigns are the main product, with scheduling, a volume ramp, a bounce brake and pre-launch checks.

01

Sequences with waits and branches

A sequence can hold email steps, wait steps, LinkedIn steps and condition steps that branch on opened, clicked, replied or timeout. Only the canvas editor builds branches. Any email step can run A/B versions.

02

A daily limit per mailbox: 30 by default

Each mailbox has its own daily campaign limit, 30 by default. Sending is not metered on paid plans. The Free plan allows 100 campaign sends a month.

03

A volume ramp from 3 to 15 a day

A campaign can ramp each mailbox from 3 emails on sending day 1, adding 1 a day, up to 15 by default. It is switched on automatically for young mailboxes.

04

A bounce brake

Over a rolling 7 days, below 2 per cent bounces a mailbox is untouched. From 2 per cent its daily cap is multiplied by 0.75, from 3 per cent by 0.5, from 5 per cent by 0.25. At 7 per cent the mailbox is paused.

05

Unsubscribes handled

Campaign emails carry List-Unsubscribe headers and a footer link. Unsubscribes go on a workspace-wide suppression list.

06

Young mailboxes ramp by default

A new campaign turns the volume ramp on automatically when the project has no mailbox yet or any mailbox has under 14 days of warmup. The default climbs from 3 a day to 15, reaching full volume on the 13th sending day.

07

A bounce is shared knowledge

A hard bounce goes on a global list that every workspace checks, because a dead address costs everyone shared sending reputation. An unsubscribe stays inside the workspace that received it.

08

Replies stop the sequence

A genuine reply stops that lead's sequence by default, and the reply lands in the inbox with a label.

How Waalaxy does it

Waalaxy, in detail.

Waalaxy adds email sequences to LinkedIn on its Business plan.

03

Limits come from your provider

Its email FAQ says the sending quota depends on your email provider, not Waalaxy, and lists weekly limits only: Gmail 500, Outlook 100, Office 365 10,000 and 500 for other providers.

04

What a sequence can do

Its cold email page names scheduled follow-ups, dynamic variables, and tracking of open and reply rates.

06

Variables work in the body only

Its email FAQ says variables work in the email body and not in the subject line. Links, signatures and attachments are supported, but some providers disable links, so it advises few links in cold email.

08

Only prospects with an address

Email campaigns send only to prospects who already have an address, from an Email Finder step or added by hand. If the address is not found the prospect is removed and the credit returned.

What Waalaxy does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • Mailbox warmup or sender reputation tools
  • Daily sending limits, as only weekly limits are listed
  • How unsubscribing works in the product
  • Whether opens and clicks are tracked by Waalaxy itself or only through a link shortener

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Email as the main job

If most of your volume is email, the mailbox, its warmup and its limits matter more than a sequence step. That is the part Warmerly covers.

2

Email as a follow-up

If email is a follow-up after LinkedIn, Waalaxy's Business plan covers the step, and the mailbox reputation is yours to manage.

3

Cold email as the main channel

You need mailboxes that are warmed, records that stay correct and a way to slow down when bounces rise. Those are the parts Warmerly adds around the send.

4

Cold email as an extra step

If a few emails follow a LinkedIn sequence, Waalaxy's Business plan may be enough, with the weekly caps your provider sets. Check your provider's own limits, because Waalaxy states that they set the quota.

5

Watching bounce rates

Whichever you use, a rising bounce rate is the first sign of a list problem. Warmerly slows a mailbox from 2 per cent and pauses it at 7. Waalaxy's pages do not describe an equivalent.
