Invitation limits, in one look.
Warmerly ramps a standard account from 5 to 10 invitations a day, never more than 50 a week. Waalaxy sets daily quotas by plan: Pro about 11 invitations a day or 300 a month, Advanced and Business up to 100 a day and 200 a week. A higher number is not a better one: both sit under LinkedIn's own limits. Last checked 22 October 2026.

Invitations a day, drawn to one scale
Warmerly's ramp on a standard account, against Waalaxy's plan quotas
- Warmerly standard account: 5, 6, 8, then 10 a day
- Waalaxy: a flat quota by plan, drawn at random between 80% and 100% of it each day
Waalaxy figures are 'up to' quotas from its help centre. Its pricing page shows 300 and 800 invites a month instead. Higher is not better: both sit under LinkedIn's own limits.
Warmerly, in detail.
Warmerly caps a standard account at 10 invitations a day and 50 a week, and lets you set lower caps only.
A ramp that starts at 5
A standard account sends 5 invitations a day on days 1 to 3, 6 a day on days 4 to 7, 8 a day on days 8 to 14 and the full 10 a day from day 15. The weekly cap ramps 25, 30, 40, then 50.

Where Warmerly is behind
The ceilings are well below Waalaxy's quotas, and the curve is set by Warmerly with no custom start or step.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
You can only lower the caps
You can set caps lower, never higher, and warmup and campaigns spend from the same daily budget, so a busy warmup leaves less for campaigns.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Weekly caps follow the ramp
The weekly cap on invitations goes 25, 30, 40, then 50 for a standard account, and 100 at the Premium ceiling.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Full ramp takes 15 days
A standard account reaches the full 10 invitations a day on day 15, and the budgets for messages, views and reactions ramp up over the same first weeks.

Waalaxy, in detail.

The pricing page shows 300 invites a month on Pro and 800 invites a month on Advanced and Business.

Daily quotas in its help centre
Its quotas article lists invitations up to 100 a day with up to 200 a week for Advanced and Business, and up to 11 a day or 300 a month for Pro. It lists messages, follows and profile visits at 80 to 150 a day.

A random daily figure
Each day the quota is randomly set between 80% and 100% of the maximum, to avoid repetitive behaviour. You can lower quotas but not raise them above the plan maximum.

Delays between actions
Its queue article gives gaps of about 1 minute for profile visits and follows and about 2 minutes 30 seconds for invitations and messages, within your working hours.

LinkedIn's own cap
Its quotas article says its daily quotas are independent of LinkedIn's weekly limits, and actions stop when either is reached. It gives LinkedIn's weekly cap on invitations as 200.

Reset and changes
Quotas reset daily. You can lower them under Settings, then Account activity, and a change takes effect after the next daily reset.

Quotas span every campaign
The daily quota applies to all campaigns combined. You cannot set a quota per campaign or per action type inside a campaign.

Withdrawing invitations
After withdrawing pending invitations you must wait three weeks before inviting the same people again, and their status needs updating in Waalaxy first.

Not too fast for an inactive account
Its subscriptions article suggests that if you are not very active on LinkedIn and use Advanced or Business, you cap daily quotas at 30 actions per type.

What Waalaxy does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A ramp-up schedule for a new LinkedIn account
- Which plan quota applies to Freemium, as its pages disagree
- The time of day when daily quotas reset
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The pricing page shows 800 invites a month for Advanced and Business, while its quotas article gives up to 100 a day and 200 a week, and its queue article gives 80 to 100 a day.
- Advanced is described as offering 'Maximum LinkedIn invitation limits', yet its figure is the same 800 as Business.
- Its quotas article gives Freemium no quota because it cannot launch campaigns. Its queue article gives Freemium 2 to 3 invitations and profile visits a day.
- Its quotas article gives time estimates of up to 3 hours 20 minutes for 100 invitations, 2 hours 20 minutes for 150 profile visits, 1 hour 40 minutes for 100 follows and 5.5 hours for 150 messages. Those add to about 12 hours 50 minutes, not the little over 17 hours it states.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
What the numbers say
Waalaxy's published ceilings are higher than Warmerly's. Both state that their limits sit inside LinkedIn's rules, and neither can promise what LinkedIn will accept for a given account.
Lowering them
On both sides you can set lower limits than the maximum. Neither lets you go above it.
Starting a new account
Ramping is the point for an account that has not sent invitations before. Warmerly starts at 5 a day. Waalaxy gives a starting suggestion of 30 actions of each type for an inactive account, and no ramp.
An active account with a big list
A busy LinkedIn user with a long list gets more done at Waalaxy's 100 a day. Both stop when LinkedIn's own limit is reached, whatever the tool allows.
Reading the numbers
A higher quota is not a better one. It is a maximum the vendor lets you try, and LinkedIn decides what your account accepts.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You would rather start slow and let a new account build up
- You want one daily budget shared between warmup and campaigns

Waalaxy is the better fit if
- You want higher daily invitation quotas
- You want quotas that vary daily, set by the vendor
- You want to send up to 100 invitations a day on an established account
