Warmerly, in detail.
Verification is built in with a monthly allowance by plan.
What it answers
It checks one address or a list and answers Safe to send, Send with caution, Do not send or Unknown, with a confidence score and a reason. A standard check does not send a message to the address.

Six outside providers
You can connect BriteVerify, DropContact, Hunter, NeverBounce, ZeroBounce or Bouncer with your own API key.

MX check on import
It checks the MX records of every imported lead and marks the address invalid if the domain cannot receive mail. It says this does not prove the address exists.

When credits run out
No notification is sent when credits run low, and if a campaign verifies on import with none left, new leads are not added until you buy more.

Five result labels
Each lead is shown as Not verified, Invalid, Valid, Unknown or Risky. Risky covers accept-all domains, domains that do not respond, role addresses such as sales or support, and temporary addresses.

Campaign rules for each label
In a campaign's settings, under Adding leads, you switch on Verify Emails, pick a provider and choose whether to reject invalid, risky or unknown leads. Invalid, risky and unknown leads are still added to the account, and the campaign setting decides whether they enter the campaign.

Existing leads are not checked
Turning verification on after leads are added does not verify those leads. The help page gives a route of cancelling the unstarted leads, exporting them, deleting them from the campaign and importing them again with the update option ticked.

No second charge
Leads that are already verified do not use credits again, and running verification again on verified leads does not change their status. The only way it describes to re-verify a lead is to delete it from the workspace and add it again, which deletes its history.

What QuickMail does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- The accuracy of its own verification
- Whether credits expire
- How many credits one check uses
- How long a valid result lasts
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Included against bought
Warmerly's 5,000 a month on Starter is part of the $19. On QuickMail the same 5,000 would be $50 in credits.
Bring your own verifier
If you already pay for ZeroBounce or NeverBounce, QuickMail connects it. Warmerly does not.
Watch the credit balance
QuickMail sends no low-credit notice, so a campaign that verifies on import can stall quietly.
Where the list is checked
QuickMail checks leads as they enter a campaign, and can hold the risky ones back. Warmerly checks a single address or a list from its verification tool, so you choose when the list is checked before it is imported.
Do not rely on the MX check alone
QuickMail itself says a valid domain does not prove the mailbox exists. Whichever tool you use, the address-level check is the one that lowers bounces.
Plan for the allowance
A list of 30,000 addresses is within Warmerly's Growth allowance of 25,000 a month only across two months, so a large list is a reason to look at the plan size or at QuickMail's pay-as-you-go credits.
Pick the one that fits.
