QuickMail

The short answer

Rotation and sending limits, in one look.

Warmerly gives each mailbox a daily limit, 30 by default, and each campaign its own daily limit of 30 until you raise it. QuickMail's Inbox Rotation picks one of the campaign's inboxes at random for each lead, and that inbox sends every follow-up. Its help centre advises no more than 15 emails per inbox a day for new inboxes. Last checked 22 October 2026.

Who sends, and how much

Warmerly gives each mailbox a daily limit you set. QuickMail hands each lead to one inbox at random and keeps it there.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

A daily limit on each mailbox and on each campaign, both set by you.

01

A daily limit per mailbox

Each mailbox keeps a daily campaign limit, 30 by default, which can be changed and raised up to 1,000 through the account settings API.

02

A daily limit per campaign

03

Warmup counts first

Warmup volume follows the published ramp and is limited by provider caps and health, with the limiting factor shown for each mailbox.

04

Where Warmerly is behind

We found no setting to match a lead's email provider to the sending mailbox, which QuickMail offers.

05

Round robin across eligible mailboxes

Each send goes to the eligible mailbox that sent least recently. A mailbox is eligible when it is under its daily limit and outside its minimum wait, and its ramp and bounce brake allow it.

06

Follow-ups stay with the first mailbox

Every step after the first comes from the address that sent the first email, so a thread reads as one person. If that mailbox has left the campaign, the lead is picked up by another one.

07

A ramp for young mailboxes

A campaign starts at 3 emails per mailbox on sending day 1 and adds 1 each sending day to a ceiling of 15, reached on the 13th sending day. It is switched on at creation when the project has no mailbox yet or any mailbox has under 14 days of warmup.

How QuickMail does it

QuickMail, in detail.

Random inbox assignment per lead, a provider-matching option, and a daily limit you set per account.

01

How rotation works

When a lead starts a campaign, QuickMail randomly chooses which inbox the journey uses. That inbox sends the first email and every follow-up. There is no option yet to say which leads go to which inbox.

help.quickmail.com/campaigns/inbox-rotation · read 21 October 2026

02

Match the lead's provider

An option matches the lead's email provider to a sender at the same provider where it can, for example a Google-hosted lead with a Google inbox.

help.quickmail.com/campaigns/inbox-rotation · read 21 October 2026

05

Unassigning does not stop a lead

A lead stays tied to its inbox for every follow-up, so an inbox you unassign keeps sending to the leads it already started. To reassign, pause the campaign, delete the old inbox, add the new one and set the campaign live again.

06

Pausing an inbox leaves leads waiting

It says leads assigned to a paused inbox cannot be reassigned and may be delayed in the sequence. Other campaigns using the same inbox must be paused too before you delete it.

07

Turn a bad inbox off by hand

You can toggle an inbox off on the campaign's channels page, or use Deliverability AI to do it automatically through groups.

help.quickmail.com/campaigns/inbox-rotation · read 22 October 2026

08

Counting what each inbox sent

The Outbox page filters sends by type, inbox, channel and date range, and it keeps only the past 30 days of emails and LinkedIn messages.

09

LinkedIn accounts rotate too

Its deliverability page says you can toggle email and LinkedIn accounts on and off in each campaign, so both rotate in the same place.

What QuickMail does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • A way to weight volume between inboxes
  • A published maximum number of inboxes per campaign

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • QuickMail's home page says Inbox Rotation splits volume between inboxes automatically. Its help page says each lead is assigned at random to one inbox for the whole journey. We describe the help page.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Start low on a new inbox

QuickMail's own help page says no more than 15 a day on a new inbox. Warmerly starts a mailbox at 4 warmup emails a day and ramps to 50 by day 30.

2

Set the limit yourself

Both let you change the daily limit on each inbox. Warmerly's default is 30.

3

Rotation is random in QuickMail

You cannot choose which leads go to which inbox. If you need that control, check it before you buy.

4

Both end up near 15

QuickMail advises no more than 15 emails a day from a new inbox. Warmerly's campaign ramp has the same ceiling by default, 15 per mailbox, and applies it for you on young mailboxes instead of leaving it as advice. You can change the three numbers on the campaign's Settings tab.

5

Swapping an inbox takes a pause

On QuickMail, replacing an inbox in a running campaign means pausing it, deleting the old inbox, adding the new one and resuming. The lead's earlier follow-ups then move to the remaining inboxes at their next step.
