How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

No monthly send meter on paid plans. Volume is bounded by mailboxes and a daily limit on each, with a ceiling on active prospects.

01

No send meter on paid plans

Starter, Growth and Agency have no monthly send quota. Free allows 100 campaign sends a month. Here, no cap on sends means no meter, not unlimited volume.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

02

Daily limits per mailbox

Each mailbox has its own daily campaign limit, 30 by default, which can be raised up to 1,000 through the account settings API.

03

Active prospects are capped

Active prospects are distinct addresses across active and paused campaigns: 500 on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 50,000 on Growth and 250,000 on Agency.

04

Where Warmerly is behind

A hard ceiling on active prospects sits on every Warmerly plan, while QuickMail states monthly volumes of 100,000 and 500,000 emails on its upper plans.

05

A ceiling on each campaign

Each campaign holds up to 500 leads on Free, 2,500 on Starter, 25,000 on Growth and 100,000 on Agency. The check runs when leads are imported, so a longer list is split across campaigns or moved up a plan.

06

The minimum wait sets the real pace

The smallest gap between two sends from one mailbox is 10 minutes by default, inside sending hours of 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. An eight-hour window with a 10-minute gap is about 48 emails per mailbox a day, before warmup shares the same gap.

07

Two daily limits, the lower wins

A campaign has a daily limit, 30 by default and accepting 1 to 50,000, and each mailbox has its own, 30 by default and shared by every campaign using it. A campaign set to 500 a day on two mailboxes at 30 sends at most 60.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Mind the different counts

Warmerly counts distinct active prospects across live and paused campaigns. QuickMail counts uploaded contacts. They are close cousins, not the same measure.

2

High volume from few inboxes

A daily limit of 30 on each Warmerly mailbox keeps volume steady and safe. QuickMail's quota of 1,500 per account is a ceiling, and its own help page recommends far less for new inboxes.

3

A big list on a small plan

A list of 5,000 people sits at Warmerly Starter's ceiling of 5,000 active prospects at $19, but one Starter campaign holds 2,500 leads, so the list is split across two campaigns. On QuickMail the same list needs Growth at $99, because Starter holds 1,000 contacts.

4

What a day looks like

Five Warmerly mailboxes on a 10-minute gap and an eight-hour window top out near 240 emails a day between them, less once warmup is counted. QuickMail's default 60-second delay would allow far more, so on QuickMail it is your own daily limit, and its advice of 15 a day for new inboxes, that holds volume down.

5

Pauses can release a burst

QuickMail warns that follow-ups queue up while a campaign is paused. Warmerly sends only within the days, hours and limits you set, so check the limits after any pause on either tool.
