Google inboxes from QuickMail
Each package of 10 Google email accounts is $40 a month for accounts created in December 2025 or later ($30 earlier). A domain costs extra: its minimum yearly prices are $13.54 for .com and $41.98 for .io.

Limits on that service
Bringing your own domain is not supported for these inboxes, and a domain you bought cannot take more accounts later. Domains last one year and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No pre-warmed domains
Its FAQ says it does not provide pre-warmed domains. The inboxes are new, come with Stealth mode, and it says you can send at low volume from day one.

A daily quota per account
The subscription help page says each email account has a daily sending quota of 1,500 emails, with the monthly email cap still applying.

Three accounts to a domain, no more later
You can add at most 3 email accounts per domain. Once the order is complete and the domain is set up, no more accounts can be added under it.

Cancelling goes through support
Bought inboxes can be cancelled only by support, and only by domain: cancelling one address while keeping another on the same domain is not possible. Cancelling a domain deletes every account on it.

No DNS edits, no Postmaster Tools
Domain creation is fully automated, so DNS records cannot be changed by you or by support. It also says Google Postmaster Tools cannot be used for these domains, and points to its Deliverability Report or SpamTester.ai.

Setup time and logins
Accounts appear on the Emails page within 48 hours of payment. The password and a 2FA one-time code, which changes every 30 seconds, are shown in the account's quick view.

Renewal and expiry
When a domain nears expiry you get a notice with a Renew button, and clicking it charges the card on file at once. If a domain lapses its accounts are removed and it says the domain cannot be recovered.

What QuickMail does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- How many senders can connect before support steps in, if there is any limit
- Whether unlimited senders is subject to a fair use rule
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The pricing page says unlimited senders and the help centre says each account has a 1,500 a day quota. They describe different things: senders connected, and what one account can send.
Only what we could verify.

QuickMail
Per month. QuickMail figures were read on quickmail.com/pricing and help.quickmail.com on 21 October 2026, shown there in USD, monthly; we found no yearly price. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes; its LinkedIn accounts are charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Ten extra inboxes
Ten hosted Warmerly mailboxes at the Starter rate are $2.99 each a month. Ten QuickMail Google accounts are $40 a month in a package, plus domains for both.
Using your own domain
If you already own domains, Warmerly connects mailboxes on them. QuickMail's purchased inboxes need a domain bought through it.
More than 100 senders
Past 100 mailboxes Warmerly's Max plan is a quote. QuickMail's plans list no sender limit.
Ten inboxes need four domains
Because QuickMail allows 3 accounts per domain, ten bought inboxes need at least four domains. At the lowest listed .com price of $13.54 a year that is $54.16 a year for domains, on top of $40 a month for the package. Prices were read on 22 October 2026 and domains vary by name.
Leaving is a support ticket
If you stop using QuickMail, the inboxes you bought through it are cancelled by support, domain by domain, and the domains are non-transferable. Plan for that before you build a sending set on them.
Test before you spend
Warmerly's free mailbox lets you see one campaign run at low volume before you decide to connect more. QuickMail's trial is capped at 100 emails a day, though it lets you add unlimited senders.
