Each cell is one day. Warmerly's daily tests cover up to 5 mailboxes per sweep, not every mailbox.
What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
A placement test you can run on demand or daily, with an honest accuracy note.
What a test does
It sends one message from the mailbox's own SMTP to up to 4 targets, 2 at the same provider and 2 at another. After a wait it checks Inbox, Promotions, Spam and Junk over IMAP and scores inbox 100, promotions 60, spam 10 and missing 0, then averages.

Limited accuracy today
There is no dedicated seed list at Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo in production yet, so tests fall back to Warmerly's own warmup mailboxes. Those accept almost everything, so the account page shows a Limited accuracy note and the run does not change the health score.

On demand and daily

The 30-day inbox guarantee

How often
QuickMail sends occasional test emails from your connected account to monitored inboxes, after the account is first added and then at the start of each week. They show in Sent Items.

Weekly report by email
With Automatically test deliverability of this inbox each week switched on for an account, reports are generated every Monday and emailed. A manual report from Generate Report may take up to 30 minutes and is not emailed.

DNS checks inside the report
It also tests SPF and DKIM, and tests one provider's DKIM per report, so a yellow Skipping test is normal. Its help page does not say how DMARC is tested.

Spam for a new account
It says Delivered to Spam is normal for new accounts, especially with Outlook recipients, and lists sending volume, content, account age and DNS as causes to look at.

What QuickMail does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- How many providers its monitored inboxes cover
- A score or accuracy statement for the report
- Which inboxes are monitored
- How results are calculated
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Test after a change
Run a Warmerly test after you change DNS or sending volume and read the answer in about a minute. QuickMail's report arrives on its weekly cycle.
Read Warmerly's accuracy note
Warmerly's test currently falls back to its own mailboxes, so a pass is weaker evidence than a real seed list would give.
Starter has no report
On QuickMail's entry plan the Deliverability Report is not listed.
Read both with care
Neither side publishes an accuracy figure. Warmerly says its own result has limited accuracy today, and QuickMail gives no statement at all.
Weekly or on demand
QuickMail's report arrives on Mondays or in up to 30 minutes on request. Warmerly's runs in about 45 to 60 seconds, but within a monthly allowance.
Pick the one that fits.
