Verification and ready-made inboxes, in one look.
Warmerly checks addresses itself, inside the plan: 250 a month on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Growth and 150,000 on Agency, and it can host the mailboxes you send from at $0.99 to $2.99 each a month. Mystrika sends you to two partners instead: FilterBounce for list checking and DoYouMail for inboxes, with a CSV file as the hand-over. The partner pages state a free allowance of 300 checks a month and no inbox price. Last checked 22 October 2026.

Two routes from a raw list to a first send
Warmerly keeps it in one account. Mystrika's pages hand the list and the inboxes to partners and take them back as files.

Months to check a 12,000 address list
One dot is one month of the free or included allowance, from our arithmetic on the published figures
The hosted mailbox rate, by plan
Warmerly's rate steps down as the plan goes up. Mystrika's pages give no inbox price for its partner
| Tool | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Warmerly | Checks run inside the plan: 250 a month on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Growth and 150,000 on Agency. Hosted mailboxes cost $2.99, $1.99 or $0.99 a month by plan. |
| Mystrika | Checks and inboxes come from partners. FilterBounce states 300 free checks a month and batches up to 500K. DoYouMail states IMAP, SMTP and webmail access. No inbox price is stated. |
Months are the list size divided by each monthly allowance, rounded up. Hosted mailbox costs are 20 times each published rate, before any domain fee.
Warmerly, in detail.
Verification is part of every Warmerly plan and runs on Warmerly's own checks, with a monthly allowance by plan. Warmerly can also host the sending mailbox, which is priced per mailbox and sits outside the plan's mailbox cap. The hosted mailbox has no IMAP or SMTP login today, which limits where it can be used.
Checks are built in, with no outside verification service
The pipeline runs cheapest checks first: address format, lists of disposable, role-based and free providers, a typo check, then the domain's mail records. The last step is a live probe that opens a connection to the receiving mail server, names the sender and the recipient, and stops before any message is sent, so nothing is delivered. A second probe to a made-up address at the same domain tells whether the server accepts everything.

The monthly allowance steps with the plan
Fresh checks are counted per month: 250 on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Growth and 150,000 on Agency. A repeat check of an address Warmerly remembers is served from a saved result and is not billed. Saved results are reused for 30 days when valid, 90 when invalid, 14 for catch-all, 7 for risky and 3 for unknown.

Lists up to 50,000 addresses in one batch
The bulk tab takes a paste or a CSV or TXT file. A batch holds up to 50,000 addresses, duplicates in a paste are removed, and a list over 2,000 asks you to confirm first because it uses part of your allowance and cannot be stopped once started. Each batch is kept under Recent batches and in the Data library.

A doubtful answer is never turned into invalid
An address is marked invalid only on hard evidence: a bad format, no mail server, a disposable domain, or the server saying the mailbox does not exist. A refusal that is about the checking server rather than the recipient becomes unknown. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accept every address when checked from outside, so many business addresses come back as catch-all or risky, and the docs say that is a limit of what can be known, not a fault in your list.
Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026
A test send can settle some doubtful addresses
When one address comes back catch-all, risky or unknown, a Confirm with a test send button sends a short automated message titled Deliverability check from one of your connected mailboxes and watches for a bounce for a few minutes. It counts as a real send for that mailbox's reputation, it is not billed as a verification, and it cannot settle a true catch-all domain, which never bounces.

Hosted mailboxes, called OneMail
Warmerly can host a mailbox on its own mail servers, publish the domain's MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, start warmup and connect it to campaigns and the inbox. You can buy a new domain in the wizard, connect one you own, add mailboxes to a domain you already have in OneMail, or take a ready-warmed mailbox when some are in stock. It is not Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and no IMAP or SMTP login is provided for these mailboxes today.

What a hosted mailbox costs
The rate is per mailbox per month on your existing subscription: $2.99 at the Starter rate, $1.99 at Growth and $0.99 at Agency. A Free workspace pays the Starter rate by adding a card. There is no minimum, the yearly price is the monthly price times 10, and a hosted mailbox never uses one of the plan's mailbox slots. Domain registration is a separate yearly fee shown before you pay, and nothing is charged for a domain you already own.
Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026
Hosted mailboxes only email addresses that checked as valid
A campaign that sends from a hosted mailbox can verify its whole audience free, without touching the verification allowance, because the rule that holds back unverified leads is Warmerly's own. The limit is the one above: Google and Microsoft addresses stay at risky, so a hosted mailbox refuses them, while a mailbox you connected yourself can still send to them.

Where Warmerly is behind on this row
Warmerly's largest bulk batch is 50,000 addresses, against a partner claim of 500K on Mystrika's page. A hosted mailbox cannot be logged into from another tool, because no IMAP or SMTP details are provided, while the partner on Mystrika's page lists IMAP, SMTP and webmail.

Mystrika, in detail.
Mystrika does not list a verifier or a mailbox host of its own on the pages we read. Its products page names two partners: FilterBounce for verification and DoYouMail for inboxes and infrastructure. Both are described in the partners' own terms, and the hand-over is a CSV file in each direction.
Verification is a partner product
Mystrika's products page lists Email Verification under a heading for verification and infrastructure partners, naming FilterBounce, and says the partners prepare clean data and ready-to-import inboxes for Mystrika. The product page opens with the sentence to clean the list in FilterBounce, download the verified CSV, then upload it into Mystrika.

What FilterBounce is said to offer
The page lists CSV upload, CSV download, API verification, disposable detection, catch-all and role detection, copy and paste mode, batches up to 500K emails and 300 free checks every month for all users. It also prints an accuracy percentage as a claim by FilterBounce, which we cannot verify and do not repeat.

Your columns come back with the result
The page says FilterBounce keeps uploaded CSV data and returns it with verification columns added, so segmentation and custom fields survive. It gives the reason as manual cleanup breaking CSV structure.

Why it matters to the slot count
The verification page says temporary addresses consume prospect slots and create false campaign data. Mystrika bills by prospect slots, so addresses that never reach a person still use a slot until you delete them. Its home page tooltip says slots can be reused after you delete prospects and upload new ones.

A claim about big providers
The page says FilterBounce claims strong verification for providers such as Gmail, AOL, Yahoo and Outlook. It gives no method. Warmerly's own documentation says outside checks of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 cannot confirm one exact address, so ask any verifier how it handles those two.

Inboxes come from DoYouMail
Two pages describe DoYouMail: one for cold email infrastructure and one for email accounts. They say it provides dedicated USA and EU IPs, automated SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup, no per-inbox fees, Roundcube webmail and IMAP and SMTP access, and a one-click CSV export that Mystrika can import. The pages attribute these to DoYouMail.

The workflow is verify, prepare, send
The products page draws the stack as three steps: verify the list, prepare inboxes, send in Mystrika. It says to use FilterBounce when the list needs verification, DoYouMail when you need cold-email-ready infrastructure, and Mystrika for warmup, AI sequences, unified replies and pipeline tracking. After the CSV upload, the accounts are connected and warmed in Mystrika.

A price comparison with no unit
The email accounts page shows a tile reading $40+ with the caption DoYouMail flat infrastructure positioning versus per-inbox pricing, and the infrastructure page says traditional providers can charge $7 to $10 per inbox. Neither gives a period, a count of inboxes or a DoYouMail price list, so we read no price for DoYouMail from them.

What Mystrika itself does with bad addresses
A 2024 copy of its lifetime page lists a bounce check with blacklist monitoring and notification and bounce detection with automatic action, and the 2024 pricing page lists bounce detection on every plan. We found no 2026 page that repeats this, so treat it as dated.

What Mystrika does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- What FilterBounce charges after the 300 free checks a month, or whether Mystrika customers get a discount
- Whether any address verification runs inside the Mystrika app without leaving for the partner
- How a catch-all result is shown or handled once the CSV is back in a campaign
- A DoYouMail price list, a mailbox limit per server, or its refund terms
- Whether DoYouMail accounts are Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes (the page says only that it is a business email provider built for cold email)
- Whether Mystrika sells domains or inboxes itself today (a 2024 help centre header listed a cold email server and clean emails, with no detail)
- How many verified addresses a Free Forever plan can import, beyond its 500 prospect slots
- What happens to a prospect slot when an address later bounces
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Mystrika's July 2026 email accounts page shows a $40+ tile described as DoYouMail flat infrastructure positioning versus per-inbox pricing. It has no unit or period, so we do not read a price from it.
- The accuracy and score figures on the partner pages are claims by FilterBounce and DoYouMail as printed on Mystrika's pages. We do not repeat them because we cannot verify them.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
A 12,000 address list, month by month
This is arithmetic on the published allowances. On Starter, 5,000 fresh checks a month means 3 months for 12,000 addresses (5,000, 5,000, then 2,000). On Growth the whole list fits in one month, with 13,000 checks left. On Free, 250 a month would take 48 months. The partner's 300 free checks a month would take 40 months, so a large list needs a paid route on either side.
Twenty hosted mailboxes, priced
At the three published rates, 20 hosted mailboxes cost $59.80 a month at the Starter rate, $39.80 at Growth and $19.80 at Agency, before any domain fee. They do not use the plan's mailbox cap, so a Starter plan could hold 5 connected mailboxes and 20 hosted ones at the same time.
Can the mailbox be used somewhere else?
Not a Warmerly hosted one: it is used through the Warmerly inbox and API, with no IMAP or SMTP details. If you plan to send from Mystrika or any other tool, connect mailboxes you own, or ones bought from a provider that gives you IMAP and SMTP details, and keep Warmerly for warmup and monitoring.
Test any verifier yourself
Take 100 addresses you already know the outcome of, such as 50 that replied to you and 50 that bounced last quarter, and run them through the tool. A good result marks most of the first group valid and the second group invalid or unknown. Do it for both a Google and a Microsoft domain, because those are the hard cases.
Why a CSV hand-over matters
A file round trip is one more step each time the list changes, and a verified file is a snapshot. Addresses go stale, so a list checked three months ago needs checking again before a campaign, whichever tool does it.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want address checking and your sending mailboxes managed in the same account and the same bill
- You want a hosted mailbox with DNS and warmup done for you, and you will use it through Warmerly
- You verify more than 300 addresses a month and want the allowance inside the plan
- You want doubtful addresses settled by a test send from your own mailbox
Mystrika is the better fit if
- You want to verify very large files in one go, up to the 500K the partner states
- You want inboxes on dedicated servers that you can log into by IMAP, SMTP or webmail
- You are happy to take a CSV from a separate verifier and a separate inbox provider
- You want to start with the partner's free checks and a Free Forever plan together
Does Mystrika verify email addresses?
Its products page lists email verification as a partner product from FilterBounce, with CSV upload and download, API verification, disposable and catch-all detection and 300 free checks a month, as stated by the partner. We found no verifier inside Mystrika itself (Internet Archive copy of the page dated 10 July 2026).
How many email verifications does Warmerly include?
250 a month on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Growth and 150,000 on Agency. A repeat check of an address Warmerly remembers is not billed.
Can Warmerly sell me the mailboxes as well?
Yes, as hosted mailboxes called OneMail: $2.99, $1.99 or $0.99 per mailbox a month depending on plan, with no minimum. They do not use your plan's mailbox cap, and they cannot be logged into from another tool today.
Does DoYouMail work with Mystrika?
Mystrika's pages say it does: DoYouMail provides a one-click CSV export that can be imported into Mystrika, and the accounts are then connected and warmed in Mystrika. These are statements on Mystrika's pages about its partner.
