Senders and mailbox caps

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Mystrika details read from Internet Archive copies of its own pages (home page 11 October 2026, product and use-case pages 10 July 2026, help centre and tools pages from 2024 to 2026), because mystrika.com refused automated reads on 22 October 2026.

The short answer

Senders and mailbox caps, in one look.

Warmerly caps the mailboxes you connect: 1 on Free, 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth and 100 on Agency, with hosted mailboxes outside the cap. Mystrika allows up to 50 senders on Free Forever and lists unlimited senders on paid plans, with a soft limit on warmup addresses that its pages give as 199 in 2024 and 299 in 2026. Mystrika is ahead on how many senders you can connect. Last checked 22 October 2026.

How many senders your volume needs

Pick emails a day. Warmerly's default is 30 a day per mailbox, and Mystrika states 50 a day per sending address. Dots are grouped five to a domain.

Needs a paid plan only if you want its features: Free Forever allows up to 50 senders. 2 domains at five senders each.

At 300 emails a day Warmerly needs 10 mailboxes and Mystrika's stated figure needs 6 senders. Warmerly's daily limit can be raised, up to 1,000 through its API.

Arithmetic on published numbers, rounded up. It ignores warmup days: each Warmerly mailbox ramps from 4 a day to 50 a day by day 30 before it carries full volume. Mystrika's pages also state a 100 a day limit per email id, which we do not use because its FAQ puts campaign email at 50 a day.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

A cap on the mailboxes you connect, set by plan. Each mailbox keeps its own daily campaign limit, 30 by default. Hosted mailboxes are priced per mailbox and never use a plan slot.

01

The cap, by plan

Free allows 1 mailbox, Starter 5, Growth 25 and Agency 100. The cap counts mailboxes you connect yourself, whether Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or any SMTP and IMAP mailbox. It does not change what warmup does: every mailbox within the cap is warmed.

Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026

02

Hosted mailboxes sit outside the cap

A mailbox Warmerly hosts for you costs $2.99 a month at the Starter rate, $1.99 on Growth and $0.99 on Agency, and it never uses a plan slot. Warmerly can also register the domain, priced from $15 and rounded up to whole dollars. These mailboxes are not Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and no IMAP or SMTP login is provided for them today.

Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026

03

A daily campaign limit on each mailbox

Each mailbox keeps a daily campaign limit that starts at 30. You can lower it, and the account settings API accepts values up to 1,000. A new campaign also has its own daily limit of 30 until you raise it. Volume is bounded by the number of mailboxes times that limit, not by a monthly meter.

Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026

04

A warning when too many senders share a domain

The pre-launch checks warn when more than 5 sending mailboxes share one domain, because domain reputation is shared and all of them stop delivering at once if it drops. The warning is advice, not a block. On the plan caps that means 25 mailboxes want at least 5 domains, and 100 want at least 20.

Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026

05

Every mailbox follows the warmup ramp

Warmup starts at 4 a day and reaches 50 a day by day 30, held down by provider caps (Gmail 40, Outlook 30, Zoho 25). So a mailbox is not a campaign sender on day one. Adding a mailbox means waiting for its ramp, which is why the cap counts mailboxes and not sends.

Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026

06

Send arithmetic at the default limit

At 30 a day, 5 mailboxes send up to 150 a day, 25 send up to 750 and 100 send up to 3,000. Over 30 days that is 4,500, 22,500 and 90,000. Free's 1 mailbox would send 30 a day, but Free stops at 100 campaign sends a month. These are ceilings, not forecasts.

07

Where Warmerly is behind

Warmerly lists no unlimited-sender plan. If you want to rotate dozens of mailboxes you move to Growth or Agency and pay for the tier. We also found no setting that matches a lead's email provider to the sending mailbox.

How Mystrika does it

Mystrika, in detail.

Up to 50 senders on Free Forever and unlimited senders on every paid plan, with warmup unlimited too. Its pages also state a soft limit on warmup addresses, a per-address daily limit and a rule for how many addresses to put on one domain.

01

Senders by plan

Free Forever lists up to 50 senders. Growth, Dominate and Rampage list unlimited senders. Its home page FAQ says the plans allow unlimited sending email inboxes and warm-up, and that you can connect as many email accounts as you need from any provider.

02

A soft limit on warmup addresses

The same FAQ says Mystrika follows a soft limit model with a sending email address count of 299, and that you can ask to have the limit raised once you hit it. In 2024 its pages gave the soft limit as 199, and its help centre said to write in with a use case to have it increased.

03

Limits to protect the warmup pool

A Mystrika-wide limits list reads: max emails 100 per email id per day, and max email ids on a single domain is 10. It adds that cold emails should not be sent from more than 5 email ids on one domain, and that 10 is living on the edge, so get more domains instead.

04

Daily sending per address

The October 2026 FAQ says it limits daily warmup per email address to 100 emails a day and daily campaign email per sending address to 50 a day. Its sales page says it recommends up to 50 campaign emails per sending address per day, plus unlimited warmup. In 2024 the warmup figure was 50, not 100.

05

Rotation spreads the load

Its warmup page lists inbox rotation as distributing sending across healthy accounts instead of burning one mailbox, and its outreach page advises scaling horizontally with more healthy inboxes rather than blasting from one account. Its home page lists Provider Match from Dominate, and a 2024 page describes it as matching sending email ids to the prospect's email provider.

06

Any provider, by IMAP, SMTP or OAuth

Its outreach page says it supports standard IMAP, SMTP and OAuth providers, and its FAQ says any provider that allows IMAP, SMTP or OAuth access works. A 2024 help article explains adding mailboxes with IMAP and SMTP settings and a Gmail app password.

07

Inboxes come from partners

Mystrika does not host mailboxes on the pages we read. Its products page points to DoYouMail, which it names as a partner, for inboxes and infrastructure, and a 2024 page lists DoYouMail among the products of its parent company, Fresent. The partner page says, in the partner's words, that traditional providers can charge $7 to $10 per inbox, and that DoYouMail has no per-inbox fees. We have not verified those claims.

What Mystrika does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • Why the Free Forever plan stops at 50 senders, or whether that is a hard stop
  • What happens above the soft limit if support does not raise it
  • A reason for the change from 199 to 299, or its date
  • Whether the 100 a day figure and the 50 a day figure both apply to the same address
  • Whether Provider Match changes the daily limit for an address
  • A statement on how many senders a single campaign can use at once
  • Whether it ever pauses a sender automatically for sending reasons, outside warmup
  • A price for mailboxes, since it does not host them on the pages we read

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • Mystrika's soft limit on warmup addresses is 299 on its home page of 11 October 2026 and 199 on its 2024 pages. We report the later one as current.
  • Mystrika's October 2026 FAQ lists max emails 100 per email id per day, and in the same answer set says daily campaign email per sending address is limited to 50. We report both.
  • Daily warmup per address was 50 in 2024 and is 100 in the October 2026 FAQ.
  • Mystrika's free plan allowed 1 warmup address in 2024 and up to 50 senders in October 2026.

Per month. Mystrika's own site refused automated reads on 22 October 2026 (HTTP 403), so its prices were read from the Internet Archive copy of its home page taken on 11 October 2026; the page shows a dollar sign and no currency code, and a monthly and an annual toggle. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Count your mailboxes first

Take an example setup of 3 domains with 3 mailboxes each, so 9 mailboxes. That sits inside Warmerly's 25-mailbox Growth plan but just over Starter's 5. On Mystrika the senders count does not change the price, so the question is only which plan's other features you want.

2

Work out how many mailboxes your volume needs

To send 300 emails a day at Warmerly's default of 30 a mailbox, you need 10 mailboxes, which is Growth. At Mystrika's recommended 50 a day per address, you need 6 senders. Raising Warmerly's per-mailbox limit changes that sum, but a higher limit puts more load on each mailbox, so raise it slowly.

3

Plan your domains, not just your mailboxes

Both sides give guidance of 5 mailboxes per domain at most for cold email: Mystrika says no more than 5 and never more than 10, and Warmerly warns above 5. So 10 mailboxes want at least 2 domains and 50 want at least 10. Domains cost money on both sides, and Warmerly's start from $15.

4

Where unlimited senders helps

If you rotate across a large fleet, say 50 or more mailboxes, Mystrika's pricing does not step up with each mailbox. On Warmerly 50 mailboxes need Agency at $179 a month, since Growth stops at 25. At 1,500 emails a day the stated limits work out at 50 mailboxes on Warmerly and 30 senders on Mystrika, which fits inside Free Forever's 50. If you hold fewer than 25 mailboxes, the cap rarely matters.

5

Where a cap helps

A cap makes cost predictable and makes every mailbox count: on Warmerly each connected mailbox is warmed, monitored and shown with its daily limit. With unlimited senders the number is yours to manage, and a soft limit of 299 warmup addresses sits behind it.

6

Buying inboxes

If you do not own mailboxes yet, Warmerly hosts them from $0.99 to $2.99 a month and registers domains from $15, all in one place. On Mystrika you source inboxes elsewhere, and its pages point to a partner. Check that partner's own pricing and terms before you rely on them.

Who it suits

Pick the one that fits.

Questions
How many email accounts can I connect to Mystrika?

Free Forever lists up to 50 senders and the paid plans list unlimited senders. Its home page FAQ, saved on 11 October 2026, also states a soft limit of 299 warmup email addresses that support can raise. A 2024 copy gave that soft limit as 199.

How many mailboxes can I connect to Warmerly?

1 on Free, 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth and 100 on Agency. Hosted mailboxes, from $0.99 to $2.99 a month each, sit outside that cap.

How many emails can each address send a day?

On Warmerly each mailbox has a daily campaign limit that starts at 30 and can be raised up to 1,000 through the account settings API. Mystrika's pages say 50 campaign emails a day per sending address and also list a 100 a day limit per email id, so they disagree. Warmup volume is separate on both sides.

How many mailboxes should share one domain?

Mystrika says no more than 5 email ids per domain for cold email and never more than 10. Warmerly warns when more than 5 sending mailboxes share a domain. Both treat 5 as the comfortable limit.
