Pricing basis and entry price

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Mystrika details read from Internet Archive copies of its own pages (home page 11 October 2026, product and use-case pages 10 July 2026, help centre and tools pages from 2024 to 2026), because mystrika.com refused automated reads on 22 October 2026.

Warmerly

Flat plan by mailbox count, from $19 a month for 5 mailboxes

Mystrika

By prospect slots, from $30 a month (Growth, 2,500 slots) or $16 billed annually; senders unlimited on paid plans

The short answer

Pricing basis and entry price, in one look.

Warmerly charges by the mailbox: $19 a month for 5 mailboxes, $49 for 25 and $179 for 100, with warmup included. Mystrika charges by prospect slots: $30 a month for 2,500 slots, $85 for 30,000 and $300 for 100,000, with unlimited senders on every paid plan. Neither price is the whole story, because the plans unlock different features, and Mystrika's annual toggle does not match its own prices. Last checked 22 October 2026.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Four plans, priced by how many mailboxes you connect, with a ceiling on active prospects on each. Paying yearly costs 10 times the monthly price. Warmup is included and not metered on every plan, and paid plans have no monthly send meter.

01

The four plans, by mailbox count

Free is $0 for 1 mailbox. Starter is $19 a month for 5 mailboxes, Growth is $49 for 25 and Agency is $179 for 100. Any mailbox you connect yourself counts against that number.

Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026

02

A ceiling on active prospects sits on each plan

Active prospects are distinct addresses across active and paused campaigns. The ceiling is 500 on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 50,000 on Growth and 250,000 on Agency. A campaign can also hold a set number of leads: 500 on Free, 2,500 on Starter, 25,000 on Growth and 100,000 on Agency. So a price step buys mailboxes and prospects together.

Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026

03

Yearly is ten months for twelve

Annual billing is always 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free. On Starter that is $190 a year, which is $15.83 a month. The same rule gives $490 a year on Growth ($40.83 a month) and $1,790 on Agency ($149.17 a month). The yearly saving is $38 on Starter, $98 on Growth and $358 on Agency, about 17% on every tier.

04

Dollars, pounds or euros

Everything is sold in US dollars, British pounds or euros, and you pay in the currency chosen at checkout. The pound prices are £15, £39 and £149 for Starter, Growth and Agency, and the euro prices are €17, €45 and €165. The dollar prices are the ones used on this page.

Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026

05

What a paid plan does not meter

Starter, Growth and Agency have no monthly send quota. Warmup is included on every plan and never metered. Here, no meter means no counter to run out of, not unlimited volume: each mailbox keeps a daily campaign limit, 30 by default, and a campaign has its own daily limit of 30 until you raise it.

Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026

06

What is metered, and what costs extra

Email verifications, email lookups, placement tests and AI credits have monthly allowances by plan: for verification 250 on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Growth and 150,000 on Agency. LinkedIn is a separate $19 a month per account with no trial. Hosted mailboxes are $2.99, $1.99 or $0.99 a month each by plan and sit outside the mailbox cap.

Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026

07

Renewals and plan changes

Plans renew automatically at the price then in effect, and Warmerly gives at least 30 days' notice by email before a price increase applies to a renewal. A plan change takes effect at once and is prorated. A downgrade turns the unused part of the higher plan into a credit against future invoices, and credit left when a subscription ends is not paid out.

08

Where Warmerly is behind on price shape

A mailbox changes your Warmerly price. If you connect many mailboxes and email few people, a plan priced by prospects is the cheaper shape. Warmerly's Free plan allows 1 mailbox, and its top listed plan stops at 100 mailboxes.

How Mystrika does it

Mystrika, in detail.

A Free Forever plan and three paid plans, priced by prospect slots. Its home page lists unlimited senders and unlimited warmup on the paid plans, with a monthly and an annual toggle. Features unlock by plan, not only slots.

01

Four plans on the home page

Free Forever is $0 for 500 prospect slots and up to 50 senders. Growth is $30 a month ($16 a month billed annually) for 2,500 slots. Dominate is $85 a month ($70 billed annually) for 30,000 slots. Rampage is $300 a month ($210 billed annually) for 100,000 slots. A line below the plans offers a custom plan through a contact form.

02

Each plan includes the one below it

Dominate says it has everything from Growth, and Rampage says everything from Dominate. Growth adds unlimited senders, unlimited warmup, no monthly sending limit, A/B testing with 26 variations, daily deliverability status, Unibox, 7 warmup languages, 6 warmup types and 8 themes with a dark mode.

03

What Dominate and Rampage add

Dominate lists workspaces and a team system, MCP, API and webhooks, Provider Match and Subsequence, AI personalization and sentiment, a one-click AI sequence creator, a one-click AI rewriter with spintax, and Unibox forwarding and looping. Rampage adds a macro and template system, extensive analytics, an out of office system, a goodbye system, a community prompt system, a campaign activity stream, a whitelabel system and priority support.

04

The annual toggle says 35% off

The toggle reads Annual (35% off). On the prices printed beside it, the saving is 47% on Growth ($30 to $16), 18% on Dominate ($85 to $70) and 30% on Rampage ($300 to $210). The monthly saving is $14, $15 and $90. So 35% is not the saving on any one plan. The three figures are our arithmetic on its own numbers.

05

Slots can be reused

Tooltips beside the slot counts say that prospect slots can be reused: delete prospects and upload new ones at any time. Our reading: the slot count is a ceiling on prospects held at once, not a count of everyone you ever email. The page does not say how a slot is counted across campaigns.

06

No monthly sending limit, stated by tooltip

A tooltip says Mystrika does not impose monthly email sending limits on any plan. Its cost widget compares itself with two other tools and says a monthly sending limit applies to them. We do not repeat the competitor prices it prints, because we cannot verify them.

07

Its older price page looked different

A 2024 copy of its price page listed Growth at $19.99 a month ($13 a month paid yearly) for 5,000 uploaded contacts, Dominate at $79.99 ($51) for 35,000 and Rampage at $199.99 ($149) for 125,000. On those numbers the yearly saving was 35.0%, 36.2% and 25.5%. Slot counts and prices have both changed since.

One-time lifetime plans in 2024

A November 2024 copy of its lifetime page listed three one-time plans, Magic I at $125, Magic II at $250 and Magic III at $375, each with a second, higher number beside it ($599, $1,199 and $1,799). We could not confirm that they are still on sale.

What Mystrika does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • A currency code: the pages show a dollar sign only, and we found no statement of the billing currency
  • What a prospect slot counts when one address sits in two campaigns
  • A price for the custom plan, or the limits it offers beyond Rampage
  • Tax: whether the prices include or exclude VAT or sales tax
  • Any notice period before a price rises (a 2024 terms page says only that changes are notified in advance by email)
  • Whether the annual price is charged once a year or in instalments
  • What happens to extra slots if you pass your plan's number during a month
  • A current statement on whether the 2024 lifetime plans can still be bought

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • The home page toggle says Annual (35% off). Its own plan prices give 47%, 18% and 30%. We report both.
  • Mystrika's older 2024 price page listed other plan prices and contact counts than its October 2026 home page. We use the 2026 page for current prices and the 2024 page only as history.
  • Mystrika's affiliate page, saved on 17 May 2026, says its subscriptions range from $15 to $200 per month. Its home page of 11 October 2026 lists $30 to $300. We report both and use the home page.
  • Dominate's list reads MCP, API and webhooks on the home page of 11 October 2026, and API and webhooks on the products page of 10 July 2026. We report the later one.

Per month. Mystrika's own site refused automated reads on 22 October 2026 (HTTP 403), so its prices were read from the Internet Archive copy of its home page taken on 11 October 2026; the page shows a dollar sign and no currency code, and a monthly and an annual toggle. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Compare like with like before you compare prices

At the entry point, $19 buys 5 mailboxes and 5,000 active prospects on Warmerly, while $30 buys 2,500 prospect slots and unlimited senders on Mystrika. The first is $3.80 per 1,000 prospects and the second is $12 per 1,000 slots, but a slot and an active prospect are not defined in the same way, so treat this as a rough guide only.

2

The annual price can flip the order

Billed annually, Warmerly Starter is $15.83 a month and Mystrika Growth is $16 a month, so the two are within 17 cents. The monthly gap of $11 closes almost entirely if you pay yearly on both. At the middle tier the gap stays wide: $49 monthly or $40.83 a month yearly for Warmerly against $85 or $70 for Mystrika.

3

Count what you would add on top

Warmerly's plan includes verification, placement tests and a lead finder allowance, and sits next to separate $19 LinkedIn accounts and $0.99 to $2.99 hosted mailboxes. Mystrika's plan lists unlimited senders, but verification and ready-made inboxes are offered through partners on its product pages. Write down the tools you pay for today, then price each side against that list.

4

Which limit will you reach first?

If you connect many mailboxes and email a small list, Mystrika's slot-based price is the better shape, and unlimited senders is a real advantage. If you connect a few mailboxes and email tens of thousands of people, Warmerly's Growth plan at $49 allows 50,000 active prospects against 30,000 slots on Mystrika's $85 plan.

5

Ask Mystrika three things before paying

Its pages leave open the currency, whether tax is added, and what a slot counts. Ask support before you pay, or start on the Free Forever plan, which asks for no card. On our side, the 7-day trial on paid plans needs a card and charges on day 8.

6

Keep the read date in mind

Mystrika's own site refused our automated reads, so its prices come from a copy saved on 11 October 2026. A price change after that date would not show here. Check the live pricing page before you decide.

Who it suits

Pick the one that fits.

Warmerly

Warmerly is the better fit if

  • You connect up to 25 mailboxes and want one flat price that steps with mailboxes
  • You want 5 mailboxes with warmup, verification and placement tests from $19 a month
  • You pay yearly and want a plain rule: ten months for twelve on every plan
  • You want to pay in pounds or euros as well as dollars
  • You want a notice period of at least 30 days before a price rise
Mystrika

Mystrika is the better fit if

  • You connect many mailboxes and email a small list, where unlimited senders and slot pricing fit
  • You want a free plan that allows up to 50 senders and no monthly send limit
  • You want API, MCP and workspaces at $85 a month, below Warmerly's API tier
  • You want white label on your own domain and are willing to pay $300 a month for it
  • You are happy to check its currency and tax with support before paying
Questions
How much does Mystrika cost?

Its home page, as saved by the Internet Archive on 11 October 2026, lists Free Forever at $0, Growth at $30 a month, Dominate at $85 and Rampage at $300. Billed annually they read $16, $70 and $210 a month. The plans differ by prospect slots: 500, 2,500, 30,000 and 100,000. We could not read mystrika.com itself, so check it before you buy.

Is Mystrika's annual discount really 35%?

Its toggle says Annual (35% off), but its own prices give 47% for Growth, 18% for Dominate and 30% for Rampage. A 2024 copy of its price page worked out at 35.0%, 36.2% and 25.5% on that page's numbers, so the 35% figure may be left over from the older prices.

Is Warmerly cheaper than Mystrika?

At the entry point, yes on monthly billing: $19 against $30. Billed annually the two are close, $15.83 a month against $16. The plans are not the same shape, since Warmerly counts mailboxes and Mystrika counts prospect slots, so work out which limit you will reach first.

Does Warmerly charge per email sent?

No. Paid plans have no monthly send meter. Each mailbox keeps a daily campaign limit, 30 by default, so volume is bounded by mailboxes and that limit, not by a counter.

See it on your own mailbox.

Connect a mailbox. Warmerly runs alongside whatever you send from now, so you can compare before you move anything.

Free plan, no card. Paid plans: 7-day trial, first charge on day 8.
