Agency workspaces and white label
One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.
Mystrika details read from Internet Archive copies of its own pages (home page 11 October 2026, product and use-case pages 10 July 2026, help centre and tools pages from 2024 to 2026), because mystrika.com refused automated reads on 22 October 2026.
Agency $179 a month: client workspaces share one pool with no extra card; no white label found
Workspaces from Dominate ($85); white label on your own domain on Rampage ($300)
Agency workspaces and white label, in one look.
Both separate clients, in different ways. Warmerly's Agency plan is $179 a month for 100 mailboxes shared by every client workspace, with roles, an audit log and a logo, and we found no white label. Mystrika lists a workspaces and team system from its $85 Dominate plan and a white-label system, on your own domain, on its $300 Rampage plan. Last checked 22 October 2026.

Who can do what in a Warmerly workspace
Three roles, from Warmerly's role matrix. Mystrika says team roles exist but names none
| Tool | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Warmerly | Agency is $179 a month for 100 mailboxes shared by all client workspaces, with Owner, Admin and Member roles, an audit log and a logo. No white label found. |
| Mystrika | Workspaces and team system on Dominate at $85 a month, a whitelabel system on Rampage at $300 a month, 30,000 and 100,000 prospect slots. |
Prices are monthly list prices. Mystrika's annual prices are $70 for Dominate and $210 for Rampage. A tick means the plan or role lists it, and a blank or the word no means we found it nowhere.
Warmerly, in detail.
Agency is one subscription that carries many client workspaces, each with its own mailboxes, campaigns, inbox and team, drawing on one shared pool of allowances. There are three roles, an audit log per workspace and a logo in the sidebar. We found no client portal, no shareable report and no white label.
One plan, many workspaces, no extra card
Agency is $179 a month for 100 mailboxes. When an Agency owner creates another workspace, it becomes a client workspace inside that plan: no card, no setup wizard, and the owner's sender name and postal address are copied across and can be edited. Any other plan has to buy a plan for the extra workspace, and Free is never offered for one.

The pool is shared, not multiplied
Mailboxes, active campaigns, active prospects, LinkedIn accounts and WhatsApp numbers are counted across the whole family, so the 100 mailboxes are 100 in total and not 100 per client. Monthly allowances for verification, lookups, exports, placement tests and AI credits come from the Agency plan too, and a bought AI credit pack works in every client workspace.

What stays separate
Each client workspace keeps its own mailboxes, campaigns, leads, inbox, do-not-contact list and team. Roles belong to one workspace, so a person can be an admin in one and a member in another. The pricing page lists client workspaces on Agency without a count, and the code sets no per-plan workspace limit that we found.

Three roles, with billing kept to the owner
Owner, Admin and Member. All three can use the workspace and see the members list. Owner and Admin can rename it, change branding and sender details, and invite, remove or re-role people. Only the Owner can change plan, open billing, buy credits or add-ons, or delete and restore the workspace. Invites last 7 days, and the plans carry no per-seat charge.

An audit log for each workspace
Anyone who can open a workspace can read its audit log: team changes, mailbox connections, plan changes, API keys, webhooks, do-not-contact changes and actions taken through connected AI apps. It shows the latest 200 events, has no search or export, and shows the actor as an account ID. The API cannot read it.

Branding is a logo and footer details
Owners and admins can upload a logo, shown at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar, and set a business name and postal address that go in the footer of campaign emails. We found no custom domain, no client-branded portal and no white-label setting in the code or the docs.

Billing actions are refused inside a client workspace
A client workspace has no subscription of its own, so changing plan, opening Manage billing, entering a promo code and buying credits or channel slots all return a refusal that points to the Agency workspace. OneMail hosted mailboxes cannot be ordered inside a client workspace either: order them on the Agency workspace.

A lock or a downgrade reaches every client
The grace period and any billing lock belong to the Agency workspace, so one overdue payment applies to the whole family. If Agency ends, each client falls back to having no plan and its owner is sent to a plan picker for that workspace. If the parent returns to Agency first, the clients rejoin the pool by themselves.

Where Warmerly is behind on this row
We found no white label, no client-facing report or portal link, no custom roles, no single sign-on for a team and no export of the audit log. Agency starts at $179 against $85 for the Mystrika plan that lists workspaces, though the two count different things.

Mystrika, in detail.
Mystrika's pages put workspaces and a team system on Dominate ($85 a month) and a white-label system on Rampage ($300 a month). Its agency page describes client separation, client-ready exports, team roles and a white-label domain in general terms, without naming limits or role names.
Workspaces start on Dominate
The home page lists Workspaces and team system among the features added at Dominate, $85 a month or $70 billed annually. Growth, at $30, lists Unibox, A/B tests and unlimited senders but no workspaces. A 2024 copy of its pricing page also put workspaces on its top two plans.

White label is a Rampage feature
Rampage, $300 a month or $210 billed annually, adds a whitelabel system, a macro and template system, extensive analytics, an out of office system, a goodbye system, a community prompt system, a campaign activity stream and priority support. The page describes it as for agencies and larger teams running high-volume outreach.

What the agency page promises
It lists client workspaces that keep prospects, campaigns and inboxes isolated per client, campaign separation by tag and filter, client-ready exports of reply rates, meetings and pipeline by client or campaign, team roles for account managers and writers, and a white-label domain that runs the platform on your own domain.

Its own answers on white label
The agency page answers whether white-labelling is available with the sentence that higher-tier plans include custom branding and domain hosting, without naming the plan. The home page puts a whitelabel experience on your own domain under the team collaboration heading and the system itself under Rampage.

Team features on the home page
The home page lists a shared workspace with live collaboration, shared Unibox and campaign access across the team, and groups its audiences as agencies who manage clients with whitelabeling, sales teams who share campaigns and results, and recruiters with talent-specific templates.

An enterprise page with security features
A separate enterprise page lists single sign-on with a SAML identity provider, role-based access, audit logs that can be exported, controls it calls SOC 2 aligned, tenant and team separation by region, brand or business unit, and a named success manager. It names no plan or price for them: the pricing area offers a custom plan through a contact button.

Pricing wording for agencies
The agency page says unlimited sending accounts and warmups under one seat mean predictable costs, and criticises per-contact pricing for being hard to forecast. Mystrika's own plans are priced by prospect slots, which its tooltip says can be reused after you delete prospects. The pages do not say what a seat costs or how many seats a plan includes.

What Mystrika does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- How many workspaces each plan allows, or whether workspaces share the plan's prospect slots
- Role names, or what each role can and cannot do
- Whether white label covers the login page, emails, tracking links, reports or only the domain
- What a seat is, how many are included, or what an extra one costs
- Whether a client can be given a view-only login or a shareable report link
- An audit log on any plan below the enterprise page's, or how long it is kept
- Which plan holds single sign-on and SAML, since the enterprise page names none
- Whether the enterprise features are sold separately or are part of a contact-us plan
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- A 2024 copy of Mystrika's pricing page listed priority support on Dominate and workspaces on both Dominate and Rampage. The October 2026 home page lists priority support on Rampage and workspaces on Dominate. We report the 2026 version as current.
- Mystrika's agency page says higher-tier plans include custom branding, while the home page names the whitelabel system on Rampage only. We read these as the same feature described two ways, but the pages do not say.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Five clients on each plan
On Agency, five client workspaces share 100 mailboxes, so 20 mailboxes each if you split them evenly, and 250,000 active prospects, so 50,000 each. That is arithmetic on the published pool and the split is yours to choose. On Mystrika Dominate, the 30,000 slots would be 6,000 each by the same sum, if the clients share the plan's slots, which its pages do not say.
Whose name is on it
If your clients must see your brand on the login page, the emails' tracking links and the reports, check that on Mystrika's Rampage plan before buying, because its pages describe a domain and branding without detail. On Warmerly, assume the client sees Warmerly's interface with your logo in the sidebar.
Who pays for what
On Warmerly the Agency owner pays for everything, and a client who is added as an admin cannot open billing. That keeps your card out of reach, but it also means a client who wants to buy a credit pack has to ask you.
Handing a client over
A Warmerly client workspace can be deleted and restored. If Agency ends, each client workspace has to choose a plan of its own, and Free is never offered for an extra workspace, so tell a client before you hand their workspace over that it will need a paid plan.
Test the separation yourself
Make two test workspaces, add a mailbox and a lead to the first, then sign in as a member of the second and look for them. Do the same on any tool you trial. Separation of data is easy to claim and quick to check.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You run a few client accounts and want mailboxes, warmup and DNS checks shared in one plan and one bill
- You want billing kept to the owner and the team limited to Admin and Member roles
- You want an audit log for each client workspace and a plan with no per-seat charge
- You do not need to hide Warmerly from your clients
Mystrika is the better fit if
- You need white label on your own domain, which its Rampage plan lists
- You want workspaces from a lower price, $85 a month on Dominate
- You want single sign-on and audit exports and are ready to ask its sales team
- You rotate many senders and want no cap on them across clients
Does Warmerly offer white label?
We found no white label. An owner or admin can upload a logo that appears in the dashboard sidebar and set a business name and postal address for campaign emails. There is no custom domain or client-branded portal in the code or the docs.
How do client workspaces work on Warmerly?
On the Agency plan, a new workspace created by the owner becomes a client workspace with no extra card. It has its own mailboxes, campaigns, leads, inbox, do-not-contact list and team, while mailboxes, active campaigns and prospects are counted across all of them against the Agency plan.
Which Mystrika plan has workspaces?
