Warmup

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Saleshandy details read from its pricing, home, warm-up, deliverability, inbox, agency, integrations, lead finder and email infrastructure pages on 21 and 22 October 2026.

Warmerly

On every connected mailbox, a 30-day ramp from 4 to 50 a day

Saleshandy

Unlimited mailboxes, daily limit set by plan; its warm-up page names a partner, TrulyInbox

The short answer

Warmup, in one look.

Both warm mailboxes automatically. Warmerly publishes its ramp: 4 a day at the start, 50 a day by day 30, with provider ceilings. Saleshandy shows an example schedule that reaches 40 a day by day 21, allows unlimited warm-up mailboxes, and does not say how its pool is built. Last checked 22 October 2026.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

A fixed 30-day ramp per mailbox, with provider ceilings, health-based reductions and a visible reason for each day's limit.

01

The ramp is set by us

The daily quota is interpolated between anchor points: 4 a day at day 0, 8 at day 3, 15 at day 7, 25 at day 14, 35 at day 21 and 50 at day 30. It counts days on which the mailbox really sent.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

02

The ceiling is the lowest of three limits

The quota is the lowest of the age ramp, the provider cap and the hard ceiling of 50 a day. Provider caps are Gmail 40, Outlook 30 and Zoho 25.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

03

Weekends and health cut the quota

Weekends run at 0.6 of the weekday quota. A spam placement score of 20 or more multiplies the quota by 0.4, and a health score below 50 by 0.4.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

04

The reason for today's limit is named

The warmup page in the app shows the limiting factor for each mailbox: age, provider, hard cap, health, weekend, your own daily limit or paused.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

05

What each warmup message does

A warmup mail is opened after a delay of 10 to 120 minutes, about 90 per cent of ordinary mail is opened, and the recipient replies with a default probability of 0.3 on a first message, stopping at thread depth 3.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

06

The ramp follows real sending days

The ramp is looked up by the lower of calendar age and days on which the mailbox actually sent, so a paused mailbox, or an old one that only just turned warmup on, cannot skip to late-ramp volume.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

07

You can only lower the limit

A self-serve per-mailbox warmup limit can reduce today's quota but never raise it above what the ramp, provider and health allow.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

08

A struggling mailbox keeps a heartbeat

A mailbox with refused sends gets one warmup send a day rather than none, so it can recover or reach the pause that asks you to reconnect.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

09

Two graded brakes

A spam placement score of 10 or more multiplies the quota by 0.7 and 20 or more by 0.4. A health score below 70 multiplies it by 0.75 and below 50 by 0.4. The lower of the two applies.

What Saleshandy does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • The warm-up daily limit for each plan
  • How large the warm-up network is
  • Reply rates or thread depth in warm-up
  • Whether weekends or health scores change the limit
  • Whether the 30 day ramp-up is a setting or an example
  • What the advanced warm-up settings on its pricing page contain

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • Saleshandy's pricing page says warm-up is included in every plan. Its warm-up page says you can access the tool at no extra cost through its partner, TrulyInbox. We could not tell from these pages whether the warm-up runs inside Saleshandy or at TrulyInbox.
  • Saleshandy's warm-up page chart stops at day 21 with 40 a day, while its deliverability page lists a 30 day ramp-up period in a settings mock-up. We could not tell whether either is a fixed rule.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

The curves are close, the controls differ

Warmerly's published anchors and Saleshandy's example are both gentle ramps. The difference is what you can see: Warmerly names the reason for each day's limit, Saleshandy does not say.

2

Unlimited versus included

Saleshandy warms any number of accounts. Warmerly warms every mailbox on your plan, 5 to 100.

3

A Gmail mailbox at full ramp

Warmerly takes the lowest of the age ramp (50 by day 30), the Gmail ceiling (40) and the hard cap (50), so 40 a day on a weekday. On a weekend 0.6 of that is 24. If the health score has dropped below 50, a weekday falls to 16 (our arithmetic from the published factors).

4

Ten mailboxes in week one

Warmerly's anchors give 15 a day on day 7, so ten mailboxes warm about 150 messages a day. Saleshandy's example has 8 a day on day 5 and 18 on day 10, which across ten accounts is 80 and 180 a day. The schedules are close in shape. Neither side's early volume is large.

5

Who is behind the network

Saleshandy's pricing page includes warm-up in every plan, while its warm-up page names a partner, TrulyInbox. If warm-up runs at the partner, read the partner's terms as well as Saleshandy's before you connect a mailbox you care about.
