Emails per month on the starting plan

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Saleshandy details read from its pricing, home, warm-up, deliverability, inbox, agency, integrations, lead finder and email infrastructure pages on 21 and 22 October 2026.

Warmerly

No cap on sends

Saleshandy

6,000

The short answer

Emails per month on the starting plan, in one look.

Warmerly does not meter sends on paid plans, but each mailbox has a daily campaign limit, 30 by default, so volume follows mailbox count. Saleshandy Starter allows 6,000 emails a month, Pro 100,000 and Scale 200,000. Last checked 22 October 2026.

Warmerly has no send meter. Its bars are our arithmetic: mailboxes times the default 30 a day over 30 days, a ceiling and not a promise.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Paid plans do not count sends. The cap is per mailbox per day, so volume follows the number of mailboxes.

01

No monthly send meter on paid plans

Starter, Growth and Agency have no monthly send cap. The plan page says sending is never metered.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

02

Daily limit per mailbox

Each mailbox has a daily campaign limit, default 30, which you can change. The ramp and the reputation brake can tighten it further.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

03

What that means on each plan

At the default limit, 5 mailboxes send 150 a day, about 4,500 a month; 25 mailboxes send 750 a day, about 22,500; 100 mailboxes send 3,000 a day, about 90,000. This is our arithmetic, assuming every mailbox sends the default limit every day of a 30 day month.

04

Free plan is capped

The Free plan keeps a send cap of 100 a month as an abuse guard.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

05

New mailboxes ramp up first

A campaign's volume ramp starts at 3 emails per mailbox on sending day 1 and adds 1 each sending day up to 15. The monthly figures above are for established mailboxes, not a first month.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

06

Sends are not a priced thing

On Starter, Growth and Agency, a campaign send does not use up an allowance. What you buy is mailboxes, and each one sends inside its own daily limit.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

07

The first fortnight is slower

A campaign's volume ramp is 3 emails per mailbox on the first sending day and 1 more each sending day up to 15, so a new mailbox sends far fewer than the 30 a day default for a while.

08

Verification is metered, sending is not

The things that do have a monthly meter are verifications, email lookups, LinkedIn lookups, lead exports and placement tests, each with its own number per plan.

How Saleshandy does it

Saleshandy, in detail.

Sends are metered by plan: 6,000, 100,000 or 200,000 emails a month. Any figure above that goes through an Enterprise quote.

04

Above 200,000

Its pricing page shows 200,000, 300,000 and 600,000 next to a Contact Us option without labels, so we did not treat the higher figures as plan limits.

05

Unlimited 1:1 email tracking

Its pricing page lists unlimited one-to-one email tracking among the features, alongside the monthly email allowance, so tracking is not counted separately.

06

Verification before sending

Its deliverability page describes email verification and Bounce Guard as ways to protect the domain, and the pricing page gives one-time verification credits of 500, 1,000 and 5,000 by plan.

07

A daily view in its examples

Its deliverability page shows example dashboards with figures such as 147 of 200 sent today and 18, 12 and 8 of 50 per account in sender rotation. These are mock-ups, not limits.

08

Where the tier jumps

Pro allows 100,000 emails a month, more than sixteen times Starter's 6,000, and Scale doubles that again to 200,000 (our arithmetic).

What Saleshandy does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • Whether warm-up emails count towards the monthly total
  • What happens when you reach the monthly limit mid-month
  • Any plan with a send limit above 200,000 that is clearly labelled
  • A stated daily sending limit per account
  • Whether follow-ups and warm-up emails use the monthly allowance

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Daily limits are the real cap on Warmerly

The 30 a day default across 5 mailboxes is about 4,500 a month. You can raise the limit, but sending harder from one mailbox is a deliverability risk.

2

Monthly limits are the cap on Saleshandy

With unlimited accounts you can spread sends thinly, but the plan still stops at 6,000 on Starter.

3

Who runs out first, per day

Five Warmerly mailboxes at 30 a day send 150 a day. Saleshandy Starter's 6,000 a month is about 200 a day over 30 days (our arithmetic). Both sit close together, which is why the plan prices matter more than the send limits at this size.

4

Where Saleshandy's volume has no match

Saleshandy Scale's 200,000 a month is about 6,667 a day. To send that on Warmerly at the default limit you would need about 223 mailboxes, well past Agency's 100, so you would need Max, agreed on a call, or a higher daily limit per mailbox (our arithmetic).

5

A quiet month still costs the same on Warmerly

Because paid Warmerly plans do not meter sends, a month in which you send 2,000 emails costs the same as one in which you send 20,000. On Saleshandy the plan covers up to its allowance, and a quiet month on Pro still costs $99.

Who it suits

Pick the one that fits.

Warmerly

Warmerly is the better fit if

  • You want a plan that never meters sends
  • You would rather size the plan on mailboxes than on volume
  • Your volume swings from month to month and you do not want to track a meter
  • You would rather widen capacity by adding mailboxes than by moving to a bigger tier
  • You are small enough that daily limits, not monthly caps, are your real ceiling
Saleshandy

Saleshandy is the better fit if

  • You send high volume from many mailboxes and want a published 200,000 tier
  • You want a clear monthly allowance to plan against
  • You send in the tens of thousands a month and want that written into the plan
  • You prefer a monthly number to plan against
  • You want one-to-one email tracking included without a limit
