Client workspaces share one pool
Mailboxes, active campaigns, prospects, LinkedIn accounts and WhatsApp numbers are counted across the whole family against the Agency plan, so the 100 mailboxes are shared, not 100 each.

What Saleshandy does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Which plan includes white-label
- How client permissions work
- Dedicated infrastructure per client in detail
- Agency pricing
- What the client sees on a white-labelled login page
- Whether client logins are free
- Which plan carries white-label in practice
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Saleshandy's agency page and home page say unlimited clients and white-label at no extra cost. Its pricing page lists white-label for agencies under Enterprise. We could not tell which applies to a standard plan.
- Saleshandy's lead finder page lists whitelabel in the Scale column, its pricing page lists white-label for agencies under Enterprise. We report both.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Saleshandy is ahead on branding
If clients should see your name and domain, only Saleshandy describes that.
Check the plan before you rely on it
Its agency page and pricing page do not agree on where white-label sits.
Ten clients, five mailboxes each
Fifty mailboxes fit inside Warmerly Agency's 100, so ten client workspaces cost $179 a month in all, about $17.90 a client (our arithmetic). Saleshandy lists unlimited clients and accounts but its limits sit on emails, so the cost depends on how much each client sends.
A client who wants your logo
If the client logs in and should see your name on your own domain, Saleshandy describes that and Warmerly does not offer it. If the client never logs in, branding may not matter.
One client takes a big share
Warmerly's 100 mailboxes are one pool. If one client connects 60, the Agency workspace and every other client share the remaining 40 (our arithmetic). Saleshandy does not meter accounts, so there is no pool to share, but its email allowance is shared instead.
Reporting to a client
Saleshandy's page says you can share results with clients but describes no report format. On Warmerly, a client with a seat in their own workspace sees their own campaigns and inbox directly.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want separate client workspaces under one bill and do not need your own branding
- You manage clients from one login and bill them yourself
- You want one shared pool and one bill
- You do not need a branded client portal
Saleshandy is the better fit if
- You need white-label, your own domain and unlimited clients
- You need clients to see your brand and domain
- You want users and teams unlimited on the top plan
- You want agency features inside a published plan price
