How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Scheduled checks of SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX for each connected mailbox, with a written finding and fix for each problem, and an alert when a hard failure appears or persists.

01

What is checked

SPF is checked for its ending, the 10-lookup limit and broken terms. DKIM is checked for key length and test mode. DMARC is checked for policy, percentage and a reporting address. MX is checked for presence.

02

How often it runs

The records sweep runs every six hours across every mailbox that is not dead or paused. The mailbox's Health tab has a Re-check now option.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

03

Written findings with a fix

Each finding has a title, an explanation and a fix. Advisories such as a monitor-only DMARC policy are shown but never red.

04

The exact record to paste, in some cases

Under a failing SPF or DMARC chip the card can show the record itself, with a copy button. DKIM values are not generated for third-party mailboxes.

05

Alerts only for real failures

A hard failure raises an alert with a 24-hour cooldown. A check that could not run shows as unknown, never green.

06

Blocklists are checked too

Alongside records, a sweep every six hours queries 6 domain blocklists and 10 IP blocklists by DNS lookup, including Spamhaus, SpamCop and Barracuda.

07

A refusal is not a listing

Several registries refuse queries from public resolvers and answer with a refusal code. Warmerly reads that as an error, never as clean and never as listed.

08

Advisories are never red

Only a failure can turn a domain red. An advisory such as a monitor-only DMARC policy is shown but never raises an alert.

What Saleshandy does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • How often records are re-checked
  • What it checks inside each record, such as the SPF lookup limit
  • Any alert when a record breaks
  • Blocklist monitoring
  • SPF, DKIM or DMARC checks on its deliverability page
  • Whether a custom tracking domain is checked after setup
  • Any alert or email when a record breaks on an existing mailbox

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • The DKIM and DMARC checks appear on Saleshandy's home page. Its dedicated deliverability page does not mention SPF, DKIM or DMARC checks.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Different jobs

Saleshandy configures records for the mailboxes it sells. Warmerly watches records on mailboxes you already have and tells you what broke.

2

A broken SPF record on a Tuesday

On Warmerly the next six-hour sweep marks the record, the finding says what is wrong and a hard failure raises an alert. On Saleshandy, nothing we read says how or when an existing mailbox's record would be re-checked.

3

Buying mailboxes new, records set for you

If you buy mailboxes from Saleshandy Email Infrastructure, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and a custom tracking domain are pre-configured, and the page says setup takes under 10 minutes. That is real work done for you, and Warmerly's checking does not replace it.

4

A domain appears on a blocklist

Warmerly checks 16 blocklists every six hours and shows a listing on the mailbox's Health tab. Saleshandy's pages describe avoiding blacklisting through sending behaviour, but we found no listing check.
