What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
Mailbox count is the main thing Warmerly sells on: 1 on Free, 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth, 100 on Agency.
The numbers by plan
Free allows 1 mailbox, Starter 5, Growth 25 and Agency 100. There is no unlimited tier, so the top published plan is described as 100. Above that is Max, agreed on a call.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Where the limit bites
Connecting a mailbox past the limit is refused at the moment you try, with a clear message, so you meet the ceiling when you cross it rather than on a bill.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
What counts
Connected mailboxes count towards the limit. Hosted mailboxes bought from Warmerly do not use a plan slot and are bought per mailbox, $2.99, $1.99 or $0.99 a month on Starter, Growth and Agency.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Cost per mailbox
Price divided by mailboxes works out at $3.80 on Starter, $1.96 on Growth and $1.79 on Agency (our arithmetic).

Every mailbox warms
Warmup and campaigns run on every connected mailbox on every plan, including Free. Each mailbox has its own daily campaign limit, 30 by default.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Hosted mailboxes sit outside the slots
A mailbox Warmerly hosts for you does not use a plan mailbox slot. A Starter workspace with 5 connected mailboxes can still buy more hosted ones, at $2.99 each a month.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
What happens at the ceiling
Connecting a mailbox over the plan limit is refused with a message at that moment. An over-limit plan after a downgrade gets a dated grace period rather than an instant lock.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Client workspaces share the pool
On Agency, the 100 mailboxes are one pool across the Agency workspace and its client workspaces, not 100 each.

Saleshandy, in detail.
No limit on the number of email accounts or warm-up accounts, on any plan. What it limits instead is emails sent and active prospects.
Unlimited on every plan
Its pricing page says all plans allow you to connect an unlimited number of emails and warm-up accounts, with no per-inbox fees.

Warm-up for every account
Warm-up works on unlimited mailboxes, with the daily sending limit set by your plan.

Where the limit moves
The caps sit on emails per month (6,000, 100,000 and 200,000) and on active prospects (2,000, 30,000 and unlimited under a fair usage policy), not on accounts.

Ready-made mailboxes cost extra
If you buy mailboxes from Saleshandy's Email Infrastructure add-on, they are priced per mailbox a month on top of the plan.

Sender rotation has its own ceiling
Its pricing page limits how many email accounts take part in sender rotation: 10 on Starter, 100 on Pro and 1,000 on Scale. Connecting accounts is unlimited, but rotating a campaign across them is capped by plan.

Providers it names
The unified inbox page shows Gmail, Outlook, Zoho and Yahoo as connected accounts, and its integrations page lists Google and Microsoft under email service providers, plus SMTP on its warm-up page.

Users are a separate count
Starter has 1 user, Pro 10 and Scale unlimited users. Mailboxes and users are counted separately.

The Fair Usage Policy is linked, not shown
The page ties Scale's unlimited active prospects to a Fair Usage Policy. The text is not on the pricing page, so we cannot say whether it also bounds accounts.

What Saleshandy does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- How many mailboxes Saleshandy's Fair Usage Policy would tolerate in practice
- Whether warm-up daily limits are per mailbox or shared across the account
- Whether sender rotation limits apply to warm-up accounts
- A maximum number of connected accounts anywhere in its pricing page or help text we read
Only what we could verify.

Saleshandy

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Count your mailboxes first
If you plan to connect 40 or 60 mailboxes, a flat per-mailbox ceiling is the wrong shape. Warmerly tops out at 100 on Agency. Saleshandy has no ceiling on accounts.
Then count your sends
Unlimited accounts still send inside plan limits. Six thousand emails a month is about 200 a day across the whole workspace on Saleshandy Starter (our arithmetic).
Forty mailboxes is the awkward middle
Forty mailboxes is over Growth's 25 and well under Agency's 100. On Warmerly that means $179 a month for Agency, about $4.48 a mailbox (our arithmetic). On Saleshandy Starter the account count is not metered, but its pricing page limits sender rotation to 10 accounts, and it does not say whether that is per campaign, so check before you plan a 40-account rotation.
Sixty mailboxes shows the opposite
Sixty mailboxes is $179 on Warmerly Agency, about $2.98 a mailbox. Saleshandy Pro rotates across up to 100 accounts per its pricing page, at $99 a month billed monthly, if you also fit inside 100,000 emails and 30,000 active prospects.
Hosted mailboxes change the count
Ten extra hosted mailboxes on Warmerly Starter cost $29.90 a month and take no plan slot, so a five-slot Starter workspace can run fifteen mailboxes in all (our arithmetic).
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You run a few mailboxes and want each one warmed and monitored
- You prefer a clear ceiling per plan to a fair usage policy
- You want each connected mailbox warmed, checked and shown on one screen
- You may add hosted mailboxes without using plan slots
- You want a stated ceiling rather than a policy you cannot read
Saleshandy is the better fit if
- You connect dozens of mailboxes and want no account cap
- You want warm-up on every account with no per-inbox fee
- You want to connect any number of accounts without choosing a tier for it
- You rotate sends across very many accounts and want a published 1,000-account rotation tier
- You use Zoho or Yahoo accounts and want them named in the inbox
