Several accounts, teams and agencies, in one look.
Warmerly sells LinkedIn accounts one by one or in packs of 3 and 5, and its Agency plan gives client workspaces that share one pool of allowances, with three roles and no per-client fee. Octopus CRM sells one licence for each LinkedIn account, lets you switch between accounts by logging in to another LinkedIn account in the same browser, says agencies use it on clients' accounts, and sends 20 or more accounts to its team for special pricing. We found no white label on either side. Last checked 21 October 2026.

How clients are organised
The unit you pay for
Warmerly's workspaces share one pool and carry no fee per client. Octopus CRM's agency price is by enquiry and none is published.
Warmerly, in detail.
Client workspaces that share one pool of allowances on the Agency plan, three roles, a workspace logo, no per-client fee, and API access. LinkedIn accounts are counted across the whole family of workspaces.
One account, one slot
Each connected LinkedIn account is one profile and takes one paid slot at $19 a month, or $16.33 and $15.00 each in packs of 3 and 5. Connecting the same LinkedIn member again updates the existing account rather than using a second slot.

Client workspaces share one pool
A new workspace made by an Agency owner becomes a client workspace with no extra card or setup. Mailboxes, active campaigns, prospects, LinkedIn accounts and WhatsApp numbers are counted across the whole family against the Agency plan, so the 100 mailboxes are shared, not 100 each.

What stays separate
Each client workspace has its own mailboxes, campaigns, leads, inbox, do-not-contact list and team. There is no charge per client workspace, and billing actions are refused inside a client workspace.

Three roles
A member is invited as Admin or Member, and the creator is the Owner. Owner and Admin can change branding and invite or remove people. Only the Owner can change plan, open billing, buy add-ons or delete the workspace. Roles belong to one workspace.

The Agency plan
Agency is $179 a month for 100 mailboxes, with client workspaces and API access. Beyond 100 mailboxes, Max is priced on a call. A 7-day Agency trial is available, and during a trial at most one LinkedIn account can be connected.

Where Warmerly is behind
We found no white label, no custom roles, no client report, no template sharing between workspaces and no named account manager. LinkedIn accounts are not discounted beyond the packs of 3 and 5.

Octopus CRM, in detail.
A licence for each LinkedIn account, a browser-based way to switch between them, and pricing by enquiry for agencies with 20 or more accounts.
One licence per LinkedIn account
The FAQ says each Octopus account is tied to a separate LinkedIn account, so you subscribe separately for each LinkedIn account you want to automate. You cannot use one licence for several accounts.

Switching accounts on one device
To manage several LinkedIn accounts on a single device, the FAQ says to log into a different LinkedIn account in the same browser and your Octopus account is updated as well.

Agencies
The FAQ says a big number of agencies use Octopus on their clients' LinkedIn accounts, that it keeps confidentiality, and that it has special offers for marketing agencies depending on the number of licences.

Custom plans for big sales teams
Asked whether it offers custom plans to a big sales team, the FAQ says to email support and it will generate a custom plan. The pricing section sends agencies managing 20 or more accounts to the team.

An account manager on the top tier
Personal account manager is the last row of the plan table and is ticked only on Unlimited. A review quoted on the home page praises an account manager for premium subscribers, which we treat as the vendor's own choice of quote.

Rules about agency accounts in the affiliate terms
The affiliate terms prohibit self-referrals, which they define to include your personal LinkedIn accounts, your team members' accounts and accounts managed for your own clients. This is a rule for affiliates and not a rule about using the tool.

What Octopus CRM does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A team dashboard or roles inside the product
- A way to share campaigns or templates between users
- A price for an agency licence
- Whether several people can use one LinkedIn account's Octopus licence
- White labelling or client reports
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The FAQ says Octopus CRM keeps confidentiality for agencies using it on clients' accounts, while the affiliate terms treat accounts managed for your own clients as self-referrals. These cover different things, so we do not read them as inconsistent.
Only what we could verify.

Octopus CRM
Per month. Octopus CRM prices are per licence (one licence, one LinkedIn account) and were read on octopuscrm.io and its feature pages on 21 October 2026; the page shows no currency code and its terms say payments are in US dollars. The Annually tab states a price per month and no yearly total. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Count accounts, not seats, when you price a team
In Octopus CRM each LinkedIn account is a licence. For five accounts on Pro that is $74.95 a month. In Warmerly five LinkedIn accounts are $75 in a pack, and the Agency plan adds shared client workspaces on top.
Octopus CRM suits one person with a few accounts
Switching by logging in to another LinkedIn account in the same browser is simple for a few accounts, and it keeps each account's session in the browser it uses.
Warmerly suits an agency that also sends email
Client workspaces keep each client's mailboxes, leads and inbox apart while the agency pays once. A team that only runs LinkedIn for many clients may find Octopus CRM's agency quote cheaper.
Ask both about the missing pieces
Neither lists white label or client reports. If your clients expect them, ask before you commit.
Pick the one that fits.

Octopus CRM is the better fit if
- You manage a few LinkedIn accounts from one browser

- You only need LinkedIn for your clients
