- Card needed to start: Not for Free, yes for the paid trial
- LinkedIn in the trial: None, $19 charged at once

What happens next
From each side's own terms
Warmerly's refund list is narrow: a charge in error, an account ended by Warmerly, the 30-day inbox guarantee, or the law.
Warmerly, in detail.
Warmerly gives two ways in: a Free plan that never expires, and a 7-day trial of a paid plan. LinkedIn accounts sit outside both.
The Free plan has no card and no end date
Free is $0 with no card. It includes 1 mailbox, 1 active campaign, 500 leads per campaign, 500 active prospects and 100 campaign sends a month. Warmup is included and is not metered.

The paid trial is 7 days and needs a card
Starter, Growth and Agency start with a 7-day trial. A card is required, nothing is charged until day 8, and you can cancel before then. The trial is once per workspace.

LinkedIn has no trial
A LinkedIn account at $19 a month is charged straight away, has no free trial and is not refunded. The Free plan includes no LinkedIn account, and a paid trial lets you connect at most one.

Refunds are narrow
Payments already taken are not refunded. Warmerly refunds only where it charged in error, ended the account for a reason other than your breach, a mailbox qualifies under the 30-day inbox guarantee, or the law requires it.

Cancelling and pausing
Only the workspace owner can cancel, from Settings, Billing. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee, access runs to the end of the paid period, and a monthly plan can be paused for 1 to 3 months, once a year.

What Octopus CRM does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- What happens to your CRM lists and history after the trial ends
- Whether a card is needed to move from the trial to a paid plan, beyond the payment methods listed
- A pause option for a subscription
- A notice period for price changes
- A free plan with no time limit
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The FAQ says the trial gives full access to the Unlimited plan, while the home page's pricing section says all plans come with a 7-day trial and shows a Free trial button on every tier.
Only what we could verify.

Octopus CRM
Per month. Octopus CRM prices are per licence (one licence, one LinkedIn account) and were read on octopuscrm.io and its feature pages on 21 October 2026; the page shows no currency code and its terms say payments are in US dollars. The Annually tab states a price per month and no yearly total. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
