Octopus CRM pushes campaign actions to Zapier and HubSpot from its Unlimited tier and, through Zapier, to apps such as Google Sheets, Zoho, Asana, Zendesk and Salesforce, and we found no public API or webhooks on its pages. Warmerly, in detail.
An API and 16 mailbox-health webhooks on the Agency plan, an MCP server on every plan, and connections for Gmail, Outlook, Zoho and SMTP and IMAP mailboxes. No CRM sync found.
An API, on the Agency plan
API keys and the API need the Agency plan ($179 a month). Keys start with wmv_, go in an X-Api-Key header, and each user can hold up to 10 active keys. The default limit is 60 requests a minute per key, adjustable from 1 to 120. Other plans get a 403 error.

16 mailbox-health webhooks
Outbound webhooks are signed POSTs about mailbox health. There are 16 event types, such as score_drop, auth_fail, dns_changed, auto_paused and aged_in. They do not cover opens, clicks or replies, and they are Agency only.

Signed, retried deliveries
Every delivery carries an X-Warmerly-Signature header, the HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body. Each delivery is tried up to 3 times. A subscription switches itself off after 10 consecutive sweeps in which a delivery failed.

Zapier and HubSpot

For advanced users
The blog says the Zapier integration is created for advanced users and recommends watching the video, given the complexity of the feature. The tutorial page lists a video on LinkedIn to Zapier and HubSpot, naming Google Sheets, HubSpot CRM, Asana and Zendesk.

What Octopus CRM does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A public API or API keys
- Webhooks of its own
- A native HubSpot connector described apart from Zapier
- A list of the Zapier triggers and actions it offers
- An MCP server or an AI assistant integration
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The tutorial page names Google Sheets, HubSpot CRM, Asana and Zendesk, the plan tooltip names HubSpot CRM, Zoho, Asana and Google Sheets, and the auto invite page names Google Docs, HubSpot, Asana and Salesforce. We list each as the page that says it, and none of the lists is complete.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
To get a LinkedIn lead into a CRM, Octopus CRM is the shorter road
Its Zapier push exists for exactly that. On Warmerly you would use the API on the Agency plan, and no webhook tells you when a LinkedIn invitation was accepted.
The integration sits on the most expensive tier
At $39.99 a month, or $24.99 on the Annually tab, Unlimited costs more than a Warmerly LinkedIn account on its own. Compare the whole tier, since Activity Control and an account manager come with it.
Warmerly's integrations are about mailboxes and assistants
Webhooks tell you when a mailbox's score drops or its DNS changes. The MCP server lets an AI assistant read your workspace. They suit operations and reporting more than CRM sync.
Neither one is a full integration platform
If a CRM sync is a hard requirement, test it on a trial before you pay. Octopus CRM's trial includes Unlimited for 7 days.
Pick the one that fits.

Octopus CRM is the better fit if
- You want LinkedIn actions pushed to Zapier or HubSpot

- You can take the Unlimited tier
