Email warmup, then cold email from the warmed mailboxes. LinkedIn is a paid add-on.
LinkedIn automation first, with email and X as extra channels in the same sequence.
Main job, in one look.
Warmerly starts one layer lower: it warms email mailboxes, checks their DNS, then sends cold email, and offers LinkedIn as a $19 a month add-on per connected account. Meet Alfred describes itself as an assistant that turns a LinkedIn profile into an automated lead generation machine, and it adds email and X as further channels in the same sequence. If your outreach starts on LinkedIn, Meet Alfred is built for that. If it starts in the inbox, Warmerly is. Last checked 22 October 2026.

Where each one starts
The steps each product lists, first step on the left
Warmerly's lane is what its engine does before and during a campaign. Meet Alfred's is what its pricing page and help article list. Neither lane is a recommended sequence.
Warmerly, in detail.
Warmerly's main job is email: warm a mailbox over 30 days, keep its DNS and blocklist status checked, then send cold email sequences from it. LinkedIn is a paid add-on that plugs into the same sequences.
It starts with the mailbox
Warmup mail between real mailboxes ramps from 4 a day on day 0 to 50 a day on day 30, with lower ceilings for Gmail (40), Outlook (30) and Zoho (25). A mailbox only does campaign work on top of that ramp.

Then campaigns and sequences
A sequence is made of email steps, wait steps, LinkedIn connection and message steps, and condition steps that branch on opened, clicked, replied or timeout. A campaign sends at most 30 emails a day from a mailbox by default and runs pre-launch checks before it starts (13 kinds are listed in the code).

DNS and blocklists are watched
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX are checked every six hours for each mailbox, with a written fix when one fails. Sixteen blocklists are checked on the same schedule.

LinkedIn is an add-on, not the core
Each connected LinkedIn account is $19 a month, charged at once with no trial and no refund. Packs are 3 accounts for $49 and 5 for $75. It runs through a hosted provider (LinkupAPI).

Where Warmerly is narrower on LinkedIn
Warmerly's LinkedIn sequence steps are a connection request and a message. We found no step that visits a profile, sends an InMail, or builds an audience from a group, event or post, and nothing for X.

Sending is not metered
Warmerly describes its email product as warmup and campaigns on every mailbox, with sending never metered. Each mailbox keeps a daily campaign limit.

A free place to start
The Free plan has 1 mailbox and 100 campaign sends a month, no card. Paid email plans have a 7-day trial that needs a card.

Campaign and prospect caps

Mailboxes graduate after 30 sending days
A connected mailbox is aging until it has sent on 30 days, then active. Both states can send campaigns.

What Meet Alfred does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Any mailbox warmup, SPF, DKIM or DMARC checks on the pricing page or the email help articles we read
- Which plans include which email sending limits
- Any figure behind the 3.1X, 10x and 10 hours claims on the home page
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The home page says email automation and X outreach are part of Meet Alfred, while the pricing page says they need the Business plan. We report both.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Pick the channel that books your meetings
If your first touch is a LinkedIn connection request, Meet Alfred is the tool built around it. If your first touch is an email, the mailbox has to be warm first, and that is Warmerly's job.
Think of the layers
Meet Alfred automates the actions. Warmerly prepares and watches the sending mailbox. The two layers do not replace each other.
You can run both
Your LinkedIn sequences can stay in Meet Alfred while the mailbox you send cold email from is warmed and checked in Warmerly.
Count where your replies come from
Look at your last 20 meetings. If most began on LinkedIn, put Meet Alfred first. If most began as an email reply, put mailbox health first.
Do not buy a seat you will not use
Meet Alfred charges per seat, so a team of three pays for three. Warmerly charges for mailboxes, so one person can run several.
Treat headline results with care
Meet Alfred's home page quotes 10x more replies from multi-channel outreach and 10 hours saved per rep a week. It gives no method or sample, and we have not tested either figure.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- Cold email is your main channel and landing in the inbox matters most
- You want mailbox warmup and DNS checks in the same tool as the campaigns
- You want to start free and add LinkedIn per account only if you need it
- You want a free plan to start and to pay by mailbox
- You want warmup, DNS checks and campaigns in one place
Meet Alfred is the better fit if
- LinkedIn and X are your main channels
- You want InMail, group, event and post campaigns
- You want one tool to move a lead between LinkedIn, email and X
- You want a long-established LinkedIn tool with a large user base
- You want a 7-day trial with no card
Is Meet Alfred an email tool?
It sends email, from the Business plan and above, through a Gmail, Microsoft or SMTP account you connect. Its pages describe it as a LinkedIn tool with email as one channel, and we found no mailbox warmup on them.
Does Warmerly do LinkedIn?
Yes, as a paid add-on at $19 a month per account, with connection and message steps in the same sequence as email. It has fewer LinkedIn actions than Meet Alfred.
Which one is cheaper to start?
Warmerly has a free plan and Starter at $19 a month. Meet Alfred starts at $59 a seat a month for LinkedIn only, and $99 with email. They buy different things, see the price pages.
Can I use both together?
Yes. Keep LinkedIn sequences in Meet Alfred and warm the mailbox you send cold email from in Warmerly.
