What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
A Warmerly sequence mixes email, wait, LinkedIn connection and LinkedIn message steps, and a canvas editor adds condition branches.
The steps on offer
A sequence is made of email steps, wait steps and LinkedIn connection and message steps. A drag-and-drop canvas also has condition steps that branch on opened, clicked, replied or timeout. The simpler list editor handles linear sequences only.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
A reply stops the sequence by default
A genuine reply stops the lead's sequence by default, and unsubscribes go on a workspace-wide suppression list that every step respects.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
No X step
We found no X (Twitter) step, no follow or post step, and no way to start a sequence from an X list.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
A rule you cannot draw
The LinkedIn acceptance check is built in and you cannot draw an alternative path from it, for example to switch to email when an invitation is ignored.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Step kinds, exactly
The templates build sequences from four step kinds: email (subject and body), wait (a number of days), LinkedIn connection and LinkedIn message. Built-in templates mix them, for example a LinkedIn connection, a wait of 2 days, then email.

Two editors
A list editor handles linear sequences. A drag-and-drop canvas adds condition steps. The condition step is the only place a sequence forks.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Checks before a sequence can start
A campaign cannot start without at least one step with usable content, a sending account for each channel in use, queued leads and merge tags that exist on the leads. A step that uses an unknown tag blocks the start.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Plan gates on channels
A plan that does not include a channel used in a campaign blocks the start, as does a reached monthly send cap. LinkedIn is a separate per-account add-on at $19 a month.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Unsubscribes are respected by every step
Unsubscribes go on a workspace-wide suppression list, so a lead who opts out of one email is skipped by later steps in every campaign.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
LinkedIn steps follow the acceptance gate
After a connection request the sequence re-checks acceptance every 6 hours and sends the next step once the invitation is accepted.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
WhatsApp is a separate channel
WhatsApp sending has its own pacing rules and is not part of the email and LinkedIn step kinds described above.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Warmup is not a step
Warmup runs on the mailbox in the background and is not a step in a sequence, so a campaign never has to schedule it.

Meet Alfred, in detail.
Meet Alfred describes multi-channel sequences across LinkedIn, email and X, available from the Business plan.
What the pricing page promises
Multi-Channel Automation is listed from Business: one sequence that moves a lead between LinkedIn, email and X based on what they do.

What the help article describes
LinkedIn connection requests, messages and InMails, email messages, and X direct messages or follows can be mixed in one sequence. A sequence that starts with a connection request waits until the lead accepts, email steps need a connected email account, and X steps need a handle on the lead's profile.

X is under maintenance
The X campaigns article says the feature is currently under maintenance, and that the X campaign message limit is 1000 a day.

Unlimited steps
The help article on steps says a sequence can hold an unlimited number of steps, and that most people add 5 to 9.

Lead sources for a multi-channel campaign
The help article lists LinkedIn Search, LinkedIn URLs, CSV upload, Sales Navigator (saved searches or lead lists), 1st-degree connections and third-party integrations such as Zapier.

Step types it lists
LinkedIn connection requests, messages and InMails, email messages, and X direct messages or follows. Warmerly has no InMail step and no X step.

What an email step needs
Email steps need an email account connected in Settings > Integrations, and X steps run only if the lead's profile has an X handle.

X campaigns: two lead sources
An X campaign takes a CSV of handles, with extra columns usable as personalisation, or your LinkedIn 1st-degree connections. The article recommends starting with a lower daily limit to warm up the account.

The multi-channel gate
The pricing page's matrix lists Multi-Channel Automation, Email Automation and X as Business and above, and not on Individual. The pricing page also says multi-channel sequences need the Business tier or above.

No cap on sequences or steps
The Business card says there is no cap on active sequences and no cap on steps inside them, and the matrix lists Unlimited Actions in a Sequence on every plan.

What Meet Alfred does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Branching or if/then splits in the multi-channel article
- What happens when a lead never accepts a connection request
- Which plans include X steps, beyond the pricing table's Business row
- Wait times or delays between steps in the multi-channel article
- A daily or weekly limit for a multi-channel sequence
- How a lead who has no X handle is handled beyond the step being skipped
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The pricing page lists X automation as a Business feature without a caveat, and the X help article says it is currently under maintenance. We report both.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Ask what your channel is for
If you want to reach people on X, only Meet Alfred has a step for it, and its own help page says the feature is under maintenance. Confirm it works before you buy for it.
Ask whether you need branches
If a lead who opens but does not reply should get a different next step, Warmerly's canvas does that. We found no branching in Meet Alfred's multi-channel article.
Start simple
Most sequences are a handful of steps whichever tool sends them.
Where the channels differ in cost
On Warmerly email is part of the plan and each LinkedIn account is $19 a month on top. On Meet Alfred the Business seat at $99 a month holds LinkedIn, email and X together, so the comparison depends on how many channels you use.
A sequence that waits
Both products hold a LinkedIn sequence at the connection request until the lead accepts. Warmerly re-checks every 6 hours. The Meet Alfred article does not state its check interval.
If you also want InMail
InMail is a Meet Alfred step on Business and above. Warmerly has no InMail step, so a team that relies on InMail is better placed on Meet Alfred.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- Email is your main channel and you want branches on opened, clicked or replied
- You want one price per mailbox and per LinkedIn account that you can add or drop
- You do not need X
- You want email warmup and DNS checks on the mailboxes that the email steps send from
Meet Alfred is the better fit if
- You want X in the same sequence as LinkedIn and email
- You want the widest set of LinkedIn step types
- You are on, or will be on, Business or above
- You want InMail, group and event steps beside email in the same sequence
Does Warmerly support X (Twitter)?
No. We found no X step in the code or docs.
Does Meet Alfred branch on opens or replies?
The multi-channel help article we read describes steps running in order and a wait for a connection to be accepted, and no branching. It may exist elsewhere in the product.
Can a Warmerly sequence start with a LinkedIn step?
Yes. A LinkedIn connection step can come first, then a wait, then email, as in the built-in templates.
Is X automation working on Meet Alfred today?
Its help article says the feature is currently under maintenance. We did not test it, so ask Meet Alfred before you buy for X.
