What it connects to
What each product lists
Warmerly's webhooks cover mailbox health only, not opens, clicks or replies, and it has no CRM sync. Meet Alfred lists native Salesforce and HubSpot on Teams.
Warmerly, in detail.
Warmerly's integrations are an API, webhooks about mailbox health, and an MCP server, with no CRM connectors.
An API, on the Agency plan
API keys and the API need the Agency plan ($179 a month). Keys go in an X-Api-Key header, each user can hold up to 10 active keys, and the default limit is 60 requests a minute per key. Free, Starter and Growth get a 403 error.

16 mailbox-health webhooks
Outbound webhooks are signed POSTs about mailbox health, with 16 event types such as score_drop, auth_fail and dns_changed. They do not cover opens, clicks or replies. Agency only.

An MCP server on every plan
An MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor read and act in a workspace after an OAuth sign-in. It is on every plan including Free and needs no API key. No tool can start or resume campaign sending.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
No CRM sync found
We searched the product code and docs for HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce connectors and found none as integrations, and no listed Zapier, Make or n8n app of Warmerly's own.

CSV import into a campaign
Leads are imported into a campaign from a CSV, TSV or text file, or pasted from a spreadsheet. Excel files must be converted first. You map columns to email, first name, last name, company, website or a custom field, and rows with a broken address are skipped.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Custom fields become merge tags
Every column imported as a custom field becomes a merge tag, so a column called Job Title becomes {{Job_Title}}. Duplicate addresses in a file are removed, keeping the first.

Any SMTP and IMAP mailbox
A mailbox is saved only after Warmerly signs in to both SMTP to send and IMAP to read, so a mailbox that connects works for real. The setup form reports the two separately when one fails.

Keys and scopes
Each user can hold up to 10 active API keys, sent in an X-Api-Key header, with a default of 60 requests a minute per key.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
An MCP server needs no key
The MCP server uses OAuth sign-in rather than an API key, and can be managed or revoked by the user. No tool starts or resumes campaign sending.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Team members and roles
Warmerly has three roles, Owner, Admin and Member, for people in a workspace. There is no single sign-on listed in the code we read.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
No Zapier app of our own
We found no listed Zapier, Make or n8n app for Warmerly. Anything built with those tools would go through the API, which needs the Agency plan.

How the webhook key works
You generate an API key under account settings and send it in the request header. The article names Zapier and Integromat as example providers, requires a paid plan and states no rate limits.

Zapier import path
A campaign with the lead source set to 3rd Party Integrations can receive leads from a Zap. LinkedIn Profile URL is required and email is optional but recommended. Teams users managing several accounts can pick which one a Zap uses.

Native Salesforce

What Meet Alfred does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- An API for your own tooling
- Which webhook events exist
- An MCP server
- Rate limits for its API
- Payload fields for each API action
- Whether HubSpot or Salesforce changes sync back to Meet Alfred
- Whether the Zapier integration needs a particular plan
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Start from where your leads live
If new leads must land in HubSpot or Salesforce without a middle step, Meet Alfred's Teams plan does it natively. Warmerly would need the API on Agency.
What a webhook tells you
Warmerly's webhooks tell you about mailbox health, not about replies. Meet Alfred's help article covers webhooks without telling us the events.
AI assistants
Warmerly's MCP server lets an AI assistant read your workspace. It cannot start sending.
Check which direction data moves
Meet Alfred's HubSpot and Salesforce articles describe sending leads from Meet Alfred to the CRM, by manual or bulk export. They do not say changes come back. Ask whether you need a two-way sync before you rely on either.
The Meet Alfred API is a lead pipe
Its eight listed actions let you add leads and read campaigns, leads, connections and replies. Warmerly's API and webhooks are about mailboxes and workspaces, so they answer different questions.
Importing a list
Both tools take a list as a file or through a connector. Warmerly takes a CSV, with columns turned into merge tags. Meet Alfred needs a LinkedIn Profile URL to add a lead through Zapier, so a list without LinkedIn URLs does not suit that path.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want an API and mailbox health events for your own tooling
- You want an MCP server for an AI assistant
- You do not need a CRM sync
- You want a CSV importer that turns columns into merge tags
- You use SMTP and IMAP mailboxes and want both checked on connect
Meet Alfred is the better fit if
- You rely on Zapier or webhooks without an Agency plan
- You need native Salesforce or HubSpot
- You want enterprise SSO options
- You want a documented set of API actions for adding leads
- You want to export leads to HubSpot or Salesforce from the Leads page
Does Warmerly connect to HubSpot or Salesforce?
Not natively. We found no CRM connector. The API on Agency can be used to build one.
Which Meet Alfred plan has native CRM integrations?
Teams, from 3 seats, lists native Salesforce and HubSpot.
Does Meet Alfred have an API?
Its Webhooks article describes API key access and eight actions for adding leads and reading campaigns, leads, replies and connections. We did not find rate limits or payload fields on the pages we read.
Does Warmerly have single sign-on?
We found none in the code we read. Warmerly has three roles for workspace members and sign-in with Google or Microsoft.
