Mailboxes you can connect, in one look.
Warmerly's plan sets the number of mailboxes you bring: 1, 5, 25 or 100, on published prices of $19, $49 and $179 a month for the paid tiers. Mailshake's plan cards list 1, 2 or 10 email addresses per account at $29, $49 and $99 a month, and its Agency plan is unlimited with no price shown. Mailshake's FAQ describes it differently, as one mail account per paid user, so check how many users you would be billed for. On a cost per mailbox, Warmerly's Growth and Agency tiers work out lower on the listed prices, and Mailshake is ahead on an unlimited tier. Last checked 22 October 2026.

What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
The plan sets how many mailboxes you can connect, and the monthly price divided by that number falls as you move up. Hosted mailboxes bought from Warmerly are counted separately and never use a plan slot.
Limits by plan
Free allows 1 mailbox, Starter 5, Growth 25 and Agency 100. These count mailboxes you bring yourself.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Hosted mailboxes sit on their own meter
A mailbox that Warmerly hosts for you never uses a plan slot, so a 5-mailbox plan can still have a sixth hosted mailbox. It is billed per mailbox on the same subscription.

Warmup on every mailbox
Every mailbox the plan allows is warmed. Warmup is never metered.

Price per mailbox on the plans
Starter is $19 for 5 mailboxes, about $3.80 each, Growth is $49 for 25, about $1.96 each, and Agency is $179 for 100, about $1.79 each. Annual billing is the monthly price times 10, two months free.

Hosted mailbox rates
A mailbox Warmerly hosts is $2.99 a month on Starter and Free, $1.99 on Growth and $0.99 on Agency, billed on the same subscription. There is no billing minimum on any tier.

Per-mailbox daily send default
A connected mailbox's campaign limit defaults to 30 a day, and the ramp and reputation brake can lower it. Sending itself is not metered, so the mailbox count is what bounds monthly volume. Five mailboxes at the default reach about 4,500 a month.

Free mailbox on every account
Each new account gets one free mailbox already warming up on a Warmerly-owned domain. It does not use a plan slot and, after 14 days and email verification, can send a small first campaign of up to 3 emails a day to verified addresses.

What can connect
Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Namecheap and custom SMTP and IMAP mailboxes can be connected, and each carries its own warmup status, ramp, health score and sending limits.

What Mailshake does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- How the per-account address counts and the per-user rule work together
- A maximum for the Agency plan beyond the word unlimited
- What triggers a switch to another address
- A price or fair-use limit for the Agency plan's unlimited addresses
- Whether the ready-to-use mailboxes count toward the per-account address limit
- A per-mailbox daily sending default on the pricing page
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The cards list addresses per account, while the FAQ says each paid user connects 1 mail account. We cannot tell from the page how the two combine.
Only what we could verify.

Mailshake
Per month, monthly billing. Mailshake figures were read on mailshake.com/pricing on 21 October 2026 under its Monthly toggle; its Yearly toggle shows lower figures and the page does not say whether yearly is billed up front. Its FAQ says billing is based on users, so its total may differ from the card. Warmerly's LinkedIn accounts are charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Ask how users count
If you plan to pay for several Mailshake users just to connect more mail accounts, add that to the price you compare. Warmerly's mailbox count is on the plan itself.
Check the ceiling you will hit
Past 100 mailboxes Warmerly quotes on a call. Mailshake lists unlimited on Agency but shows no price.
Cost per sending address, monthly billing
Warmerly Starter is $19 / 5 = $3.80 a mailbox, Growth $49 / 25 = $1.96, Agency $179 / 100 = $1.79. Mailshake Starter is $29 / 1 = $29, Email Outreach $49 / 2 = $24.50 and Sales Engagement $99 / 10 = $9.90. Mailshake's plans include more than mailboxes, such as a dialer on the top tier, so this compares the address count only.
Ten sending addresses
On Warmerly, 10 mailboxes fit in Growth at $49 a month. On Mailshake, 10 addresses is Sales Engagement at $99, or $85 a month billed yearly. Alternatively two of its $12 domain add-ons give 10 ready-made mailboxes for $24 a month, though how they count against the per-account limit is not stated.
Monthly sending volume per address
Mailshake Starter lists 1,500 sends a month for its single address, about 50 a day over 30 days. Warmerly's default of 30 a day per mailbox across 5 Starter mailboxes is 150 a day, which is about 4,500 over 30 days. Both depend on warmup age and settings.
