Warmerly, in detail.
A company database, email finder and verifier come with the plan, each with a monthly allowance. Named people are found through a LinkedIn search that needs a paid LinkedIn account slot.
Search in plain words
Lead finder turns a sentence such as dental practices in the UK into filters, shows matching companies, and lets you export a CSV or add them to a campaign. Searching is free. Only exporting and adding leads use your monthly allowance.

Companies in the database, people through LinkedIn
The lead database is built by reading the public websites of businesses, so its rows are companies with a published way to contact them, not named individuals. Named people come from the separate LinkedIn search tab, which uses your own connected LinkedIn account.

Monthly allowances by plan
Starter includes 5,000 email verifications, 1,000 email lookups, 1,000 LinkedIn lookups and 500 lead exports a month. Growth is 25,000, 10,000, 10,000 and 5,000. Agency is 150,000, 100,000, 100,000 and 50,000. Free has 250, 50, 50 and 100.

Where Warmerly is behind
The database has no named-person records. Named-person search needs a LinkedIn account slot, which is a separate $19 a month per account, while Mailshake's Data Finder returns names and email addresses by role in one add-on.

Filters you can use
Keywords, country, town or city, business type, the technology a website uses, email provider, company size, founding year and signals such as UK-registered, hiring now, has a phone number, VAT registered and has a contact form. Revenue, funding and ratings are not held, and the page greys out a filter it could not apply.

Email finder by name
The email finder takes a domain, a LinkedIn company URL, or a person's first name, last name and company. It returns an address with a status and a confidence from 0 to 100, and a lookup only counts against your allowance when an address is found.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Verification with a hard-evidence rule
The verifier returns Safe to send, Send with caution, Do not send or Unknown. An address is only marked invalid on hard evidence such as bad format, no mail server, a disposable domain or the server saying the mailbox does not exist. Catch-all domains are called out as unconfirmable from outside.

Adding to a campaign
Only companies with a contact email are added, duplicates and your do-not-contact list are skipped, addresses failing a quick free check are not added, and at most 10,000 leads go in per click. Only exported or added leads use the monthly allowance.

What Mailshake does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- What one credit covers and how credits are counted
- How emails are verified, or any accuracy or bounce rate
- Whether unused credits carry over
- Where the 100+ million prospect records come from, or how they are checked
- Whether the unlimited credits plan has any fair-use limit
- A data privacy or opt-out page linked from the Data Finder page
- Coverage by country or industry
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The Data Finder page says Get 50 Leads for Free and also 50 credits, one-time. We cannot tell from the page whether a credit equals a lead.
- The Data Finder page says A trial is offered separately that gives you 50 credits, while the plan cards list 50 free data finder credits on Starter and Email Outreach. We cannot tell whether these are the same 50.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Decide what a lead is
If you start from a named job title, Mailshake's Data Finder fits. If you start from a type of business, Warmerly's database search fits, and you can add people through the LinkedIn search or the email finder by name.
Count credits before you trust the number
Mailshake does not define a credit on its pages. Test the 50 credits first.
What a year of Data Finder costs
At $19 a month the add-on is $228 over 12 months. Billed annually at $17 a month it is $204, a saving of $24. On Sales Engagement ($99 a month) the add-on brings the monthly total to $118, and Sales Engagement already lists 2,500 free credits.
Putting a named list together on Warmerly
A LinkedIn slot is $19 a month. Starter includes 1,000 LinkedIn lookups a month, and a hand-picked search page shows 15 people, so up to 15,000 profiles can be viewed if every lookup is a full page. Starter's 1,000 email lookups then find addresses for the people you import.
Checking a list before you send
Starter includes 5,000 email verifications a month. A 2,000-address list would use 40 per cent of that, and addresses that fail the quick check at import are not added. Mailshake lists validation as unlimited on its three plans, so volume is less of a constraint there.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You prospect by type of business and location and want the finder inside the plan
- You want email lookups and verification with published monthly allowances
- You can add a LinkedIn account and want people searched through it
- You want a verifier that says why an address is risky and never marks one invalid without hard evidence
- You want to check what is in a company segment before you commit, using the data bars
Mailshake is the better fit if
- You want named decision makers by role
- You want unlimited email verification on every plan
- You want one add-on that returns names and emails by role without a LinkedIn account
- You want unlimited Data Finder credits at a fixed $19 a month
- You are on Sales Engagement and want 2,500 credits included
Does Mailshake include lead data?
Each plan lists 50 free Data Finder credits, 2,500 on Sales Engagement. Data Finder itself is a $19 a month add-on, or $17 under Yearly.
Can Warmerly search for named people?
Yes, through the LinkedIn search tab in Lead finder. It needs a connected LinkedIn account with a paid Warmerly Link slot at $19 a month, and each search page uses one monthly LinkedIn lookup. The company database itself is not a list of named people.
Does Warmerly charge for searching?
No. Searching, counting and describing a search never use your allowance. Only exporting a CSV and adding leads to a campaign do.
What is the difference between a lookup and a verification on Warmerly?
A lookup finds an address for a company or person, and counts only when one is found. A verification checks an address you already have. They have separate monthly allowances.
How many credits does Mailshake's paid Data Finder give?
The pricing block lists unlimited credits at $19 a month, or $17 billed annually. The free trial is 50 credits, one-time.
