The trial is a fixed taste
During a paid trial, monthly allowances are held at Starter levels whichever plan you trial, and at most one LinkedIn account can be connected. The mailbox and campaign limits of the plan you chose do apply.

One trial per workspace
A workspace that has had a trial is charged straight away when it subscribes again, and the card form says so. You can also choose to skip the trial and pay at once.

Cancelling in the trial ends access
Cancelling during a trial ends access straight away and moves the workspace to Free, rather than running to the original end date.

A longer offer exists

Downgrades give credit, not cash
On a downgrade the unused part of the higher plan becomes a credit against future invoices. Credits are never paid out in cash, and credit left when a subscription ends is not refunded.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
The one conditional refund
The 30-day inbox guarantee refunds one month's plan fee if a mailbox warmed continuously for 30 days shows no placement improvement between two tests. It is once per workspace, must be claimed within 14 days of the later test, and goes to support by email.

Notice of price rises
Renewals are charged at the price then in effect, with at least 30 days' notice by email before an increase applies.

What Mailshake does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A money-back guarantee
- Whether the 2023 refund article still applies
- A demo account or sandbox that needs no payment
- A money-back period for annual plans
- Whether any refund has been made under the 2023 policy
- What a team account is charged when a user is added mid-cycle beyond the proration note
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Mailshake's pricing FAQ says it does not offer a free trial, while the Data Finder page labels its 50 credits a free trial. They refer to different products, the plans and the add-on.
Only what we could verify.

Mailshake
Per month, monthly billing. Mailshake figures were read on mailshake.com/pricing on 21 October 2026 under its Monthly toggle; its Yearly toggle shows lower figures and the page does not say whether yearly is billed up front. Its FAQ says billing is based on users, so its total may differ from the card. Warmerly's LinkedIn accounts are charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Test before you pay
With Warmerly you can connect a mailbox for free and see the product work. With Mailshake the first payment comes first.
Read the refund line
Mailshake's refund article is dated 2023 and says no refunds. Ask it before you buy a yearly plan.
The first week costs
If you start Warmerly Starter and cancel before day 8, the cost is $0. On Mailshake the first payment is $29 on monthly billing, and the refund article says it is not refunded on cancelling.
The yearly choice
Warmerly bills a year at 10 times the monthly price, so Starter is $190 against $228 for 12 months at $19, a $38 saving. Mailshake lists $25 against $29, which is $300 against $348 over 12 months, a $48 gap. Whether the Yearly price is taken as one payment is not stated on the plan cards.
Downgrading partway
On both tools a downgrade turns the unused part into credit. Neither pays it out. On Warmerly the lower plan's limits apply at once and a grace period applies if you are over them, then sending and warmup pause until you are back inside.
Testing before committing
Free needs no card: 1 mailbox, 1 active campaign, 500 leads per campaign and 100 sends a month, with 250 email verifications and 3 placement tests a month. That is enough to see a mailbox warm and one small campaign run before any plan decision.
