Workspaces with roles, access lists, guest viewers, white label and volume discounts
Teams and client workspaces, in one look.
Warmerly's Agency plan ($179 a month for 100 mailboxes) gives client workspaces that share one pool of allowances, three roles, an API and no fee per client. Linked Helper has workspaces with Owner, Admin, Member and Guest roles, account-level access, access lists, remote control of a colleague's account, white label and volume discounts from 10 licences. For agencies running many LinkedIn accounts, Linked Helper's controls go further. Last checked 21 October 2026.

Warmerly, in detail.
Client workspaces that share one pool of allowances on the Agency plan, three roles, a workspace logo, no per-client fee, and API access. No white label found.
The Agency plan
Agency is $179 a month for 100 mailboxes, active campaigns with no limit on their number, API access and client workspaces. Beyond 100 mailboxes, Max is priced on a call. A 7-day Agency trial is available.

Client workspaces share one pool
A new workspace made by an Agency owner becomes a client workspace with no extra card or setup. Mailboxes, active campaigns, prospects, LinkedIn accounts and WhatsApp numbers are counted across the whole family against the Agency plan, so the 100 mailboxes are shared, not 100 each.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
What stays separate
Each client workspace has its own mailboxes, campaigns, leads, inbox, do-not-contact list and team. There is no charge per client workspace, and billing actions are refused inside a client workspace.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Three roles
A member is invited as Admin or Member, and the creator is the Owner. Owner and Admin can rename the workspace, change branding and sender details, and invite or remove people. Only the Owner can change plan, open billing, buy credits or add-ons, or delete the workspace.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
LinkedIn accounts are counted in the family
LinkedIn accounts are counted across the client-workspace family like mailboxes against the Agency plan, and each connected account is a separate $19 add-on.

Where Warmerly is behind
We found no white label, no custom roles or permissions, no client report, no template sharing between workspaces and no named customer success manager in the code or docs. A shared dashboard across all clients is not listed either.

Linked Helper, in detail.
Workspaces per client with roles at two levels, remote control of accounts, white label of the interface and a volume discount ladder, mostly tied to its Cloud version.
Two levels of roles
Workspace roles are Owner, Admin, Member and Guest and control tasks such as inviting users and buying licences. Account access is set separately: Owner, Manager (full control), Editor (campaigns and replies) and Viewer (read-only). Owner and Admin see every account in the workspace.

Clients as guests
A client can be a Guest with Viewer access for a read-only view and sees only the accounts shared with them. Only the account owner can view or edit the password, so operators can work without the login.

Access lists and privacy
Groups of users, such as a virtual-assistant team, can be given permissions together. Accounts are hidden from teammates who have not been given access, so external contractors see only the accounts assigned to them.

Remote connection
A teammate can connect to and monitor an active LinkedIn session from the browser as a Viewer or take over as an Editor, without logging the account out. On Cloud storage, authorised users can manage another account's campaigns without opening its instance.

White label
You can replace the Linked Helper name and logo in the Launcher and account windows. The agencies page says this covers the app interface only and is not a reseller programme.

Licences and workspaces
Users in your first workspace are free. Any additional workspace needs at least one licence. Licences, proxies and data credits belong to the workspace and can be moved between members and workspaces. The volume discount starts at 10 licences with 10% off and rises to 50% at 1,000.

Campaign reuse
With cloud storage you clone a campaign into a client's account. With local storage you export and import it. Actions, settings and message templates transfer, and the lead queue does not.

What Linked Helper does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A Pro or Cloud price on the agencies page itself
- A reseller programme or a named success manager
- How lead overlap across client accounts is prevented beyond exporting and importing an exclude list
- Data retention or deletion terms when a client is removed
- Whether Workspaces work on Local storage, which the workspaces page marks as Cloud DB
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Linked Helper's workspaces page says Workspaces are available with Cloud DB, while its pricing page lists workspaces and roles among features included on both plans and says Local teammates can join but data stays on your device.
Only what we could verify.
| Measure | Warmerly LinkedIn | Linked Helper |

Warmerly
Linked Helper
Per licence a month, in dollars as Linked Helper's pages show them; its pricing page does not name the currency. One licence is one LinkedIn account. Its pages do not label which price belongs to which term, so the 1, 3, 6 and 12 month order is matched from its -11%, -33% and -45% labels. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and its LinkedIn account is charged on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
The question is how many LinkedIn seats
A few client accounts work in either tool. Twenty or more is where Linked Helper's licence discounts, access lists and remote control start to matter.
Warmerly's pool is shared, not multiplied
Agency's 100 mailboxes are shared across all client workspaces, so a busy client can use up another's allowance. Plan allowances before you onboard clients.
White label is a trust question
Linked Helper's white label hides its brand in the app. Its own pages suggest presenting the technology as your own, which you should weigh against what you tell clients.
Passwords stay with the owner on Linked Helper
Operators can work without the login. On Warmerly the account is connected by signing in through Warmerly, and we found no equivalent of limited operator access.
Neither replaces a client report
Neither tool, in the pages we read, produces a client-ready report across accounts. You will probably export numbers and build one yourself.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You run a handful of clients with email and some LinkedIn accounts
- You want one shared allowance and no fee per client
- You do not need white label or custom roles
Linked Helper is the better fit if
- You run many LinkedIn accounts for clients
- You want account-level roles, guests and access lists
- You want volume discounts and white label of the interface
Does Linked Helper charge per user?
No. Licences attach to accounts, not people, and users in your first workspace are free. Each additional workspace needs at least one licence.
Does Warmerly charge per client workspace?
No fee per client workspace on the Agency plan. The mailboxes, campaigns, prospects, LinkedIn accounts and WhatsApp numbers are counted across all of them.
Can I white label Warmerly?
We found no white label. A workspace has its own logo and sender details, but no replacement of Warmerly's name.
Do Linked Helper workspaces need Cloud?
Its workspaces page marks them as available with Cloud DB, while the pricing page says workspaces and roles are the same on both plans. Check which version you need.
