Email mailbox warmup, in one look.
Warmerly warms each mailbox on a ramp from 4 warmup emails a day on day 0 to 50 a day by day 30, cut by provider caps, weekends and health. We found no mailbox warmup on the Linked Helper pages we read. Its 'warm-up' means LinkedIn profile visits, follows, likes and comments before an invitation, and advice on easing an account in. If you send cold email, this row is Warmerly's alone. Last checked 21 October 2026.

Warmup emails a day, one mailbox
Warmerly's ramp over 30 days
- Warmerly: 4 a day at day 0, 8 at day 3, 15 at day 7, 25 at day 14, 35 at day 21 and 50 at day 30, held down by Gmail 40, Outlook 30 and Zoho 25.
- Linked Helper: no mailbox warmup on the pages we read. Its warm-up wording is about LinkedIn.
Weekends run at 0.6 of the weekday quota, and weak health or spam placement cuts it further.
What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
Warmerly warms each mailbox on a ramp set by Warmerly. Warmup sends are not a billing meter, but every mailbox follows the ramp.
The ramp, from anchor points
The daily quota is interpolated between anchors: 4 a day at day 0, 8 at day 3, 15 at day 7, 25 at day 14, 35 at day 21 and 50 at day 30. It counts days the mailbox really sent, so a paused or newly enabled old mailbox cannot skip ahead. Domain age is not an input.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
The ceiling is the lowest of three limits
The quota is the lowest of the age ramp, the provider cap and the hard ceiling of 50 a day. Provider caps are Gmail 40, Outlook 30 and Zoho 25. Worked through the ramp, a Zoho mailbox reaches its cap of 25 at day 14, an Outlook mailbox passes 30 at day 18 and a Gmail mailbox reaches 40 at day 24.

Weekends and health cut it further
Weekends run at 0.6 of the weekday quota, so a mature mailbox on the ceiling of 50 plans 30 on a weekend. A spam placement score of 20 or more multiplies the quota by 0.4 and 10 or more by 0.7. A health score below 50 multiplies it by 0.4 and below 70 by 0.75. The lower reduction applies.

The reason for today's limit is named
The capacity calculation returns a named limiting factor for each mailbox (age, provider, hard cap, health, weekend, your own daily limit and others) and the warmup page shows it. You can set a lower daily warmup limit yourself.

A peer pool, with terms
Warmup mail is real mail between mailboxes in one pool that includes other customers' mailboxes. A sender does not write to the same recipient twice within 72 hours, relaxing to 48 and then 24 if the pool runs short.

Mailboxes covered
The Free plan warms 1 mailbox, Starter 5, Growth 25 and Agency 100. Warmup is included in every plan and does not use a monthly quota.

What it does not do
Mailbox warmup does not warm a LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn account warmup is a separate feature of the LinkedIn add-on, with its own ramp.

Linked Helper, in detail.
No mailbox warmup is described. 'Warm-up' on its pages is about LinkedIn: visits, follows, likes and comments before an invitation, and cautious ramps for the account.
What 'warm-up' means on its pages
The pricing page lists warm-up profile visits under bulk engagement, with follows, endorsing connections' skills and removing unwanted connections. These are LinkedIn actions on prospects, not a mailbox process.

Warm-up before an invite
Before an invite, its Smart Invitations page describes warm-up with visits, follows, likes and AI comments, with delays between them. The page claims warmed-up invites are easier to accept without giving data.

Account ramp advice
The safety kit advises 10 to 15 actions a day for a new or dormant account for the first two weeks, then 5 to 10 more every 10 to 14 days. That is advice for the LinkedIn account, not an automatic ramp.

Email only as a hand-off
Its integrations list names Instantly, ActiveCampaign and HubSpot with email hand-off tags. Instantly receives leads exported to launch cold email campaigns. Warmup would then be a matter for that tool.

Email addresses found, not sent
Its Email Finder and Data Enricher find and store addresses for use in other tools. Neither page describes sending mail from a mailbox.

An unexplained mention
The sequences page lists email outreach among outreach actions 'depending on LinkedIn access', without explaining how it works or whether it involves a mailbox.

What Linked Helper does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Mailbox warmup of any kind
- A sending-mailbox connection (Gmail, Outlook, SMTP)
- A warmup network or pool
- Spam rescue or placement checks
- An explanation of 'email outreach depending on LinkedIn access'
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Linked Helper's sequences page mentions email outreach among actions 'depending on LinkedIn access', while no other page we read describes sending email.
- Warmerly's own placement tests fall back to its own pool mailboxes until dedicated seeds exist, so their scores say little about real inbox placement.
Only what we could verify.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
If you do not send email, skip this row
A pure LinkedIn user has no use for mailbox warmup. This row matters only if cold email is part of your outreach.
Do not confuse the two warm-ups
Linked Helper's warm-up touches prospects before an invite. Warmerly's mailbox warmup builds a sender's reputation. Warmerly also warms the LinkedIn account on a ramp, which is closer to Linked Helper's written advice.
Warmup is not a guarantee
Warmerly's ramp raises volume gradually and cuts it on weak signals. It does not promise inbox placement, and its own placement tests have limited accuracy until it has dedicated seed mailboxes.
The pool includes other customers
Warmerly's warmup mail goes between mailboxes in a shared pool, under published terms. If sharing a pool with other senders is not acceptable to you, read the warmup terms first.
A separate warmup tool is an option on the other side
If you stay on Linked Helper for LinkedIn and send email through Instantly or another tool, that tool's warmup would apply. Warmerly can warm a mailbox that another tool sends from.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You send cold email and want each mailbox warmed before it sends
- You want to see why a mailbox's limit is what it is today
- You want warmup and sending checked in the same place
Linked Helper is the better fit if
- You send no cold email and only automate LinkedIn
- You want to warm prospects with visits, follows and likes before inviting
- You already have a separate warmup tool for your mailboxes
Does Linked Helper warm up email accounts?
We found no mailbox warmup on the pages we read. Its warm-up wording is about LinkedIn profile visits, follows, likes and comments.
How long does Warmerly's warmup take?
The ramp reaches 50 a day by day 30. Provider caps hold Gmail at 40, Outlook at 30 and Zoho at 25 a day, and weekends run at 0.6 of weekdays.
Does Warmerly's warmup also warm LinkedIn?
No. Mailbox warmup and LinkedIn account warmup are separate. The LinkedIn one ramps each action type and starts with warmup paused until you switch it on.
Can Warmerly warm a mailbox another tool sends from?
Yes. You can turn Warmerly's campaigns off and let it only warm the mailbox while another tool sends from it.
