Warmerly, in detail.
An API and mailbox-health webhooks on the Agency plan, an MCP server for AI assistants on every plan, and mailbox connections. No CRM sync found.
An API, on the Agency plan
API keys and the API need the Agency plan ($179 a month). Keys start with wmv_, go in an X-Api-Key header to https://app.warmerly.com/api/v1, and each user can hold up to 10 active keys. The default limit is 60 requests a minute per key, adjustable from 1 to 120. Free, Starter and Growth get a 403 error.

16 mailbox-health webhooks
Outbound webhooks are signed POSTs about mailbox health. There are 16 event types, such as score_drop, auth_fail, dns_changed, auto_paused and aged_in. They do not cover opens, clicks or replies. Agency only, and each user can hold up to 10 subscriptions.

Signed, retried deliveries
Every delivery carries an X-Warmerly-Signature header, the HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body. Each delivery is tried up to 3 times. A failed event is not redelivered later, and a subscription switches itself off after 10 consecutive sweeps in which a delivery failed.

An MCP server on every plan
An MCP server at /api/mcp lets Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor read and act in a workspace after an OAuth 2.1 sign-in. It is on every plan including Free and needs no API key. Reads and writes share 60 calls a minute per connection, and no tool can start or resume campaign sending.

Mailbox connections
Warmerly connects Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or any SMTP and IMAP mailbox, with Google and Microsoft sign-in. It also has hosted mailboxes.

Where Warmerly is behind
We found no named CRM connectors, no Zapier or Make app of our own, no webhook for replies or LinkedIn events, and no way to send a replied lead to a CRM from a sequence. Leads move in and out as CSV, and CSV import maps CRM export columns.

The list

The pricing page names native integrations for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, ActiveCampaign, Close, Capsule, Streak, HighLevel, Instantly and Google Sheets.

What moves
Examples on the page: verified emails pushed to HubSpot, prospects with full profile data to Pipedrive with lead statuses updated on reply, leads with messaging history logged as activity in Close, leads with custom field mapping to Salesforce, and profiles with any field mapped to a column in Google Sheets.

Outgoing webhooks
Outgoing webhooks send data to third-party systems, including CRM sync after a prospect accepts an invite, is tagged or replies. The page does not explain how they are configured, and lists them on both Local and Cloud.

Incoming webhooks, on Cloud
In campaign settings you add a label and a unique URL is generated, which you paste into n8n, Zapier, Make, Albato or a custom CRM. Several can feed one campaign, and leads queue in a 'Profiles to process' list. Incoming webhooks need the Cloud version.

Zapier reach
The page claims Zapier and webhooks connect to 7,000+ apps. That figure is Linked Helper's and we did not verify it.
linkedhelper.com/integrations/all-integrations · read 21 October 2026
Standard plan limit
Webhook integrations are limited to 20 profiles a day on Standard and are unlimited on Pro. Standard webhooks do not support messaging history. The agencies page says Standard includes up to 20 CRM sends a day, and that CRM sends do not use LinkedIn's daily limits.

Export
CSV export of people and organisations is on both plans, and Pro adds messaging-history export to CSV and webhooks. The Data Export page says up to 200+ data points per lead can be exported.

Webhooks and CSV together
Linked Helper says CSV export of people and organisations is on both plans, and that Google Sheets is connected directly, described as working without Zapier or Make. Profiles can be sent with any field mapped to a column, together with messaging history.

What Linked Helper does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A public API, API keys or API documentation
- Which integrations are native and which go through webhooks, apart from Google Sheets
- Payload structure, authentication or error handling for webhooks
- Whether incoming webhook profiles count against the daily action limit
- The exact fields that move to most CRMs
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Linked Helper's pricing page names 12 native integrations while its integrations page lists 17 entries, and the home page logos include Gmail, which its written text does not mention.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
A CRM changes the answer
If replies and tags must land in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive without manual work, Linked Helper does that and Warmerly, as far as we found, does not.
Warmerly's API is about the mailbox
Its API and webhooks cover mailbox health and account actions, and are on Agency only. They are not a way to push LinkedIn replies into another system.
Neither shows an API for LinkedIn leads
Linked Helper has webhooks and exports and no described API. Warmerly has an API, but its LinkedIn side is not a data feed. Plan on CSV and webhooks.
MCP is a different kind of integration
Warmerly's MCP server lets an AI assistant read and act in a workspace, with no tool that can start or resume sending. It is useful for checking status, and is not a CRM sync.
Check the limit before you build
On Linked Helper Standard, webhooks stop at 20 profiles a day. If you push every reply to a CRM, price Pro.
Decide which system owns the lead
If your CRM is the source of truth, Linked Helper can push into it as replies arrive. If Warmerly is, you will export and import by hand or by script, because we found no connector that does it for you.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want an API and signed webhooks for mailbox health
- You want to let an AI assistant read your workspace through MCP
- You are happy to move leads as CSV
Linked Helper is the better fit if
- You want leads, replies and tags to flow into a CRM
- You want incoming webhooks to feed campaigns from forms or deals
- You want Google Sheets, Zapier, Make or n8n connections
Does Linked Helper have an API?
We found none on its pages. It lists webhooks, Zapier, Make and n8n, and says Zapier and webhooks connect to 7,000+ apps.
Does Warmerly connect to HubSpot?
We found no HubSpot connector in Warmerly. Linked Helper lists HubSpot with verified emails pushed to it.
Which plan needs Warmerly's API?
Agency, at $179 a month. Free, Starter and Growth receive a 403 error from the API.
Do webhooks cost extra on Linked Helper?
Not as a separate price on its pages. Standard limits webhook integrations to 20 profiles a day and Pro does not. Incoming webhooks need Cloud storage.
Can an AI assistant use Warmerly without an API key?
Yes, through its MCP server, after an OAuth 2.1 sign-in. It is on every plan, shares 60 calls a minute per connection, and has no tool that can start or resume campaign sending.
