What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
Two campaign steps and a daily warmup, tied to a shared daily budget. It is deliberately small.
Two steps in a campaign
A sequence can hold a LinkedIn connection step and a LinkedIn message step, alongside wait steps and email steps. The list editor handles these straight steps, and only the canvas editor builds branches.

Messages wait for the connection
LinkedIn only lets you message first-degree connections. Before a message step the engine checks the lead's profile. If the invitation is still pending it re-checks every 6 hours, and it skips the lead if they are still not connected 21 days after the invitation.

Five kinds of warmup activity
Warmup plans one AI-written post, reactions and AI comments on posts found for the account's topics, and profile views and invitations with no note to second-degree people. It never invites someone who is a lead in a campaign.

LinkedIn search and import
A LinkedIn search tab finds named people through a connected account, and leads imported that way carry LinkedIn member ids. It needs a paid LinkedIn account.

Replies stop a sequence
A genuine reply from a lead stops that lead's sequence by default, and LinkedIn replies are labelled by reply label so interested, question and referral count as leads.

Optional autopilot for replies
An opt-in Autopilot can answer using a booking link and the campaign's offer, with allow-listed links and a delay of 3 to 12 minutes, and a kill switch. You switch it on yourself.

Where Warmerly is behind
We found no code for InMail, skill endorsements, following profiles, liking posts as a campaign step, group or event invitations, company page invitations, removing connections, or cancelling pending invitations. Sequences cannot start from a group, event or post.

Linked Helper, in detail.
A long list of actions across engage, collect, outreach and network, built into one campaign builder.
The list
The features page lists 29 items, the home page says 30+ automated actions and a feature link says 22+. The actions include connection requests, messages, InMails, follows and unfollows, likes, comments, endorsements, profile visits and removing connections.

Engage
Visit profiles, follow contacts, like and comment on posts, and endorse skills in three modes. A Boost Post action raises post reach by tagging relevant profiles in comments, and an auto commenter and liker can run likes only or like then comment.

Invite and message
Connection invitations, messages to first-degree connections, InMails to second and third-degree contacts, and group or event messages. It can also accept incoming invitations automatically, in bulk or filtered by campaign.

Network
Invite first-degree connections to follow a company page, join a group or attend an event, and remove old contacts. Auto invite withdrawal retracts old unanswered connection requests, though the page gives no age threshold.

Collect
Scrape from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, Recruiter, post likers and commenters, connections, alumni, groups, events and company employee lists. Auto-Collect repeats a saved search or Sales Navigator list at a set interval.

Warm up before the invite
Smart Invitations can run profile visits, follows, likes and AI-generated comments before the connection request, spaced with delays. The page claims warmed-up invites are easier to accept but gives no data.

Plan restrictions
On Standard, several advanced actions are limited to 20 a day, including group and event messages, event, follow and group invitations, likes and comments, and personalised images. Pro removes those caps.

Accepting invitations and clearing the backlog
An Auto Accept Invites action accepts incoming connection requests in bulk or filtered by campaign, and a Sent Invites Canceler withdraws old unanswered invitations in bulk to keep the pending count down.

What Linked Helper does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Whether invitations count towards the 20 a day advanced action cap on Standard
- The age threshold for automatic invite withdrawal
- Which of the 29 listed items are the 'eleven' capped actions in the FAQ
- Any independent measure of acceptance rates
- A published acceptance or reply rate for its own users
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Linked Helper's pages give three different action counts: 22+, 29 listed and 30+.
- The pricing FAQ says Pro lifts the 20 a day cap on eleven actions but lists ten.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Count the actions you actually use
Most outreach is a connection request and a follow-up message. If that is you, Warmerly's two steps cover it. If you also endorse, follow, invite to events or use InMail, Warmerly cannot.
More actions are more footprint
A longer action list lets you do more on one account, and also gives you more ways to exceed what LinkedIn tolerates. Linked Helper's own pages say LinkedIn may stop you from completing the full quantity.
Warmerly's warmup is a feature Linked Helper describes differently
Warmerly warms the account on a ramp, with posts and reactions. Linked Helper warms individual prospects before an invite with visits and likes. They are two meanings of 'warm-up'.
Check the 20 a day cap against your plan
If your campaigns use the capped actions on Linked Helper Standard, you will meet 20 a day quickly. Pro lifts it at three times the listed Standard Local price.
Neither promises acceptance
Linked Helper's own page says acceptance rates depend on audience, offer, account reputation and settings. We make no claim about Warmerly's either.
Housekeeping is a feature too
Old pending invitations can count against an account. Linked Helper automates the clean-up. With Warmerly you would have to withdraw them by hand on LinkedIn, because we found no withdraw action.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- A connection request and a message are all your LinkedIn plan needs
- You want the LinkedIn steps in the same sequence as email
- You want the account warmed on a ramp without configuring it
Linked Helper is the better fit if
- You want InMail, endorsements, follows, group and event invitations
- You want to engage with posts before you invite
- You collect leads from Sales Navigator, Recruiter, groups and events
- You want invitation clean-up tools built in
How many actions does Linked Helper have?
It depends which page you read. Its features page lists 29, its home page says 30+ automated actions and a feature link says 22+. We report all three.
Can Warmerly send InMails?
We found no InMail code in Warmerly. Linked Helper lists InMails to second and third-degree contacts, and says free InMails can be sent to Open Profile users.
Does Warmerly like and comment on prospects' posts?
Not as a campaign step that we found. Its warmup reacts to and comments on posts for the account's own topics, to build the account's activity, not to warm a particular prospect.
Can either tool remove old pending invitations?
Linked Helper has a Sent Invites Canceler and automatic withdrawal. We found no cancel or withdraw action in Warmerly.
Can Warmerly follow a profile or endorse a skill?
We found no follow or endorse action in Warmerly's code. Linked Helper lists follow and unfollow, and skill endorsements in three modes.
