What it is built for

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Linked Helper details read from its pricing page, home page, feature pages, safety kit and download page on 21 October 2026.

Warmerly LinkedIn

LinkedIn and email outreach in one sequence, with warmup on both

Linked Helper

LinkedIn automation as desktop software, with data enrichment and a built-in CRM

The short answer

What each tool is built for, in one look.

Warmerly is built around email deliverability first, with LinkedIn steps added to the same sequence, while Linked Helper is desktop software for automating LinkedIn. If LinkedIn is the whole job, Linked Helper does more of it. Linked Helper is desktop software for automating LinkedIn: finding people, inviting, messaging, engaging and enriching data, with a built-in CRM. Warmerly is built around email deliverability first, with LinkedIn steps added to the same sequence as email. If LinkedIn is the whole job, Linked Helper does more of it. If email is part of the job, Warmerly covers a half that Linked Helper's pages do not describe. Last checked 21 October 2026.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Warmerly warms mailboxes, checks their authentication, sends campaigns from them, and lets a sequence include a LinkedIn connection step and a LinkedIn message step. LinkedIn is a paid add-on to that, not the centre of the product.

01

Email first

The product starts from the mailbox. Each mailbox is warmed on a ramp, checked for SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX, and then used to send campaigns. The plans are priced by how many mailboxes you connect, from the Free plan with 1 mailbox to Agency with 100.

02

LinkedIn as a step in the same sequence

A campaign sequence can hold a LinkedIn connection step, a LinkedIn message step, wait steps and email steps. A ready-made 'LinkedIn then email' template connects first, waits 2 days, then sends two emails.

03

A LinkedIn account is sold separately

One connected LinkedIn account is $19 a month, with packs of 3 for $49 and 5 for $75. It is not inside any email plan, so a team that wants both pays for both.

04

A shared reply inbox

Replies from email and from LinkedIn campaigns land in one inbox, with a Needs reply view as the default and labels such as lead, not relevant and spam.

05

Lead sources that sit beside it

Lead finder searches a company database from a sentence, an email finder looks up addresses, a verifier checks them, and a LinkedIn people search uses a connected LinkedIn account. CSV import is the fourth source.

06

Where Warmerly is behind on this job

If the whole job is LinkedIn outreach, Warmerly's LinkedIn side is narrow. We found no code for InMail, endorsements, following profiles, group or event invitations, or a built-in CRM with tags and notes on a lead.

How Linked Helper does it

Linked Helper, in detail.

Linked Helper describes itself as a LinkedIn automation tool for lead generation and outreach, run as a desktop application, with built-in AI tools, a CRM and data enrichment.

01

How it describes itself

The home page calls it 'The most technically advanced platform for LinkedIn automation', which is a claim, not a measurement. It says built-in AI tools qualify leads, personalise messages and write comments.

02

Desktop app, not an extension

It states 'Desktop app, not a Chrome extension' and 'No code injected into the LinkedIn page'. Each account reportedly runs in a separate instance with its own browser fingerprint and proxy support.

03

The action list

The home page lists 30+ automated actions: connection requests, InMails, messages, enrichment, follows, endorsements, likes, comments, event and group invitations, and removing connections. A campaign funnel runs through Follow, Visit, Endorse, Invite to Group, Invite, Follow Up, Messages and Like.

04

Data and a built-in CRM

A Data Enricher turns a profile URL into a lead record with emails, phone numbers and 50+ data points. A built-in CRM supports tags, notes, custom fields and filtering, and data can be exported to CSV.

05

Plans and licences

Two plans exist, Standard and Pro, each with Local or Cloud storage. One licence is one LinkedIn account, and the account a licence is attached to can be switched at any time.

06

LinkedIn account types

The page says it works with Basic, Premium, Sales Navigator, Recruiter and Talent accounts, and the pricing page lists free, Premium and Sales Navigator LinkedIn plus Recruiter Lite and Pro.

What Linked Helper does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • Any email sending engine, sending mailboxes or mailbox warmup
  • Any mention of SPF, DKIM or DMARC checks
  • An independent test of its safety or reply-rate claims
  • A published list of which of the 30+ actions need Pro
  • How 'email outreach' on the sequences page works beyond the phrase 'depending on LinkedIn access'

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • Linked Helper's home page says '30+ features' while its feature link says 'Explore all 22+ automation features', and its features page lists 29.
  • The home page header says '100% Free. No card' while the pricing section sells a 14-day trial and paid plans.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Decide the job first

If you only ever contact people on LinkedIn, the extra email half of Warmerly is something you pay attention to and do not use. If you also send email, Linked Helper leaves that half to another tool.

2

Count the channels, not the features

Linked Helper's list is longer for LinkedIn. Warmerly's value is that one sequence can run a LinkedIn step and then email, and one inbox shows both replies.

3

Neither is a full sales stack

Neither tool is a full CRM. Linked Helper has a lightweight one for LinkedIn leads and passes leads on to others. Warmerly has none for LinkedIn leads that we found, and a lead's status lives in the campaign.

4

Marketing words are not measurements

'Most technically advanced' and 'undetectable' are the vendor's wording. Treat them as claims. The same goes for 'the best' on any site, ours included.

5

Try the smaller job first

Linked Helper's free trial covers LinkedIn for 14 days. Warmerly's Free plan covers one mailbox with no card. Each can show you how it behaves on your own list before you pay.

Who it suits

Pick the one that fits.

Warmerly LinkedIn

Warmerly is the better fit if

  • Your outreach is email as well as LinkedIn and you want one sequence for both
  • You want mailbox warmup and DNS checks in the same tool
  • You want replies from both channels in one inbox
  • You do not want to run LinkedIn software on your own machine
Linked Helper

Linked Helper is the better fit if

  • LinkedIn is your main or only channel
  • You want the longest list of LinkedIn actions and a built-in CRM
  • You want to enrich leads with emails and phone numbers from LinkedIn data
  • You already handle email warmup and sending elsewhere
Questions
Is Linked Helper an email tool?

Not as far as its own pages say. It finds and stores emails, and its integrations can send leads to an email tool such as Instantly, but we found no email sending or mailbox warmup feature on the pages we read.

Is Warmerly a LinkedIn automation tool?

In part. Warmerly can run a connection step and a message step inside a campaign, and warms the LinkedIn account on a ramp. It does not have Linked Helper's long list of actions, and the LinkedIn account is a separate $19 a month.

Which one should a recruiter use?

Linked Helper lists Recruiter and Talent account support and Zoho Recruit as an integration. We found nothing equivalent for recruiting on Warmerly, which is aimed at sales outreach.

Can they run the same campaign?

Not as one campaign. They are separate tools. You can split the work, with LinkedIn in Linked Helper and email in Warmerly, and pass leads between them as CSV.
