How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

A LinkedIn account at $19 includes LinkedIn warmup and sending. Email is priced by mailbox on a different plan, and a few things are bought separately.

01

What a LinkedIn account includes

A paid LinkedIn account includes LinkedIn warmup and sending. Search, import and the unified inbox support it. The base email plans include no LinkedIn account.

02

Email plans count mailboxes

Free covers 1 mailbox, Starter covers 5 for $19, Growth covers 25 for $49 and Agency covers 100 for $179. Warmup is included and is not a billing meter.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

03

No monthly send meter on paid email plans

Starter, Growth and Agency have no monthly send quota. What bounds volume is the number of mailboxes and each mailbox's daily limit, 30 by default. The Free plan allows 100 campaign sends a month.

04

Lead and AI allowances sit in the email plan

Email verifications a month are 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Growth and 150,000 on Agency. Email lookups are 1,000, 10,000 and 100,000. Included AI credits are 100, 500 and 2,500.

05

What an AI LinkedIn message costs

A LinkedIn message written for one prospect costs 1 AI credit and is off by default. The credit is refunded when the output is not used.

06

Bought separately

Hosted mailboxes (OneMail, from $0.99) and extra AI credit packs (from $25) are separate purchases. We found no proxy, VPS or dedicated IP to buy because none is needed to run a hosted LinkedIn account.

How Linked Helper does it

Linked Helper, in detail.

A licence is one LinkedIn account. Standard and Pro differ in caps and credits, Local and Cloud differ in where data lives, and proxies and a server are not part of the price.

01

What a licence is

One licence equals one LinkedIn account. You can switch the connected account at any time, but one licence cannot run two accounts at once, and licences can be moved between workspaces.

02

Standard against Pro

Standard limits several advanced actions to 20 a day. Pro removes those caps, adds messaging-history export to CSV and webhooks, and gives more credits. Everything else, including all AI features, automation actions, workspaces and the CRM, is the same on both.

03

Credits

Standard includes 620 data credits a month and Pro 3,100. AI credits range from 250 to 1,500 on Standard and 500 to 3,000 on Pro by term. Data credits never expire, and licence-included AI credits expire with the licence.

04

What a credit buys

A data credit pays for an email at 1, profile information at 1, social and messaging links at 2, company data at 2 and a phone number at 10. Credits from every licence in a workspace share one balance, and extra credits can be bought.

05

Local and Cloud

Both run the same software and features, with automation on your computer or a VPS. Cloud adds automatic backups, sharing between devices and teammates, and incoming webhooks. Moving a workspace between Local and Cloud is not supported yet.

06

Not in the subscription

Proxies and a VPS are bought separately, and the page gives no price for either. A built-in proxy quality check is included. Personalised images through Hyperise are a separate third-party service.

07

Adding licences

Extra licences can be one-time licences that start their own term at full price, or an extension of your subscription prorated against the days left. Added licences must match the existing type and duration.

What Linked Helper does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • The cost of proxies, a VPS or Hyperise
  • How many AI credits one message, comment or ICP check uses
  • What happens to Cloud data when a licence lapses
  • A refund policy
  • A way to upgrade from Standard to Pro in the middle of a term (the page says it is not possible)

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • The pricing FAQ says Pro lifts the cap on 'eleven' advanced actions but lists ten, and its comparison table shows twelve capped rows if both image rows are counted.
  • Linked Helper's AI Messages page gives 250 AI credits for Standard and 500 for Pro, while the same pages show 650, 975 and 1,500 for Standard on longer terms.

Per licence a month, in dollars as Linked Helper's pages show them; its pricing page does not name the currency. One licence is one LinkedIn account. Its pages do not label which price belongs to which term, so the 1, 3, 6 and 12 month order is matched from its -11%, -33% and -45% labels. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and its LinkedIn account is charged on top.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Work out the whole monthly bill

For Linked Helper, add the licence, a server if the machine cannot stay on, and a proxy per account. For Warmerly, add the LinkedIn account and the email plan if you want email. Neither site gives the full total for you.

2

Credits are a second meter on Linked Helper

Finding emails and phone numbers spends data credits, and a phone number costs 10. If you enrich thousands of leads, the credit allowance, not the licence, is what you will hit first.

3

Warmerly meters leads and AI, not sends

Paid email plans do not count sends, but lookups, verifications and AI credits all have allowances by plan. The LinkedIn add-on has no credit meter other than the AI credit for a written message.

4

Cloud is not the same as hosted

Paying more for Linked Helper Cloud does not move the automation off your machine. It moves the data. This is the most common thing to misread on its pricing page.

5

Ask what you cannot see

Neither side lists everything. Linked Helper does not price the proxy or server. Warmerly's LinkedIn account does not say what happens if its provider has an outage beyond the account showing as disconnected.

Who it suits

Pick the one that fits.

Warmerly LinkedIn

Warmerly is the better fit if

  • You want the price to include running the account, with nothing to host yourself
  • You prefer allowances for leads and AI that sit inside an email plan
  • You do not want to buy or manage proxies
Linked Helper

Linked Helper is the better fit if

  • You want a large monthly data credit allowance for enrichment
  • You want to export messaging history and push it to a CRM on Pro
  • You want to choose Local or Cloud storage to match how your team works
Questions
Do Linked Helper credits roll over?

Its pricing page says data credits never expire and bought AI credit packages do not either, while AI credits included with a licence expire when that licence does.

Does a Warmerly LinkedIn account include email?

No. It includes LinkedIn warmup and sending. Email is a separate plan, priced by mailbox, and a Free email plan with one mailbox is available.

Do I need a ChatGPT subscription for Linked Helper's AI?

No. Its pricing page says the AI engine is built in and no ChatGPT subscription or API key is needed.

Is Linked Helper's Pro worth it?

It depends on the actions you run. Pro lifts the 20 a day cap on several advanced actions and adds messaging-history export, and costs three times Standard on Local month to month by the listed prices.
