Cold email sending and deliverability checks, in one look.
Warmerly is a full cold email engine: sequence steps, a daily limit per mailbox (30 by default), a volume ramp from 3 to 15 a day, a bounce brake from 2 per cent, 13 kinds of pre-launch check, DNS checks every 6 hours and placement tests. We found no email sending engine, DNS check or placement test on the Linked Helper pages we read. It passes leads to email tools such as Instantly instead. Last checked 21 October 2026.

What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
Campaigns sent from your own mailboxes, with limits, a bounce brake, checks before launch and DNS and placement checks around them.
A daily limit per mailbox: 30 by default
Each mailbox has its own daily campaign limit, 30 by default, and a campaign has its own daily limit field, also 30 by default. Paid plans have no monthly send meter, so volume is mailboxes times each mailbox's limit. On the Free plan the cap is 100 campaign sends a month.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
A volume ramp from 3 to 15 a day
A campaign can ramp each mailbox from 3 emails on sending day 1, adding 1 a day, up to 15 by default, so full volume arrives on the 13th sending day. It is switched on automatically for young mailboxes, and can only tighten a mailbox's own limit, never raise it.

A bounce brake before the pause
Over a rolling 7 days, below 2 per cent bounces a mailbox is untouched. From 2 per cent its daily cap is multiplied by 0.75, from 3 per cent by 0.5 and from 5 per cent by 0.25. At 7 per cent the mailbox is paused. None of it applies under 25 sends.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
DNS checked every 6 hours
A records sweep runs every 6 hours across each mailbox that is not dead or paused. SPF is checked for its ending and for the limit of 10 DNS lookups, DKIM for key length (1024 bits or shorter is flagged) and test mode, DMARC for p=, sp=, pct= and rua=, and MX for presence. Each finding comes with a fix.

A placement test with a score
A test sends one message to up to 4 targets, then checks inbox, promotions, spam and junk and scores each: inbox 100, promotions 60, spam 10, missing 0. Until dedicated seed mailboxes exist, tests fall back to Warmerly's own pool mailboxes and the page says Limited accuracy.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
13 kinds of pre-launch check
Seven block the launch, including no usable step, no sender, no queued leads and an unknown merge tag, and six warn, including no postal address, DNS warn or fail and spam-style copy. A warning needs one acknowledgement.

Where Warmerly is behind
Placement tests have no real Gmail or Outlook seed list yet, so a score is limited in accuracy and says little about real inbox placement.

Linked Helper, in detail.
No sending engine or deliverability tooling is described. Email appears as data found and as a hand-off to other tools.
Finding emails, not sending them
The Email Finder looks up addresses and saves them to the lead's CRM profile. Nothing on that page describes connecting a mailbox or sending a message.

Lead hand-off to Instantly
The integrations page lists Instantly with cold email, email outreach and lead transfer tags: leads are exported to launch cold email campaigns there.
linkedhelper.com/integrations/all-integrations · read 21 October 2026
Other email hand-offs
ActiveCampaign is listed with email automation, so prospects can be sent on and trigger email sequences. HubSpot is listed with email hand-off, with verified emails pushed to it. Streak is described as working inside Gmail.

'Email outreach' on the sequences page
The sequences page lists email outreach among outreach actions, 'depending on LinkedIn access'. It gives no more detail, and no other page describes it.

InMail and open profile messages
InMails can go to second and third-degree contacts, and the home page says free InMails can be sent to Open Profile users. These are LinkedIn messages, not email.

CRM sends do not use LinkedIn limits
The agencies page says CRM sends do not use LinkedIn's daily limits, and that Standard includes up to 20 CRM sends a day. A CRM send is a hand-off of a lead, not an email.

What Linked Helper does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A sending mailbox connection or SMTP settings
- SPF, DKIM or DMARC checks
- Placement or spam testing
- Bounce handling or a sending limit for email
- An unsubscribe or suppression list for email
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Linked Helper's sequences page lists email outreach as an action, while its pricing and feature pages describe no email sending.
- Warmerly's placement results are labelled limited accuracy in the app, while the daily test still runs and returns a score.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
If you only message on LinkedIn, ignore this row
Without cold email, nothing here applies to you. With it, you need a sender and a deliverability routine, and Linked Helper does not supply either.
Bounces are the quiet risk
Sending to unchecked addresses raises bounces, which hurts the mailbox. Warmerly slows a mailbox from 2 per cent bounces and pauses it at 7 per cent. Check what your email tool does before you export Linked Helper's emails to it.
Treat Warmerly's placement score with care
Until dedicated seeds exist, a placement test mostly measures delivery into Warmerly's own mailboxes. Use it as a trend, not a verdict.
Two tools mean two sets of limits
If Linked Helper finds leads and Instantly sends, each has its own limits and logs. You would reconcile replies in two places, where Warmerly puts email and LinkedIn replies in one inbox.
Authentication is your job either way
SPF, DKIM and DMARC belong to the domain you send from. Warmerly checks them for you. If you use another sender, run a free checker on the domain.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want email sent from your own mailboxes with a limit, a ramp and a brake
- You want DNS and placement checks near the sending tool
- You want pre-launch checks that stop a bad launch
Linked Helper is the better fit if
- You want to find emails from LinkedIn and send them to another email tool
- You already run cold email in Instantly or a similar tool
- Email is not part of your outreach
Can Linked Helper send cold email?
We found no sending engine on the pages we read. It lists email outreach once, 'depending on LinkedIn access', and hands leads on to tools such as Instantly.
Does Linked Helper check SPF, DKIM or DMARC?
Nothing on the pages we read mentions them. Warmerly checks all four records, MX included, every 6 hours.
How many emails can Warmerly send a day?
Each mailbox has a daily limit, 30 by default, and young mailboxes can ramp from 3 a day. Paid plans have no monthly meter, so total volume depends on how many mailboxes you connect.
What happens if my bounce rate rises?
On Warmerly, from 2 per cent over a rolling 7 days the mailbox's daily cap is reduced, and at 7 per cent it is paused. Rules apply only after at least 25 sends.
